Dry, stale cold pretzels. Person in charge was very rude. Argumentive, agitated and unfriendly. I requested a different pretzel. He looked at me like I had 3 heads. I asked for a different one from the case thinking this was a fluke incident. He said the ones in the case were no different than the ones I was given. He screamed to one of the workers baking the pretzels to put in a mini strip. I stood off to the side as other customers were being helped. I waited and waited for him to explain what was going on. I finally asked him. He told me that I "didn't want the one I was given, so he was making new ones." He never apologized. I was not told that it takes 10 minutes to bake. He handed me the 4 dollars I paid. I gave him the money back. My response to him was I've been waiting thislong and that I'll wait. I hada car full of groceries which we're getting warm. He had no response. After this episode I was given the new pretzels. No other communication was had. This man should not be in charge. Horrible customer service. And although my newpretzels were warm they too were stale and dry. So much for running in for a quick pretzel.

It's memorial day weekend. I came in for fifty pretzels. Instead of being kind courteous and helpful. Asking me to politely wait while they cook my pretzels. The staff reprimanded me for not calling ahead. She was angry combative and clearly upset at how busy they were. Complaining that they would get wiped out and I need to call ahead. This person clearly wasn't the owner. The busiest weekend of the year for them and this girl is going to yell at everyone who walks through the door who wants to make an impulsive purchase. I was ready to drop $50 or more dollars. Instead I barely spent $10. Sad. Badly Trained staff. If I was the owner she would be fired on the spot. Never coming back.

Hate the fact they don't support the military or seniors by offering a discount.When I asked the owner he even questioned me like I don't have a DD 214 to back it up,how insulting.Also you should order the day of pick up. I made the mistake of ordering the day before and the order of 60 pretzels for my high schoolers were breaking off in chunks and hard like they were made the night before and left out overnight.No more pretzel factory for me, ever!

We stopped in right before closing and the two gentlemen were extremely polite and friendly. They gave me a few extra goodies and tips on how to freeze them as well. Great establishment!

Mini pretzels were ordered. All 4 were completely hard and dried out. The inside was harder than hard dried pretzels. Not too sure why they thought it was okay to sell. Very bad experience unfortunately

I was in this store on Friday January 20,2023.There was an African American manager in the back screaming at an employee. I had my young grand daughter with me and she asked why is that man yelling at that guy.Very embarrassing. In my opinion this guy who was yelling at an employee should NOT BE A MANAGER. I will never go back there. He should be Fired

Look the pretzels are good it's a franchise so they all have the same recipe. This particular store but never have pretzel dogs especially on twisted Tuesday when they send out coupons for them. When they do, there is hardly pretzel dough wrapped around it and not even wrapped all the way... the last straw today were the mini's they were smaller than my hand and super thin. Someone is really cheapin out and it's a disgrace.

Got a $30 party tray, because everyone loves them. I was taking them to a customer who has about 30 employees.I asked for a small bag to pack some napkins. The gal said they didn't have any. I went over and grabbed about 30 napkins as another customer came in. He bought five pretzels and they put them in a bag.I said that's the size bag I need and she shook her head no. "We get charged for these, so we don't give themOut, and THATS really a lot of napkins that you took."Seriously?????? I asked how much to buy a bag, and she said ten cents.I put a dollar on the counter, and said "this is for the napkins too"One other worker whispered, "I'm so sorry".Incredibly shortsighted employee.

Pleasantly surprised to receive such wonderful customer service and product. Stopped in at 6pm with one employee closing the shop on a Tuesday 3-26. He was so friendly and kind and made the experience so worthwhile we will certainly be coming back!

I'm giving 1 star to the Quakertown location only, and not the franchise. This location used to be great but seems to have slacked off lately. The Souderton location has the freshest and best tasting pretzels I've ever had. No matter what time of day we stop in, the pretzels seem to have just come out of the oven. They have an adequate amount of salt as well. The Quakertown location is the complete opposite. We never seem to get warm pretzels there anymore regardless of the time we go (in fact, they seem to have an old taste to them) and the salt is usually lacking. This has been going on for only the past few months so I'm not sure what has changed (new management, employees?). I hope it's only a temporary issue.

Pretzels were phenomenal, baked to perfection with just the perfect sprinkling of salt. The cheesesteak bites were nice and cheesey and jam-packed with flavor. Amazing service as always

Best pretzels around, and I grew up in Philadelphia enjoying those pretzels sold out of shopping carts that would soak up the car exhaust and you knew the dude wasn't washing his hands or anything when handling them. This just added to the flavor in my opinion. Pretzel factory also offers great cinnamon sugar twists and choice of a bunch of different mustard and dipping options for the pretzels. If you enjoy REAL Philadelphia soft pretzles, not all the so called want to be Philly Pretzles around the valley, give these guys a try.

Never get pretzels here. Worse run store in the SE PA region. The have old pretzels in the case.

If there was something less than one star, I'd use that. 1.25$ for 1 pretzel when all the other locations I've ever gone to charge 0.75$. What a rip off. And the pretzel was not even warm, and it was quite smaller. I'll drive the extra miles to get to either Souderton, or Lansdale.

Everyway that they make their pretzels are delicious. The sauces and mustards are good too. The pricing can't be beat. Definitely where I go when I'm craving a pretzel.

Submitted an order, online in advance for a large amount of pretzels. The messed up the order and had 25 ready and refused to give me a refund 'because it was an online order'.

Called to order a party tray, was told available pickup time was 6pm. Arrived at 6pm to be told it wouldn't be ready for another 30-45 minutes. Staff disorganized and unprofessional.
