Geek Squad [ sorry do.not know his name but red hair and beard] was fabulous. Customer service was excellent. Gave us real peace of mind and we are very happy and comfortable about dropping off our chromebook. Thank you so much.Went to the Quakertown, PA store tonight.

Walked in at about quarter to 8pm on Friday to buy a laptop for my parent’s birthday. Didn’t realize that they closed at 8pm because every Best Buy I’ve ever been to closes at 9pm or 10pm at the earliest. One of the employees was extremely passive aggressive from the start. He immediately asked us if we knew that they closed in 10 minutes and when I said no, he smirked and walked away. When we tried to get help with questions and availability for the laptops, that same employee was extremely rude about it and kept trying to walk away from us instead of helping. In the end we were actually out of the store by 8pm, so if he had a better attitude toward us, we could have been done shopping even sooner.

This Best Buy has the best employees. They are kind, respectful and patient. They go out of their way to help . The leadership must be a good example . My thanks to all the employees . Keep up the great job .

This is hands down the worst Best Buy I have ever encountered. I purchased a roomba and a 2 year warranty. The roomba broke down 1 month after manufacture warranty was up, no biggie I have 2 year protection plan. Brought the Roomba in to get fixed and that's where the problems begin.No one gave me any paperwork the day I dropped it off, I was told I didn't need any. However a month after not receiving any notification on the Roomba I called the geek squad number. Bet you can't guess the first thing they asked me for? The piece of paper with the work order number. After about an hour of holds and 4 different transfers I was finally told my roomba had been scrapped.You would think you would get a call or something, nope. Figure it out o your own. So I go to Best Buy to hopefully get a new roomba, they refuse because price of my roomba has went up. They then tell me they will refund me and I complaint and say I want my roomba back. They tell me to call corporate,that's exactly what I do. Corporate tells me to go to the store and talk to the manager, so now I'm getting the run around. I finally talk to a guy with geek squad who says he will help me, he's pushing it up to escalations so they will cover the difference, told I will get a call the next day. Never get the call.Defeated I go to Best Buy to get the refund, Lowes sells the roomba at the same price I paid so no biggie. Go in, the manager knew exactly who I was already, I was told to go and wait at geeks squad counter. I do, 10 minutes later the guy shows up to "help". By that they give me store credit. It states on Best buys website that I will get a refund, repair or replacement. It says nothing of store credit. Also it states that I can cancel my best buy warranty at anytime during the course of it. Seeing as how I never got to use it, I asked if they would also refund me the difference for it. They refused.I'm sorry but this is against your own policy. Anyone can feel free to look this information up. My roomba was purchased December 2022, brought in for repairs February of 2024. Basically I was charged 150 dollars to rent a roomba for 1 year and 3 months.Insane. I will never shop at best buy again. When this store closes in 6 months this will be amongst one of the many reasons.

Hit or Miss on which staff member ypu talk to and how helpful they are with your questions. We've stopped in a few times and each time we've had different experiences, in my opinion with these large electronic stores it wouldn't be the worst suggestion to have the staff cross trained amongst all departments to have some knowledge of where things are in the store. We asked staff about something and it wasn't something in their department so they just didn't help. Next visit we asked someone they didn't know but they walked to the department and found us a person and then stayed to actually learn for themselves (super smart) and the most recent time going I asked a few questions about one specific product and the actual employee who's department it was had no clue...... they had to look up the product and just tell me the specifics I can read myself so I didn't feel confident on purchasing the item. Kept it moving and found another staff member who answered without hesitation and sold us the actual correct item we would need and that wasn't the one I was previously looking at so thank you for the 2nd more knowledge person.

Geek squad at the Quakertown best buy is amazing. Got a new i phone. Didnt work straight out the box. They where so accommodating. Helped us in every way they could even getting us in days before our appointment, on there scheduled free time just to take care of our issue. All the staff at best buy and geek squad are so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the products they arw selling.

I was very disappointed in the Best Buy in Quakertown, Pa😞. The minute I went in and asked an employee for help finding my son a second monitor, he had no idea about monitors except that they were running a special, $150.00 for a 24inch ACER monitor. And right after he showed me he kept pushing, "Do you want me to ring that up." And he kept saying it. I get that he's a sales man but it least know your merchandise. He couldn't answer any of my questions. The reason I am giving it 3 stars and not 1 star is because Kris came to the rescue and really helped me with all my questions. And didn't make me feel rushed.

