The staff is very kind but They NEVER answer the phone and close in the middle of the day for lunch! There's like 8 people back there.....I could see doing half staff for an hour. Like 4 people go for 30 minutes then the other 4 go for 30 minutes. But like come on....Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Whoever is reading this Giant will have a new pharmacy open in few weeks. SAVE YOURSELVES!

They don't put prescription through the insurance. You have to wait longer because they didn't do the paperwork correctly. I was 1 of 3 people waiting and they had it wrong for all 3 of us. Come on Rite Aide get with the program.

This Pharmacy did a great job of filling my prescriptions for a gro end who had been in a car accident. She had no insurance and they got her the necessary meds. Friendly staff and clean store.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. But the waiting for prescriptions is excessive. One time, each car in line averaged 9 minutes. There were 7 cars in line. We waited nearly 45 minutes. Today, I am the second car in line, I waited 10 minutes till I got waited on. I have gone in, and the wait can be just as long.

When our local pharmacy closed our prescriptions were transferred here. This store is a nightmare. I get robo calls that my prescription is ready when they have none for me. They have twice tried to refill two prescriptions that I do not yet need. And you can not count on getting them on the telephone. Sometimes they answer. Sometimes not. Just now the phone rang for 5 solid minutes with no answer.I hate giving a negative review. The people behind the counter seem to be working as hard as they can and are invariably polite and helpful. If you can get ahold of them. But it seems clear that management is not giving them enough help, and is not overly concerned about customer service.Update: Stopped here yesterday and bought COQ10. Thought the $59m price was steep. Later checked 3 other pharmacies. Same dose same pill count $33 to $ 38. Never again Rite Aid.

I find the Quarryville Rite Aid to be a very efficient store & pharmacy. Always polite & willing to help find something if you need help. It is appreciated that when the store or pharmacy get busy they call for back up at the regrister to help check out customers.

I just picked up two prescriptions at this location and I asked the pharmacy employee about the availability of masks under the government distribution program. I was told that the masks were at the front of the store. There I found the masks in a two tiered dump bin display totally open to coughs, sneezes, air-borne pollutants, handling, etc. There is nothing quite so concerning as receiving a mask that is pre-contaminated with exactly the types of bacteria and viruses that we are trying to avoid. A phone call to Rite Aid Corporate Management fell on apparently deaf ears. It certainly seems like a way to waste a totally good product that was paid for by taxpayer's dollars.

Never will deal with Quarryville Rite Aid again!!! Yesterday evening pharmacist says fill date is tomorrow. Called today there associate in the pharmacy said fill date is tomorrow ok fine now the same pharmacist i spoke to lastnight and today is now saying Thursday, Friday. Now i know why people tell me theyll never deal with rite aid again

I was sadly informed that a $10.00 reward that I was looking foreward to useing was gone because I waited too long. I plan my refills monthly so I am not in the store weekly so I suppose my reward expired. Pharmacy is great but retail should print on paper reciet just when rewards expier.

Just walked out and will never walk in again. My first time ever there and the two women in the pharmacy never smiled and were very abrupt in their speaking... the pharmacist never looked up or acknowledged anyone. WWhen the pharmacist yelled my name I rose and was firmly told by the lady to go to the back of the line. I was then rudely told to bring my items to the front instead of checking them out there with my prescription because there was a line..there was one person behind me it would have taken her 2 more minutes max... I guess I am spoiled with my pharmacies and people who love their jobs. I was a little shocked as people in this area have been so kind almost southern hospitality... But NOT at Rite Aid in Quarryville.. I must clarify that the young kid at the front register of the store was extremely polite and smiled... so my experience was just the pharmacy crew

Pharmacists were unorganized and rude to my mother for their mistake. They called her up to the wrong side, the one helping her left and another one came saying “you aren’t supposed to be here go to the back of the line” very rudely. Her coworker told my mom to stand THERE and WAIT for her prescription.My mom could have been a new customer that didn’t know where to go, and being greeted like that is uncalled for. If your staff do not stop being passive aggressive, she will happily get her prescriptions filled somewhere else :)My mom has been going her for years, and your staff treating her like that for something that’s they’re fault is disgusting.

I had a really good experience getting my Covid #1 shot today. I was kindly checked in and inoculated quickly and right on time.I usually go to Rite Aid in Oxford, but found this Rite Aid much more accommodating.

The two women working the pharmacy need to be trained how to treat people. They are rude and short with people, especially the dark haired one with the pony tail, talked back to me. If I didn't have to go there for prescriptions, I wouldn't!

Just moved into the area and excited that there was a drive through rite aid. Wow!! This is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to! The employees are miserable, they can't get anything right, I have just given up, even the pharmacist didn't act like he cared, you ask a question and they act like it is an inconvenience, tried getting meds transferred , that was a major cluster! When they said everything was transferred and set up for refills, I called to find out why I didn't get any refills, they said I had nothing in the system, mind you it took 4 times to get them transferred and they still were not,So needless to say I drive 40 mins to my old pharmacy until willow street opens there new one.

If zero stars were an option that's what I'd rate this place. Absolutely terrible place to get prescriptions filled. Had me standing in line for an hour waiting on a prescription they didn't even have. This isn't the first time either.

ZERO STARS ****Every time I go there, I know to call and say get it ready because I know even if days pass, they will still make you wait 20 minutes and after you wait 20 minutes then they will tell you you need a card, & if insurance covers it, and if they had to call the doctor and wait because the doctor "messed up." -Exact words of the big manger there yesterday. I HATE this place. Not to mention, the lady gave me so much attitude when I went through the drive through to pick it up after I went in 30 minutes before to ask them to get it ready. I got attitude after she did first. It was PATHETIC. Then later that Saturday I went at 5 to pick it up website says its open till 8 and loan behold they were closed. So itll be my 3rd time driving there to pick up my sons anti-biotic for strep throat. :/ Everyone I ever talked to says DONT GO HERE and now Im one of them.

Today, June 28, I stopped by at the Rite Aid in Quarryville, both workers had masks down. Their noses were not covered up! Ladies- workers do not understand that Covid 19 situation is scary. The management need to explain to those ladies that they have to cover up!

I picked up a prescription today the pharmacist a young man spilled medication while counting them. he was not wearing gloves and picked the medications up and placed them in the medication bottle. This is not acceptable.

Shittiest service pharmacy in history, fill the scripts when received don’t wait till I arrive to pick it up to fill ffs! I’m sick just want my meds n to go home not hang out in store while y’all wipe ur asses!!!!!
