I thought all Giants were the same until I went to the Quarryville Giant. The produce looks fresher than any Giant I’ve been to. It’s very clean and usually quiet when I’m there. There’s always someone to scan your items rather than you relaying on self checkout. If I lived closer I’d come here more!

This is a very nice grocery store and the people working there are friendly and helpful. We can generally find everything we want and even a few items other stores don't stock.

I wish this giant would stock favorable items. I don’t know if it’s because it’s a smaller store or if it’s because it's on the Southern end of Lancaster County, but I have to travel north to get the better most wanted items at a (family owned store).They don’t supply Cinnamon Toast Crunch creamer anymore for some reason, they don’t supply Mr. Mustard when we want brats, etc., lettuce is 9 out of 10 times turning brown. Subs taste like they have been sitting around for awhile and clearance bread moldy same day…yuck

The really need to clean their men’s restroom. Someone has started a booger collection on the wall of the handicap stall. It’s really disgusting and it’s been there for a long time. Hundreds of boogers stuck to the wall, gross. Whole room needs an overall deep clean.Update: the auto response is nice but what I want to hear from management is that you will making an effort to clean the restroom. This is a food establishment, not a gas station.

They have very limited selection of beef, however they usually have a decent quantity of chicken. Nothing like the musser boys had. I really miss them.

Product is always on shelf, quite organized & customer service goes out of the way to serve you . Product is always fresh in produce, the floral department carries a beautiful assortment & is a breathtaking nice surprise as you enter . Last but not least my favorite , your seafood is amazing & always carries a fresh assortment of the many dishes I enjoy. I have to say i was sceptical about losing Musser's however Giant fills in great! I have only 1 small complaint , I miss the peanut butter donuts. Blessings to you all!!!

This past week my debit card was compromised after getting gas. This is the 2nd time this has happened when getting gas at your store in the last 3 months. This is unacceptable. What a hugh inconvenience it is to be without my card for 2 weeks!

This place is very well kept and shelves are stocked. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and of good quality. This Grocery store is definitely better than all the big chain stores simple because it seems to be held to higher standards and it shows.

Finally stopped in after the changeover and was disappointed. While the store is clean and nice, and carries a decent selection, the items that always made Mussers special are no longer here. Generic bakery items that seems shipped in, nothing at all like they used to have. Wasn't tempted to buy anything in the bakery like I used to be. The large selection of store made deli items is also gone.

Nice clean store but difficult to find things. Items are in multiple locations and not logically placed. Cashiers won't notice if your shopper's card doesn't scan properly, meaning you won't get discounted prices ... Nearly paid $15 more for my grocery order as a result. I had to convince customer service that it wasn't something I did wrong, but they refunded the money.

Shopped here at Musser's for more than a decade. Always a pleasant experience; great variety of products (although that has decreased in respect to some niche items and local grocery items the past two years); outstanding employees. Some of the nicest people that I've ever met! Musser's will be missed.

2:00pm today (Tuesday) you closed the only cash register and made my wife have to use the self checkout.. if it'd been me I'd have left the cart full of groceries and gone home. My wife self checked out but was very upset. If it happens again we will be shopping at weise markets in Willow Street.

On May 11 at 8:30 pm at a cash register a young man charged for my grapes 1.99$ a pound. Grapes are 98 cents a pound. I was charged twice more. I got 8 pounds of them. So, tomorrow I have to return to Giant and square it. In this pandemic workers should be more careful with prices. Or management should train workers better. It was late and there were only 2-3 people at the store. That young man was really not interested to give a good service.

Moved to the area a few months ago. Have been using the Giant on Friendly Drive Quarryville ever since. It is a nice clean store and today with all that is going on with the qaurintine because of the virus it has been a little difficult getting out and about. I am thankful for Giant making special time for seniors t shop. On this day I had an issue with the points/ certificate for the free ham. The very nice associate named Lydia was very helpful and also Tim the night manager went above and beyond in customer service. So polite and such a pleasure to deal with. Totally made my shopping experience a delight. Thank you again for being a professional at your job.

They are a nice locally owned grocery store. Whenever I have been looking for something for a recipe that is not very common, the ladies at the service desk have gotten someone who could help me. Great selection of products and fresh produce. The prices on somethings are a few cents higher than Fergies, but comparable.

This is one of the cleanest grocery stores in Lebanon County. they have good deals but my favorite thing is there roasted chicken. we have made this our primary grocery store even though it's about 25 miles from my house

So much better at the Buck, over the store in Quarryville. Cleaner, Friendlier, better stocked! There's a clear difference between locations, probably better Management.

Giant food stores at the buck is a good basic store to go to. I can't find certain things though that I like to get so, I'll also go to Whole Foods and Stauffers on Rohrestown Road. Wish they had a better selection of local and organic foods and produce.

The grocery store is great, but the flower shop, not so much. Ordered a prom corsage and they didn't do what I wanted/asked. If I put out so much money for my prom, I want everything to look good. The corsage was so bland, it was very upsetting. I had much higher expectations, and assumed they would do the corsage as I said I wanted instead of tweaking it the way they thought would look better, because they were wrong.