Prices are a little high but they have great new stuff and open box deals are unbeatable. Friendly staff. This place makes me feel like I'm owned by corporations and one day look forward to buying an electronic permit to exist

Best Buy is okay. The store is clean and mostly organized. The staff is friendly but not always very knowledgeable. My latest trip was to look for a new laptop computer. The employee that my husband and I found to help us was friendly but did not seem very knowledgeable about the products. He was happy to look up information, though, which was great, however slow, and ultimately, he was unable to find the answers. The biggest letdown for me was with the prices. The computers are overpriced by at least $100. I found the exact same laptops at Walmart and other stores for $100+ less than the "discounted" prices at Best Buy.

Walked in and wasn't greeted at all (someone was sitting right there at the entrance) and it wasn't crowded at all (monday at 3 PM) and plenty of associates there....I've been contemplating on buying a 400 dollar pair of Sony headphones and I was able to listen to them there but I also listened to a couple other pairs....no one came up to me asking if I needed help or if I needed any advice....I was honestly wanting someone to talk me into buying them (havent talked myself into pulling the trigger on them yet) which I probably would have but that never happened.....plus I could probably find them cheaper on Amazon or ebay but wouldnt mind paying the extra money in store....I just left and wasn't given a goodbye on my way out either...i have to remember it is 2023 i guess..... they must not work on commission 🤷♂️

I can't believe I gave this Bestbuy 5 stars.🤬🤬🤬 Do not buy anything from any bestbuy location. Do your research, every bestbuy sells used electronics as new. Your "new" products are returns cleaned up to look new👺. Watch unboxing videos and make sure you stay informed on how your purchases are supposed to look when you open them.🤓🤓🤓Bestbuy is taking advantage of customers who have misplaced faith in their corporation. Don't let them steal your hard earned money!💰💰💰

My favorite electronics store. I love everything about BestBuy. Prices are fair, amazing management team. However it's been my experience that without fail, they seem to hire rude and obnoxious 3rd party service providers. You know the guys they send out when you experience a mechanical breakdown. Without question BestBuy provides the best, most comprehensive extended warranties in the industry. Please do take advantage of these as you're going to need them. We've purchased every large appliance from BestBuy over the last 35 years and and every appliance has necessitated multiple service calls, yet we can only remember one or two 3rd party repair guys who showed up and on time as promised. But would still highly recommend this company.

Can't reach by phone so you need to drive there. Sales people just hanging out who could have answered the phone & told you that they didn't have what you wanted saving you 1 hour drive round trip. Used to be a great place to do business. No more.

Pick up online order. Although I would have liked curbside, it was not available. However, pick up in store was quick and courteous and the associate offered to carry my purchase to my car, though it was not necessary. Everybody in the Quakertown store is knowledgeable and helpful.

I stopped by this store to pick up a tv that they had in inventory. I knew what I wanted and just asked the salesperson at checkout to ring it up. She was super nice and helpful and the person loading the tv was as well. My lack of higher rating is to the companies chronic lack of inventory vs their website recommendations and weekly ads

Great experience. Sales associate was very helpful in finding the product I wanted. He helped me review several dashboard cameras and even helped me look them up for which ones had the features I needed. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. If I had to say anything bad it was at the end when I went to check out. No checkouts so I had to go to the customer service desk and as soon as I got up to the front the manager, who was helping someone else told the person who was helping me to go help another customer which then made me wait to be helped. Weirdest thing ever.

First impression of walking in today at around 6:30pm.... on Jan 21st 2023, no reps anywhere at the store. They all talking and having fun, talking to each other at the corner of the store, at the checkout register. To get to this store, it requires to come through multiple highways. And cherry on top... store closes at 7pm. I guess they didn't know that we are in 2023 and no longer in 2020 to be closing stores so early. I had to rush here just to make it on time. Horrible. I hope this store will go out of business bc they have no respect for people that work 9 to 5 jobs, to be closing store at 7pm.

Uncomfortable layout. Feels a bit hollow and uninviting, as though only minimum effort was applied. Everything feels like it doesn't belong to the space. Not easy to find things you want as there is a very big focus on mobile devices. It would seem that their primary business is sales of phones, and everything else is an afterthought. Shelves are a bit bare. Tech people are NOT as knowledgeable as advertised and cater to people who have NO understanding of technology beyond basic device operation. Don't shop here unless you really have to. Prices are high and knowledge is low.
