I called and set up a puppy bath with a blow dry, brushing, nail clipping, and ear cleaning for my family's 3 month old bulldog puppy. We received a coupon for this service for free by purchasing one of the puppy coupon books they offer. The service was easy to set up by phone after creating a profile online. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were polite, professional, and did a wonderful job with Francis. We opted to have his nails grinded for just a little extra. Wonderful grooming services, and Francis got to shop for new toys afterward!

We have been a loyal customer with Renee at Quakertown, when we had a senior dog that she was so gentle with he absolutely loved her. After our precious boy died, we thought we wouldn’t get another dog until we adopted our new boy Thor. She does an amazing job every time, and he loves when he sees her. He looks amazing!! Thank you!!!

We took our two girls there tonight for their kitty claws to be cut. The two girls who provided the service were amazing. Handled Mindy and Annie amazingly, not a job we as pet parents can do without getting cut. The cost was worth it and not expensive at all. Recommend the petsmart grooming. Thank you again girls for taking care of our girls!

They butchered my dog.The grooming takes forever, they never do the courtesy to give an estimate time or call for updates on timing or how your pet is doing. Also Lydia the groomer butchered my dog. Went in for just a basic trim and wash got my cavapoo back completely shaved. He didn’t have any prior matting which I know can be the need for such a drastic cut especially with longer haired dogs and doodles.we will never come back and if you have a poodle or doodle, I wouldn’t recommend places like this. Definitely take those type breeds to professionals not chain dog stores. This has been an ongoing issue with pets mart and petco grooming specifically. Love both stores for everything else but the grooming almost always is a major fail.
