What a great experience! We called Tony Miller to see if he had any inventory that fit our budget. Since this was my son's first financed car, it was important that his payment didn't go above the number we had set. Tony assured us that he had cars in our budget and that my son would be excited to drive. We looked at everything that fit out criteria and found the perfect car. Tony made the whole experience so pleasant. His good-hearted demeanor is refreshing! He's easygoing, friendly, and funny while knowing his business. I bought my 2022 Kia Telluride from Gateway Kia in quakertown last week and I still can’t believe how much fun and wonderful my experience was all thanks to my genuinely kind, care and devoted salesman Tony Miller! This wonderful guy bent over backwards for me and was so patient and understanding of my process. I took several test drives and literally spent the day with him until finally deciding on my beautiful gravity gray telluride. He helped clean out my old car and stood in the cold with me. And on top of all of his knowledge, insight and assistance, we laughed all day and he made the dreaded car shopping experience really enjoyable and exciting. I am disappointed with the service I received on my latest visit to the shop. I went in for a scheduled oil change and they said they completely a tire rotation. They neglected to balance the tire pressure on all 4 tires. When I called to ask about it since the tires are at least 4 pounds off each, I was told it was due to weather from 2 weeks ago to now. I understand the weather changes tire pressure I knew about that, but I am concerned because the tires have been equal pressure up until my recent appointment 2 days ago. I was told on the phone they should have made sure all the tires were equal before I left. It’s been an interesting experience with Kia as a whole. I just feel confused with my experience.

I just bought a 2024 Kia Telluride from Gateway Kia of Quakertown.I had a wonderful experience dealing with our Salesman Tony Miller. He welcomed us and made us totally feel like we were at home. We had a great test drive with him and enjoyed talking to him and asking a lot of questions about the Telluride which he answered and explained how everything worked. This place was absolutely fantastic. If I could give them 100k stars I would. They were not overly bearing, they gave me space and time with choosing a vehicle that best suited my needs and family needs. The staff was absolutely a delight and fun! Jim was a great with helping me get this car! We were going between a few dealerships and one off the bat the people were pushy and rude... The second one refused to work any type of deal and the prices were absolutely outrageous. When I went back to Kia I felt a sense of relief and a knowing that this is where I am meant to buy my new car. Not only did they get in exactly the payments I could afford, I walked out with a bran new 2024 Kia. They gave me extra things for my purchase bc it was the first time I ever got from KIA. Everyone was wonderful and I could tell they are out for the customers best interest and they care. I would absolutely recommend KIA in Quakertown to anyone thinking of buying, leasing, trading in ect... I will continue to come back to KIA for years to come. Oh and paper work...we all know how long and boring that can be... They were fast and right down to the point. I didn't have to sit for hrs and hrs. Basically in and out. Highly recommend.

Shady beyond belief. This place embodies every negative stereotype about auto dealerships. Go anywhere else - trust me. I bought a car there because they were the only place that had what I wanted. Super sketchy financing and good luck getting a hold of anyone after the sale.

I can't say enough good things about this place. I originally went on a Sunday because I can't stand the hassle of trying to fend off eager salespeople while looking.The Telluride caught my interest and after looking at all the reviews, I realized it was rated top SUV and had excellent safety ratings. I brought the kids back at 7pm on a Tuesday just to see their thoughts. They close at 8 and I had zero intention of being "that person." But Cassie came out, and no pressure asked if she could help me. I ended up doing a test drive, and loving the drive as well as the specs.We went inside to talk numbers to see if it was possible. This is usually something that would be quite stressful with two young boys in tow. One of the employees ended up playing ball with my boys to keep them occupied. Instead of them being bored and antsy, they ended up asking if we could go back to the dealership so they could play with their "new babysitter." Wow! Talk about above and beyond.Cassie has been helpful, attentive, and supportive every step of the purchasing process. The manager Julian isn't so bad either. ;-) Seriously though, the whole team is amazing. Usually the paperwork signing is the most painful part of buying a car, and fending off talks of extended warranties. Dawson actually made it fun and we talked travel while he made the process quick and painless.From the initial encounter, to the support with the kiddos during the purchase, to the follow up and concern to ensure I'm satisfied, the entire process was not only easy, but actually fun.I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I'm pretty sure I'm now a Kia Girl!Thank you Gateway!
