We purchased a new Asus laptop and a printer for my husband. Being elderly we were absolutely impressed and so grateful for the help from Alyssa, Aneesh and Geoff. All three went above and beyond in getting us set up as well as upgrading another laptop for me from Windows 7 to Windows 10. These people are wonderful ambassadors for Staples. We will never go anywhere else for our computer needs. I highly recommend this Staples store.

I have been going in to have color copies of my artwork made. Getting prints that are faithful representations of the original is important. Ali and her associates always do a great job and I leave the store with beautiful prints. Lately, I've been getting photos from my phone printed as well and they do a fantastic, professional job with that as welll.

The staff was great in assisting me with finding the best product and for taking notice of my struggle to find it on my own. They were also willing to make sure that it was compatible with my laptop. Will definitely recommend them to anyone, since they were by my opinion more customer friendly than Best Buy.

Today I need computer parts and don't want to walk in the store. They started off 2021 by charging me repeatedly for a single transaction over 3days after I left. While I believe it was a computer glitch, they kept refunding;- it added up around $100or so for one $15 scan & email.No Google access at the copiers either for printing. Just saying watch out. They need a different payment system for self serve copies. I try not to take it personally;- however there are alit of people who are Anti-Asian here.

At the the 3pm hour the employees that be behind the counter were the fax and copier machine are really rude and have anger problems..Yesterday I ask a specific question to a lady and she raise her voice at me a little bit. Then, today I ask a kid who work there I wanted to do the fax and he talk to me very like mad like. After, I finish with the fax I told him thank you at least and never even said you welcome.. Manger seem kool at least and the girl.. They need to evaluate there employees there bad service no help if you want to do a fax or print!!

Brought my son's gaming PC in for minor hardware issues. Tech team repaired issues, organized internal cables, and did a thorough inspection of components. Fixed some potentially major problems before they could cause any damage. Ben was very knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed his job. Thanks again to the whole tech department.

Terrible experience. Needed something printed for office meeting, not informed about additional charge for same day service. Was told they would wave the fee but we would have to wait 2 days to pick it up even though they had it sitting there waiting. Bad customer service in my opinion. If they had just waived the fee this time I would return with more orders. Not going back.

Staple Quakertown, poor and worse service in the print and marketing area. Several times to requesting jobs and the experience has been really bad. Very different in Staples Souderton. I wish the manager of Quakertown put more attention in customer service, the employees should learn to run the extra mile for customers in order to satisfy them. 👎

Store manager Corey at the quakertown location went above and beyond to help me out with a computer issue I had. Great customer service and offered to help with out even having to ask. Would definitely do all my Staples shopping at this location.

Ashley in printing is a LIFE SAVER!! I had an emergency and needed a "photo frame" for a baby shower in less than 24 hours, and that super woman made it happen AND DIDNT CHARGE ME THROUGH THE ROOF! Thank you SO much Ashley!

Went to this staples to get 4 legal size copies made. One worker in the copy area doing nothing asked what I wanted. When I told her she pointed to another worker busy with another customer and stated that he would help me. I stood there for a couple of minutes while this guy was working with customer and while the other worker was doing nothing. I walked out and went to a copy center down the road (route 309) and got my 4 copies in less that three minutes for $.50 and with a smile. I think Staples HR should try to figure out why these people in this store are so down in the mouth. I am more and more getting my office supplies from other stores. Service and a Smile goes a long way in keeping customers.

When in to take some computers for recycling, and they took a whole shopping cart full of my computer equipment! They were friendly and knowledgeable and gave me advice on how to recycle other items locally!!
