Rob Muckel the sales rep is by far the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with. Spent hours and lots of patience helping me problem solve my new phone and setup issues. If you want to work with someone who cares about you and doing his job well, above above and beyond beyond (inside joke) go to the Quarryville Verizon and ask for Rob! He deserves a promotion!!!!!

Sarah provided exceptional service. With limited time I had, she replaced my phone promptly, managing to fit me in between breaks with a customer ahead in line. While her phone was being set up she took that time to juggle expertly between a process that was going to take a while and getting me in and out the door quickly. Thank you !

Ricky set up new phones for my husband and me, and the whole process went smoothly. He knows us well and goes to great lengths to accommodate our needs and also our lack of technological know-how. We greatly appreciate this store and all who work there!

Sorry Verizon Quarryville, but you struck out with me. Showed up on a Sunday to ask about a WiFi hot spot. Ricky was very helpful in explaining things to me. I told him that i was a newbie in this area. He hooked up the hot spot to my cell phone & tablet and he told me I was good to go & that connection would happen automatically. Went to use it on Monday and about 1 hour into usage - no connection. Drove around for about 2 more hours - No connection. Finally pulled of the road and called Verizon Qville and talked to Sarah. We restarted everything, but no connection again. She said I needed to come in. I was working late hours and couldn't get in during their hours. Finally did, talked to Sarah again and basically was told (paraphrasing) thati was too stupid to know how to operate the hot spot and their was nothing she could do for me. After $211+ dollars, had data for about 1 hour. Never again Verizon. I'm sure if they comment on my comments, it will be more of the same. And Sarah, thanks for the "Have a Nice Day" comment as I was leaving. What a Pro

We have been using this store for a number of years but I am done. No more.... I have gone into this store to get help to transfer her (my Mom) number from my brother account over to my account. They said that they couldn’t do it that I need to go to a corporate store. No problem I will go... went we got there they told us that this store should have been able to give us the number that we needed to call to get it transferred.. we called that number got it taken care of. When back to the store to upgrade. They charged us $77.00 to do everything. Paid no problem but I was like that seemed a little high but they didn’t give us a recipe. Went home and we thought everything was fine.. that was Saturday afternoon. That evening it was plugged in and it didn’t take a charge. Plugged it in vehicle charger.. same thing didn’t take charge. Plugged it in again Sunday night same thing. Took it to a corporate store and they looked at it at and told me that it most likely was a refurbished phone.. not the same charger and not the same as a new box that the new phones come it... they were very helpful. When back to this store asked for my money back and reactivate the old phone.. couldn’t cause of 3G. But they charged me $35.00 restocking fee cause I would not accept a new phone from them. Told them fine but I said I will get my money reimbursed. CS told me they should have never charged me that. CS charged me 49.00 to upgrade and taxes. This Also means they charged us to much for the phone etc. So. Now I am gonna call customer service and get my money back. CS made a note of it on our account so when I call in they can see it all.. yep I am done with this store!!!! No more!!!

It has been two years since I have been going to this location, for whatever reason wether it be a new phone, a case or even technical support on my current device the staff have always been very friendly and willing to help me with anything I've needed. My grandmother is 79 years old and has been going to this location for years she actually recommended the place to me.. with old age comes hard times with that being said she is currently using a walker to get around.. The employees here are very well mannered and have even helped her into the store and walked her to her car, she doesn't quite understand technology and often has trouble with usability, I myself have trouble explaining to her what she is doing wrong.. the staff here helped her on multiple occasions. Thank you Verizon and staff!!

Great people here really care about the customer and their expereience. Adrienne really goes the extra mile and is very intentional with each customer she interacts with. I could tell that she really cared about me the customer and not what i had in my wallet! Highly recommend this store, and would say that is well worth the drive even up from Lancaster city or beyond!!

When I came in with my new iphone 7plus it was in box. I expected for them to help me to transfer my iphone 6 to iphone 7 plus. Well, I didn't like the short dark-haired guy's attitude he said oh that'll be $30. I said well that's two prices we were quoted today because when I called I was told $25 then I told him my niece said it's only $9.99 to do it he's a man may be at her store but not this one I said I guess so she's at Kennett Square. He was very rude & had a nasty rude tone then when I got back with him his tune changed. You know me I gave him my tone right back and he seemed to been a little softer and more pleasant. I was also looking for iphone 7 plus case and he said its 25 percents off. Well you know what? They just lost my business & Im not buying it there since they wont help me with transferring my phone to new phone and will charge me 30 dollars. Not quite impressed with this store. Never going back there again.

Not operated by Verizon, so the stuff they can do is limited. You can go in and get your phone service setup and get some basic things done though. I went in to transfer my phone to its own plan from someone else's without having to call. I thought this would be easier because it's close to my house. They could help me and merely put me on the phone with Verizon - which I could have done myself.Still though, the people were nice and as helpful as they could be. A lower rating here more due to the limited functionality of the store.

The manager Devon is a scam artist. We are Mennonite and many of our Amish friends have been ripped off from him too. He puts an ad in an Amish paper and pretends to be Amish. He takes your personal information and promises to send you a home phone that's only $20 a month but our bill was almost $80. He lied about fees and warranty. It took almost 2 weeks for him to mail it to us. Then we wanted to return the unit but could never get ahold of him. Then we received 2 more boxes in the mail a month later. We had to call customer service. They got ahold of Devon and he said we ordered them. We did not!! He has our social security number and personal information and rang up stuff in my name. This is illegal. After this review I will be calling the police and the FTC.
