Brittany is always on point, when cutting my Aussie! Never to short or too long. SHE LISTENS to the customer and what they need. Great pet beautician. She is a keeper! My dog never wants to come home after her haircuts with Brittany! She makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog! Oh also she is professional and keeps high integrity. I left my whole purse their, she called me when another customer had noticed it their. Right away! Very truthful person. My DOG (Stella) appreciates her.

I waited at the register for more than 10 minutes while the employee watched me from an aisle behind me. Anytime I tried to make eye contact she hid behind products on the shelf. She was one of 3 employees who ignored me. I worked in retail for over 15 yrs, I'm usually very patient when shopping because I understand how things operate in a retail setting. This was the first time I've ever walked out of a store, I left my item on the register and just walked out. Prior to me leaving without a purchase an employee followed me from aisle to aisle (down to the specific sections I was shopping) to force me to leave because it was a half hour to closing. Not once did she offer assistance, which is what you should do if you plan on closing on time and in an orderly fashion. Her only objective was to make me feel uncomfortable. She was the 2nd of the 3 that ignored me once I got to the register. I'm so glad that my regular petco is NOTHING like this location. Only stopped in to pick up one item after visiting someone in the area. Do not shop here.

Ordered on-line supplies for my new puppy, was ready in less than an hour and picked it up. Went inside and purchased more items. Very helpful associates, clean store and lots of items to shop for. Could have spent more time in the store but had to set up a new crate for my new puppy. Everything was great, good quality, reasonably priced. Will be back soon!

Went here to purchase a beta fish and immediately was approached by an employee that asked what kind of tank we were looking for. I told her that we had this specific brand that we already bought.Mind you… THAT THIS TANK WAS AT THIS STORE SOLD HERE. The minute I said it the sales person told me she was never going to sell me a fish because it was animal cruelty if I bought a fish and had it live in a tank they sold. I asked her why they sold the same tanks? No response however she proceeded to guide us to a set of tanks that were $90 and WAY too big for a single beta fish. I immediately proceeded to exit the store. I ended up buying my fish at the pet smart up the road and my beta fish has been living happily for 2 years in the tank that this person claimed to be animal cruelty. Since then I will never go back. No one should make you feel that way. Do your research.

I love this Petco location! It has such a great place to shop for our cat or any creature you might have.Store is laid out very nice and flows well. Aisles are wide enough for larger breads.They have a convenient clean up station at the ends of the aisle for any accidents that might happen. So thoughtful!!They have a very nice way of categorizing which is very shopper friendly if you need to get in and out quickly.I like that they carry a wide selection for every pet you have.The prices are competitive to Chewy. Com that I use.Adoption center has only cats there today. I’m not sure if they get dogs there since the cubbies are so small.Grooming section appears to be very welcome and has a glass window to watch any animal being groomed. It’s so adorable watching how well behaved some of the animals are while they’re being pampered.I have picture of the cat litter we use that i highly recommend. The name of the cat litter is definitely what is it. I bought it to try and our cat litter doesn’t smell AT ALL!!!I told two of my family members to try and now we all love it!!!!Toys and otc medication for the pets are available and good selection for lots of issues.You’ll enjoy this store like we do.

I travel on Monday, February 19. I made an appointment two weeks ago with Petco to get my dog groomed on the 18th they called me Friday to let me know they are canceling my appointment and they don’t have anyone to work. People out there if you have plans do not take your pet to Petco expecting them to get groomed because they will cancel on you last minute.

The cashier was so pleasant and helpful and lovely to talk to at Petco. They have a good selection of reptiles and fish. They have all kinds of products for all kinds of animals. Our bulldog puppy loves his new Kong Wubba toy that we bought him from there.

Need to specify, This is the Quakertown Location! We love most of our Petco Stores.Butchered our Double coated Shiloh Shepard! Was told they had knowledge with breed, they were instructed not to do any cutting, was assured his coat would not be cut with the exception of paws! Then when we called on it, we were treated with condensation and listened to nothing but lies and excuses! Here you have a before picture and an after picture!! Full wolf like neck, chest, face and ears.. after grooming, neckline is notched out, face is narrowed and ears are clipped. He looks ridiculous, feel as if I need to take him down to look like a short haired Shepard, this coat won’t grow back if she cut too deeply into coat!

I was told from the prior visit that I just let the cashier know it is the newer account, and this last visit, she didn't know and did eenny.meeny miny MO. I asked for the manager and she said they were busy.

Thank you for giving the hermit crabs a proper environment! Somebody there knows what they're doing. Most pet stores just have them stuck to wire cages or have woodchips as substrate. These guys have access to fresh & salt water, sand to molt in, UNPAINTED shells, and nice humid warm air! The only thing missing is natural food.(mealworms, crickets, bunny poop, fresh veggies... very easy things for this store to supply) This makes me so happy to see, and helps educate customers about the correct way to care for these pets:)

Great customer service but not a big selection of animals one of the smaller Petco that I have seen only parakeets, no other birds very few reptiles some dogs and we saw no cats small selection of freshwater and saltwater fish with some corals. Since it just opened, they offered a great 20% coupon that I used to buy a saltwater coral frag and a Nifty cat toy. Matthew was very helpful and very knowledgeable in the fish department.

Limited selection. Never seen a cashier at the front of the store, have always waited to be acknowledged and checked out. A neausating smell, similar to mothballs or insecticide, noticed at foyer and front register the past two times I've visited. Good luck buying anything from their freshwater tanks. They are infested with invasive snails, and employees stick their unwashed hands in the tanks. Would only revisit in the most dire of situations.

The few times I've walked in the store has been way understaffed and some poor employee is working 5 jobs at once, while some manager guy stands around in the back watching like overworking an employee is a tv show he enjoys. Needs better management.

Although I had to wait in an extremely long line, as there was only one cashier available, the manager dealt with it right away, and he was very friendly and kind. I have talked to him before about my little dog, and her preference for Wholehearted dog food. He was very happy to hear that. The other cashier, a young man, was very slow and didn't seem to know what he was doing. This store really needs better customer service representatives.
