This retailer is completely unwilling to work with customers. My family has bought from them for many years. I bought a chair for friends mother who had just got out of therapeutic nursing home. Two hours after delivery he realized that she was not strong enough to open the recliner. He called and asked if they would exchange it for another chair. They said absolutely not. This is why mom and pop stores are going out of business. I will purchase from a large retailer moving forward.

I’ve purchased many pieces of furniture from Newswangers over the years. Recently I had a failure with my Lazy Boy recliner, I called the store to see what options were available for a replacement chair to buy, fully anticipating on buying a new 1. They informed me that the parts are a lifetime warranty and if they could find them they would be covered at no charge for the parts. They got the parts in a timely manner and replaced them the next day! Mind you this chair was purchased over 14yrs ago and they could’ve easily just brushed it off and told me parts aren’t available and sold me a new chair but they took the time to take care of the customer. I’m beyond happy and they were top notch from the initial call to the technician completing the repairs. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service these days but 1 things for sure…. I will never buy a piece of furniture from another company!! Thank you Newswangers

The people are really friendly but you have to back in from the street down into the building wasn't really busy when I backed in so I had an easy time getting in and out not a lot of traffic the people were very nice very friendly had an enjoyable time making my delivery

Lovely small town friendliness! Very helpful sales staff. Beautiful selection of excellent quality furniture and lamps, pillows, mattresses. Certainly well worth the 10+ mile trip through gorgeous southern Lancaster County farmland. Parking just outside; ramp to entrance. I'll certainly shop here again!

Huge selection of furniture, lamps, mattresses, accessories. All beautifully arranged and displayed. Very helpful and pleasant sales staff. For a rather unassuming small appearance outside, this small town store will have you greatly surprised when you go inside! Brands you will recognize; prices extremely reasonable. Free delivery in 20-mile radius for purchases over $300. Well worth a trip to Quarryville!

Don't let the small town appearance fool you, this furniture store is three floors of great stuff. My friend baught a great glider chair at a good price. Living room, dining room. Bed room and more, everything one needs to furnish a home they got it. This place is worth the drive.Free parking with easy access to parking lot. Can be seen from roadside. Wheelchair accessible with public restrooms.Friendly service and staff. They don't dog you if you want to brouse.I recommend this store for price and quality.

Inconsiderate of other people's circumstances I have bought a used furniture set. and incompetent delivery men could not get it into my house. and the manage refuse to compensate me in any way just to give me a refund. I asked for a discount on some other furniture and they said no, and manager refused to contact owner cuz they were at a "funeral". We have absolutely no furniture in our house and we sit on the floor it just seemed that they were in considerate of our circumstances.

This is a family owned furniture store. The people are very friendly and are willing to help in any way they can. They carry name brand products like Lazy Boy and Serta Perfect Sleeper. They have 3 floors if furniture and the prices are not too high like a lot of furniture stores. I love the fact that they do not follow you around.
