I was recently able to adopt the sweetest dog from this location. Due to the puppies having to quarantine 2 weeks because they were out of state, I went to see the pup I was interested in everyday until her quarantine was up. This not only allowed me to grow a relationship with the dog through glass, but also see their living conditions, how their employees treated the animals, and how they handled customers. Their little homes were cleaned routinely, they were fed at the same time every day, and they were given love and attention even when they were overwhelmed with volume. They truly set these pups up to be loyal and loving companions when they reach their forever home. On adoption day, their staff made this a day to remember. They were just as excited as we were, and helped us gather everything we needed to bring home our pup. They even gave her a free bath! It is clear they care about ALL animals that come through these doors, and I’ll be forever grateful I wandered through.

I want to love this store, but the fish are so sickly and water being circulated through tanks with so many dead fish. The ammonia levels have got to be awful. I counted 15 dead fish last time I was in there. I’ve seen a flower horn dying while laying on its side gasping for air. Before I knew any better I purchased 12 endlers and 11/12 died within 48 hours. My tanks are cycled and established. All fish pictured are dead.

We just adopted an adorable and sweet little kitten from pets plus. We also adopted our 3 year old dog from pets plus as well. They pay for spay/neuter as a part of the adoption fee as well, though the clinic is pretty far away. Overall very pleased. Our kitten is a great addition to the family!

Pet store with dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, food, and accessories. We looked at adopting a kitten. The holding area reeked bad. It took over 15 minutes for the staff to come back. The pet crates were also in bad shape. Seems like they want to make a sale versus matching people with the right pet.

We adopted Lola the cat in July of 2018. She turned out to be the best cat I've ever had. She is almost 6 years old now and is healthy and sweet, happy and loving!

Two female terrier dogs picking on a male terrier dog one biting on his head and other dog biting his punishment and pulling him by it. The male dog tried digging the wall to get away but couldn't. Very upsetting to see that no one watches or cares. I told them they needed to separate the male from the two bad females and I made sure they did and they said we will give him a rest for awhile and give the females some toys. They waited til I left and never gave them toys cause I came back the next day and saw. I took a picture of them next dayfemales laying together and male by himself shivering. I hope their still not attacking the male , I will keep going to see them till their gone. Not right ,very sad my friends said I should of called animal control on them. But I believed in second chances.

I love this place mostly for all the animals they have for adoption. I love looking at the baby bunnies and the puppies are always a hit when they have them. They always have some dogs that need a home so if your looking to adopt this is a good place to go because they are not dogs for sale they are for adoption, yes there is a price but it's nothing compared to the $1500 you would pay for a puppy at a breeder and here you are giving a needy animal a loving home. Their adoption fees are very reasonable, their prices on everyday items is a little high but if your looking for a really nice harness or something else a bit more high end you can find it here.

Hate to be negative but I bought 3 rainbow fish 2 days ago and 2 of the 3 have very bad ich. I am a huge aquarium hobbyist who has several thousands of dollars invested in my homes tanks. Luckily I caught it and have a quarantine tank. Shame on the store for not being ahead of this.

Literally has the best selection of fish with in 20 miles. It has a variety from beta and goldfish all the way to peacock bass and redtail catfish. It has dogs and has stopped puppy mill in 2014. I have had 2 fish die thow that I got from here. It was my red tail catfishes died from intestinal worms but they fixed the problem after 2 died. Im def gonna hit up there Black Friday cause I got. 55 gallon tank probably gonna get a peacock bass and a Pleco and smthin else. Thow all the fish there are babies and the Red Tail Catfish aren’t over 6 inches.Plz hit there sometime it is def underated.

I always experience great help from the staff at Pets Plus. They generally carry whatever I need for my cats, dog, and tortoise. Moreover, I feel like they appreciate my patronage. I never feel like a number there and their love of animals shows.In the last two decades I have bought two kittens there. Both were/are healthy and, though the first one has since passed on, I enjoyed many happy years with him. My little female is now four years old and I won’t hesitate to get another cat there when the time comes.Pets Plus has a place where you can interact with the animals up for adoption. They let me bring my grieving senior cat (after his feline playmate died a month earlier) in to see how he responded to a potential “brother” or “sister”. The picture shows him that day with the female I ended up adopting.

Adopted our puppy here and they were awesome with making sure we got everything we needed. I highly suggest getting the puppy starter kit if you plan to adopt. you get the cage, bowls, toys, frontline, treats, a harness/leash combo and more. We love our new addition Harley is a great puppy and gets along perfectly with our kids. He's not just a pet he's now a member of our family💙

Always helpful. Always have in stock four to five star food for my fur babies. I would much recommend this store above all the other pet stores in the area. This is more of a smaller establishment with true animal lovers that are employed there. Always willing to go the extra mile to find an item or order something that they don't have at the store. I adopted a cat from there and buy mostly all my kibble, canned food and toys for my two dogs and cat from this place. Prices are fair and in order for a store such as this. They do have lower cost, highly rated options as well which is a lifesaver as I live on a tight budget.

Honestly the absolute worst customer service, besides the short heavy set guy with glasses who works in the fish department. Very inconsistent portions of brine shrimp and black worms because they have people working that have no idea what they’re doing, they try to limit the amount of black worms you can get even though it is not posted anywhere. I’ve given it chance after chance but won’t be back and don’t suggest anyone else to go either

Awesome store. They gave everything you need for almost any pet. And SO MANY ADOPTABLE ANIMALS of all kinds!!! I love to visit just to see the animals. They also have THE BEST reptile supplies around, excellent quality live feeders!! Love this place!!!

Started with hermit crabs now. Never thought I'd be so into them. Started our crabitat from pets plus. J.c. was very helpful, very knowledgeable, I'd say she's the hermit crab queen... lol. Thanks to her, we got a new habit....

Staff is nice, however the store itself is pretty sad. Two giant tanks that haven’t been cleaned in what looks like a few months. As a store owner it’s your job to take care of the animals you’re selling, and that includes maintenance on their enclosures or tanks. Sad to see two beautiful fish sitting stoic in the back of a tank you can barely even see through. Do better.

I bought a dumbo rat here. They told me the rats were handled regularly. Turns out that's not the case. I have been working with him for 6 months now and just got him to the point where he doesn't bite that much. I have had plenty of rats and none of them ever had a biting problem, nor did they have any kind of antisocial behavior like he does. Very disappointed in the fact that I was told one thing and found out it was not the truth when it came down to purchasing this animal.

This is just my go to for pet store....we have 2 cats, 2 dogs, and a 75 gallon aquarium...... we get most of our supplies from here.Never seen diseased fish (like I have seen at other pet stores), prices are competitive, usually carry live feed for pets, have dog wash stations, and everyone is very friendly.

First off, walked around the store and it was VERY dirty! Came across a RODENT just running around the floor, was not in its cage. All three employees were VERY rude! As well as the cashier being on her phone while I was waiting to check out. I will NEVER be a costumer here ever again. Absolutely disgusting!

The amount and diversity of the inventory was great. With the guidance of a staff member I was able to identify a new and better cat food for my picky Siamese cats, who have never finished their wet food so thoroughly. Worth the longer drive to keep them happy and healthy.
