During my most recent visit a Kohls customer service employee informed me that my item was ringing up higher than the ticket price because they had a "price increase on my item and missed taking off the perforated price tag". This is a ridiculous and sheisty practice. I'll be taking my business to a store with a little more transparency and respect for customers.

Kohl's is still the best store around! Great merch and great prices. Nice atmosphere. Staff are always nice. Please continue to support this great store so they too don't fail to big commerce.

Justin, you're amazing I don't know where you get your patience from darling but you are just an outgoing wonderful person Who truly did bring a lot of positivity and sunshine to my day. Your knowledge and brilliance of your own job is excellent and I think they should give you promotion ASAP. This is by far the neatest and most organized Kohl's in Upper Bucksand the Lehigh Valley. The managers are doing a phenomenal job with their staff. There are never long lines, and customer service is always easily accessible and helpful. Fortunate enough to live nearby, but if I didn't, I would still go the distance to shop at this Kohl's over any other.

Lori was fantastic at the register, great to talk to, asked me if I had Kohl's rewards and was friendly to chat with while I checked out. She was patient while I got my new gift card out of the packaging, and threw away my trash for me!

I shop frequently at Kohl’s store0681 their staff is extremely friendly our favorite is Lorraine. We always wait to get her at checkout she’s knowledgeable on everything from kitchen to pjs always greets us with a smile we all look forward not only going to Kohl’s but seeing Lorraine

Great service and location as I had to get some clothes for my mom as she was in the hospital and she couldn’t wear the clothes home, so Kohls was the perfect stop for what I needed. And good sale too! Made my mom feel pretty as she was dressed and left the hospital. Great people there at the Qtown Kohls…♥️

Plenty of fun things to look at Tryon think about for your grandkids decent prices on a lot of stuff and they also have Kohl bucks- which helps you on your purchases

When you walk inside your neighborhood Kohl's store you might not get greeted when you walk in but the employees are absolutely fantastic here at this location and some of them deserve a raise.

I am from London and I shopped at Sephoria for the 1st time. The service was exceptionally high from Julie who took care of advising me with my makeup and skincare. I am so grateful to Julie and the happy till staff that I came across. Thank you and I will surely be visiting Sephoria in London after today's service .

Very frustrating! I bought a dress … got it home to wear the next day and found out they didn’t take the tag that beeps off! I live 20 minutes away and couldn’t wear it that day as intended and had to drive 20 minutes back out of my way (40 minute drive) asked for some kind of discount to offset the gas and time spent doing this for their mistake and they refused!! Not cool! Disappointed in them! 😡

I’m going to give up! I can’t seem to find anything I like anymore. Ladies fashions are almost exclusively solid colors and basics. They’ve sent me numerous 30% and 40%, but even bedding and towels are bland. No more interesting displays around either. This new direction in marketing is a grand flop in my opinion. Even Men’s Dept is drab. Bring back the Kohls of old!

I was greeted be a sales associate, that's something that hardly ever happens anymore in a retail store. The store is kept organized and clean. Check out associate was very friendly.
