Great experience!! It was the first time for my 7mo old puppy Louie and I was nervous, but when I came to pick him up the groomer said he did great! I feel very comfortable bringing my puppy here again and you can tell the groomer has a passion for grooming dogs - very friendly and experienced! 10/10 Very happy I chose Zen Dog Grooming! And he looks great!

I brought my long-haired German Shepherd here for a full service groom. He came back to me in excellent condition! His fur gets dirty rather quick and becomes thicker as a result, but these groomers were able to take care of that in about 2-3 hours. His fur was so light and clean! Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this business enough. They have always treated my dog Escher very well. This week he got sprayed by a skunk. Badly. Full tank to the face. I sent a message and even though the business was due to be closed the next day the owner responded to me quickly and arranged for an emergency visit! I am so grateful. The most amazing part is they did such a great job there is almost no trace of the stink even days later. Now if only they cleaned bathrooms as well because that’s where he spent the first night. Thank you zen dog I will forever be loyal to such a great group of people!

Can’t recommend Zen dog grooming enough! This is the first professional groom for our 8 year old and they took amazing care of her and she looks amazing!! She can be a skittish dog in certain situations and they took that into consideration. They cares for her with love and passion and we are so thankful. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Christina and her staff at Zendog are AMAZING. They are so friendly and love every dog they meet. I have two rottweilers and they are a handful! She handles them so well and is always excited when we bring them in. The salon area is very clean and it smells great as well. The bonus...she uses natural products that don’t harm your pup!! My pups always come out smelling wonderful and with cute little bandanas each time! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer and those who want to support a local business!! 🐶💛

My two doodles can be a difficult pair to groom, they are sassy and wary of new people and have had negative experiences at previous grooming places, which makes them even more nervous pups. We have found our new grooming home at Zen Dog! My boys are happy and comfortable and are clearly treated with so much respect by the staff! They are professional and do an excellent job with every groom we’ve had! Cannot recommend enough!

First of all, the owner greeted our dog when we came in, very happy and friendly so I think our dog felt comfortable with her right away. They did a great job grooming my dog exactly how I asked. They did an impressively fast job since I didn't know how long it would take and had made plans so they were very sweet and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing what to expect. They had great customer service. We will be going back.

Had my 11 year old Norwegian Elk hound professionally groomed for the first time. He is deaf so I was concerned about leaving him and asked if I could stay when I booked his appointment. Christina welcomed me to stay for his grooming. Christina was excellent with him. She is a natural. He was immediately comfortable with her and I felt completely confident leaving him there. She did an excellent job! I will definitely return!!

We saw an article written up on Zen Dog in the paper and decided to check it out. I’m very picky on who I leave my 14 yo Maltese pup behind with. The shop is so clean and cute and I felt very comfortable leaving her in Christina’s care. Christina is so friendly and welcoming and she did a wonderful job! Picked up our baby and she looked beautiful as ever. I’m very happy this shop opened up and we will definitely be making this our usual groomers.

Best dog groomer in Bucks County, with always having multiple dogs I frequent the groomers often. I have been to several places with my pups but have never seen them so beautiful when leaving or so happy to go. Professional and courteous is everyone at Zen Dog. Highly recommend!!

I called on a Monday ( they were closed) yet I contacted them through their website, and received a response almost instantly. They told me I could come jn the next day ( no appointment needed ) so I did. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Very gentle, caring and kind. My dog could tell they had cool votes as she didn't act up at all. It actually took longer to get the parking meter to take my quarters, then to have my dog's nails clipped. Incredible bargain too. Great place!!

They take great care of our yellow lab. He does not appreciate a bath and the staff does a wonderful job getting him bathed, nails clipped (and ground) and ears cleaned. He comes home soft and fresh again. We trust them completely to take care of our fur-baby and treat him like family.

Took my 1 year old Lab Collie mix in today and was greeted with a warm welcome. My pup has HIGH anxiety and Christina handled her very well. Attention to detail, comfortability of the pup, all while putting on a smile. Even got a bandana when she was done! Awesome place, awesome people. This place truly deserves 4.5 stars. My dog loves it here, and the work done is fantastic.Staff is always extremely friendly and they always respond very quickly. They keep very busy, but just enough where you can still squeeze in a last minute emergency groom most times, if needed.The ONLY reason I haven't given 5 stars (though they're truly up there) is because it would be so helpful if there were some sort of written "menu" with the grooming options and pricings, so that those of us who are visual could see our options and not feel slightly overwhelmed when having to be told each time we walk in and ask.Regardless of this minor lack (more of personal preference and what I'm used to from past groomers) the owner and groomer is excellent with handling and caring for the dogs and truly takes pride and care for her work. I highly recommend Zen Dog Grooming!

This place is amazing! My dogs love everyone here. Totally open so your dog feels safe and you can see them being groomed. They do an amazing job with nail dremeling or clipping; even with my Aussie Shep Mix.

Here’s my experience with this groomer. My 2 dogs were groomed here about a year and a half ago. The cut they received was nice I must admit. It did concern me at the time that there were dogs on the tables and that the owner and one of her staff had just begun to eat their take out food while the dogs were on the tables. I paid and left and made a polite comment about it to her. Our groomer we previously had never left dogs on the tables. Fast forward to last week. We went through a very traumatic experience and our female dog was injured with a wound a groomer left (no not this lady) and distrust set in concerning grooming in general. My dog had to be hospitalized for 5 days. I called up and spoke with one of her workers and asked if I could come masked and sit apart to ensure my dog would be ok. The girl told me to hold on she had to ask the owner. She came back and explained that would be fine. I said are you sure she said “yep the owner is who I spoke with and she said it was ok” three days later we called to confirm everything and were told “no you can’t stay” I said well the owner just said I could just a few days ago. There was no explanation as to why the sudden switch! Said “ok bye” couple days later comes our appointment we call to confirmand she claims I hung up on her bather. How can I have hung up when everyone in my family heard me say “ok bye” then she cancels our appointment. When I called to ask why our appointment she then puts the owner on the phone and she starts getting nasty with me. I’m sorry but if you truly love dogs why wouldn’t she have tried to be compassionate about what we went through and the compassion for what our dog went through. She kept bragging about her “perfect reviews” well maybe for others but not for me. When hanging up I got as nasty with her as she was with me. I called my groomer back home who’s been running a successful grooming salon for 22 years. She told me bring my babies home and she’ll groom them. The first thing my groomer said back home was “omg didn’t she care at all about what Lola went through she should have tried to work with you” Thanks but no Thanks I prefer to deal with someone who puts the needs of the dog ahead of their ego!!

They were able to book within a few days and provided great customer service when I went there. I took my 4 1/2 year old mini Labradoodle and my 3 1/2 mos old mini Goldendoodle to Zen Grooming today. Both dogs came back looking cute, smelling clean and were very well groomed. Shop was clean and owner was very detailed in asking what I wanted.
