This is a huge store with big selection of mostly clothing. There used to be great furniture department, but it got closed since Corona started ( I Believe) , and the store no longer accepts furniture (that's what says on the door..I never questioned the reason).There are good finds time to time, unused or light used items can be found quite often.All I noticed this location used to be better. I don't know why selection got worse. Maybe people stopped donating here

This place used to be great. Now it’s a joke. You can regularly go in here and find things priced higher than the clearance price that’s on the tag from the store it originally came from. Take your donations and business to a thrift store that actually cares about helping the community instead of trying to profit off the poor.

This thrift store needs to be demolished. It's big but absolutely disgusting. It smells completely rank in there as soon as you open the door. The clothing is not organized by size, just color so you spend hours going through every isle. Most of the clothes they have there have rips and stains and are completely stretched out. And god forbid if you bring in a tote bag to use for your purchases instead of their nasty, rusted squeaky broken carts cause they'll accuse you of stealing. The staff are so rude and judgemental.......Whereas Goodwill is an amazing Thrift store, Quakertown PA Salvation Army is a complete dump.

Staff very friendly and professional. Clothes are all organized very well. Store is overall neat. It would help if the books were organized better by type and author but understandably there are so many donations hard to keep up, but you get that one staffer to take on that project it could improve visibility of book bit also increase sale and turn around. Otherwise, pleasant experience.

I've been shopping here since the early1980's and I have found some nice hard to findMohair and. acrylic men's sweaters thatthat are no longer made. Also at aSalvation Army Store the Poconos neara Wal-Mart shopping center, don't remember what town it's in.

Get an espresso and prepare to sift through to find new pops for your wardrobe! You have to be patient but there are so many gems. Bring a bag, they are going bagless soon.Also— it’s so hard for me to find pants and I finally found a perfect pair of jeans but it had a rip in the butt pocket… got it for freeee. Ok good luck, enjoy

Not good. I was there strictly for clothing and shoes. It's a huge store so I was excited by the possibilities. Clothing is grouped by color, not size. With as much inventory as they has it was overwhelming to search for mysize. If it was only that issue I could deal. But they also use staples to adhere the price tag, and more often than not they staple directly through the fabric. I am not interested. my time for clothing with holes in it.

You find the neatest nick nacks..and the sales on wendsdays multiple colors on discount is a must check out!!!You take your time and look thru racks you find some name brand clothing!!

This is my family's favorite thrift store! They sell nice products and everything is reasonably priced. My only strong suggestion is that they offer nicer dressing rooms. It wouldn't cost much to add some doors to the dressing rooms. Right now their "doors" are nothing more than windy curtains. More privacy for patrons in the dressing room would be a classy touch.Also it is imperative that they offer a nice, clean, little bathroom for the public to use. It would increase their sales exponentially if customers didn't have to rush away from shopping because of a full bladder.We do love this shop though! Quirks and all.

They have a large variety of things. From furniture to clothes to kitchen wear to books and movies. The store is clean. The clothes are organized by color. The prices are reasonable on many items. The employees are usually super nice. We go here alot and have always left with something. They do not have public bathrooms so go before you get there.

The Salvation Army Thrift Store is clean .The Store does take credit cards .It does provide shopping carts.However, the clothes are NOT marked by size . ( The clothes used to be divided by size). Now , only by groupings of "like" colors . I was very confused and left the Store without buying anything.

One clerk told my daughter thar a pair of shoes was 4.99 when they used black marker on a black shoe for price. We go to buy the shoes and they say that they are 9.99.They basically accused ny daughter of being a liar, and they are not people friendly. Is salvation army a charity or a price gouging business.

BEST location for clothing, especially women's jeans! I come all of the way from near Stroudsburg just to shop here a few times a year to refresh my wardrobe :)

5/27 went there to look for clothes and a employee was what sounded like braking of dished or glassware tossing the items in a tall bin. O.m be alot nicer so you could resale them down the road.needless to say was impressed at the store either. Find what I was looking for or leave is was thoughts are .

Had a number of items to donate and scheduled a pick up on line and received confirmation. No one showed or called. I then rescheduled the pick up for several days later. Again no one showed or called. I contacted them live line and was told they had no record of my appointments but there was one on some random date in February, which I never scheduled. I notified them of their errors and was told they could not pick anything up for over a month anyway. They obviously have some major disconnect with what is scheduled on line and when they can truly pick up items. Contacted another more organized donation place for a pick up during the same week.

At times they have awesome stuff, other times not. Staff not so firendly. Some items are over priced. As a whole store is clean, not trashy. Wednesdays best day yo go...clothes abd shoes are half price

If I could this store a rating of a negative number I would. The staff is awful. They are rude and don't want to be bothered. The store is open until 8 or 9 which is great, BUT don't even THINK about parking in the back if the front lot is full because they close the gate around 5. EVEN IF THE PARKING LOT IN THE BACK IS FULL!!!! so now each and every customer that wants to leave has to go BACK in the store. And some of us have little ones that now we have to take BACK out of the car to go get a rude employee to open the gate. And lastly, the thing I HATE most about this store, is the was they organize their racks! They organize by COLOR not by SIZE. So you sit there flipping through tons of shirts to find YOUR SIZE. and the worst are the JEANS!! they have ALL THE JEANS on 4 racks IN NO SIZE ORDER AT ALL!!! so you have to flipping through hundreds of jeans to find your size.... its time consuming and frustrating and makes me NEVER want to return to your store. Better shape up. You are about to lose a loyal customer.

Clothing: excellent. I have gotten items ranging from sweat pants to very nice formal suits and sportcoats. $15 for a suit that would cost $300+ new is my idea of a bargain.Small non-clothing items: they usually don't have any that interest me.Furniture: we once scored a leather couch for peanuts!The staff: always polite to me.

It's very rare you find anything of use here. I honestly don't get the appeal of this place and how the lot is always full. It's nothing but clothing that's seen better days and random stuff that's broken or missing parts.

Fun and fabulous as usual. I especially enjoyed it today because at 8 pm, it wasn't crowded. I could shop a rack without shopping around patrons and trying to stay out of everyone's way. Plus it was way less 'competitve" to find rhose finds!!!

Went in with a friend looking for a swimsuit for my Granddaughter, we found 2 of them & a cover up... also 8 shirts my Grandson will LOVE ~ all that for under $38.Great day... Thank you so much!!!

I spoke with Ms Sharon regarding a toy drive for my kids Christmas as things have been really tough this year. My mother had to go pick the toys up as I do not drive. Reaching them is impossible! My mother got lost. Ms Sharon called to say they were almost done and if I was coming I explained my mother got turned around. I gave my mother the number as well as left 4 messages to inform them she was coming and still no answer nor call back. Now my kids have no Christmas because no one could bother to answer the phone.

What an awful experience. We generously donated an entire household and they never gave us a tax write off sheet. When I called about the form, the manager told me "sorry, can't help, how do I know it's you?" And gave me a huge run around. I will never shop here and give more of my money to such a horrid place.

They stopped having furniture and the menus jeans were not sorted. Dishware, nicknakes where not neatly displayed they were stacked on top of each other very much a mess including the games and electronics were piled and cramed on tables.

The clothes are not separated by size at all but if you have several hours to hunt you can really find good stuff, and a lot of brand names. The dressing rooms are pathedic though and no bathrooms makes it hard to be there as much time as you need to look through everything.

Love this location. Always tons of selection and men's t-shirts. Also, the electronics section can be a hit some days. Found some fantastic gadgets for great prices
