Had an order for curbside delivery. Said I was here through the app. Waited 15 minutes outside, no other customers in site. So I called and a very rude woman named Theresa answered the phone. She was incredibly blunt and wanted to know what I order and I told her and she said she would need one of the guys to get it. I said thank you very much. Here response was yeah and slammed the phone down. Worse customer service ever! Maybe she's having a bad day but don't take it out on your customers. Grr.

We stopped at your store at 6:45pm this evening, July 2nd on our way to go camping as a family. Your staff was rather rude when we asked to fill two 30 lb. propane tanks, said “oh, that’s closed” and walked off. As a regular customer of TSC, I am quite disappointed and our family vacation for our two year olds birthday has been ruined.

The employees pick up their phone, they're knowledgeable on what breed ducks they have and are willing to walk up to help you. The nice Gentleman employee was very hard working and made sure I had everything I needed. I was full of joy. Not all Tractor Supply stores are the same just like ducks.

Good selection. The one thing I wish rhey had in stock was safety yellow or orange long sleeve PPE. Good outlet for Carhart clothing. Oved the baby chicks.

I went to Tractor Supply to purchase a trailer. As a person who has never owned a trailer, I had a million questions. My salesman, Bill, answered every one of my questions with patience and was extremely knowledgeable. I purchased a trailer that day, Bill showed me how to hook it up, and even helped me purchase an awesome trailer jack with a wheel that fit my set-up perfectly. I would not hesitate to make a large purchase again at Tractor Supply, everyone is super friendly, and associates like Bill deserve to be recognized and appreciated! Side note, he even was on his lunch break when he came out to help me, not necessary at all, but very glad he did

As with every tractor supply store I go to, always a pleasure. Friendly and helpful the staff(Eric)was awesome finding me a dog bed for one of my hounds and setting it aside until I could get there that evening.Nice to see a company that still knows what customer service is all about.

Stopped in to get a gas grill tank refilled today...As I watched the associate to do his thing from the parking lot, it was obvious that they ran out of propane during the filling process. He checked the level of the main tank, closed the lid (it echoed forever after closing it) reattached the line, tried again and handed it to me.After playfully asking him if he had enough to get the job done, he said it was vapor locked but got it filled. It seemed lighter than it should have been, but took his word for it, rather than waste my time in customer service. I brought it home and weighed it, and it was 7lbs lighter than it was supposed to be, at only 30 lbs.All the guy had to say was he ran out... it happens, and I’d understand. Won’t go back, not even for other purchases. I’ll just go up the street instead where they have a working scale, (theirs is broken and they rely on the meter for gallons pumped instead) and not have to worry about this kind of thing. Pretty dumb thing to do, considering it’s the last $10 I’ll ever spend there.

Bought a cub cadet zero turn from here a couple months ago and it was the best decision ever. Way better then Lowe’s or Home Depot John deers. It runs great and mows amazing. Best purchase ever and everyone was really helpful.

Good for grass seed deals at the end of the season.They started carrying a new variety of fast-growing all weather Grass seed that grew where nothing else would. I tried every grass-type and manufacturer and nothing worked, when I saw this new brand I bought a bag and I threw it down heavy all over the area and it took three weeks and it popped up all of a sudden in just a couple days and it's very thick. I highly recommend getting this new variety if you're having trouble getting grass to grow. The best time is after the last freeze and before a week of good rain or make sure you water it every day with sprinklers. But even now in the winter the grass is still green. I am impressed.

Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional staff. I went in with a friend who needed to get some baby chicks and chicken food. They had everything that he needed and everything was clearly labeled and marked. The little chickens were super cute, as we're the little duckies.

Great place with reasonably priced outdoor items that are good quality overall. I wish the store was a bit better organizationally, it was hard to find the correct duck feed I was looking for. Otherwise, definitely worth the drive over.

Was told I couldn't get a 100 lb. Propane tank filled cause I couldn't stand it up. My only mode of transportation is a car. That propane tank is the main source of heat. And it didn't matter I have a wife ,step son who is 10 years old and two dogs. The guys said he didn't care. But I had a propane company tell me it didn't matter if was laying down.

The girl at the register was nice and polite. She directed me to a manager for my question. The store in Harleysville had already done a price match for me from Advance Auto of a jug of Rotella Gas Truck. I happened to be in Qtown area so I wanted to pick up 3 more jugs. This manager said she didn't feel comfortable honoring it. Wasted my time. I will go back to the Harleysville store to get the jugs. They have no issue with the price match. Last time I will go here unfortunately.

Overwhelmed by the selection of home and farm products/supplies available. Pet food/supplies (hamsters to horses!), power tools, hunting, camping, n more. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Even told me not to purchase an item I was unsure of.

I just had two 30 lb. propane tanks filled from empty, and would only put 6 gallons in each tank. Yet, the maximum limit for a full tank is 7 gallons. That is 15% under filled. The employee stated that they are trained to only fill a 30 lb. tank to 6 gallons.
