Greg at the Punxsy office is a fantastic asset to your company. He is very knowledgeable about the machinery and it’s set up and use! He also has a great customer service and his experience with setting up the apps is wonderful! Absolutely unacceptable. A "surprise deductible" came up after 2 months later charged $400 without warning can't get any help. This is horrible that's a house payment absolutely DO NOT put a card on file if you don't want money STOLEN from you

The team in Punxy did well, but the billing department and customer service are not as great. Never received a bill but received many phone calls stating it was past due and they would be sending to collections. Finally gave up and paid the bill. Looking for a new company to get my supplies from.

Tried getting a hold. Cannot. Talking to those, explaining issues, and they have no recourse to fix the problem and don't want to make the problem better, have went to punxy store with issues. Talked to techs and no resolution to problem like they have no idea how the machine works. Droplets in hose. Causes problems with check valve. Too dry. Dry mouth and all day bloody nose. But Even issue with machine and your "coach" there's no help. They figure 1 size fits all. Doesn't work like that. After knowing I have a heart aneurysm. And severe speepapnia. There's still no help.

Seth was nice, polite, friendly, and very professional.And what I really appreciate! Is last summer my aunt's equipment wasn't working.It was late in the evening, and when I called to report it, Seth showed up in no time at all.He replaced the equipment quickly, and my aunt and myself were so relieved and thankful.And he was very nice, polite, friendly and professional then also.

Reads from script. Knows nothing, help is obsolete. Never able to get ahold of anyone. Also pressure is set on 16. Bloody nose constantly. Can't call and talk to anyone.

Greg was the delivery person, he kept me informed of his location on his way to my parents house, he was professional and respectful. The equipment was secured in the van, not bouncing around, like a regular delivery van. He set up the equipment and showed me how it all worked. The equipment is excellent quality. The mattress was enclosed in plastic, as was the gel cushion.

I really like Seth he is very helpful. My concentrator was not working when he delivered my oxygen.and he looked at it and said he would be back with a different one and sure enough he was here by 1:30 cause thats when i would be back from my doctors appointment. Thank you very much SETH.

Adapta Healh Medical Supply is the worst company I've ever dealt with!!! Had a partial leg amputation and was supposed to have a hospital bed delivered to me and waiting when I got out of the hospital and in-patient rehab!! I have been home for 28 days and no bed!! Have slept on my sofa for almost a month!! I've called over 25 times and always get the run around; a week ago I even got a text message saying that it was being delivered and no word on it or bed yet!!! I would not let them deliver me a pizza they're a horrible company!!! **** I have never had any trouble with Rezek Medical Supply but I believe they were bought by Adapta!!!! My recommendation is use anyone but adapta for medical supplies!!

These people just try to ignore that your standing there at the register. God forbid you want to pay cash for something in show room then comes the confusion, stares and ignorance of the products, the prices/cost and location of said product. They will go get someone and disappear for 5 min just to come back not having looked up the price so they disappear for another 5 min so they come back without the product. I went for a bib, it literally took 1 hr of truly mindboggling incompetence and THE STARE of ignorance. The gentleman who delivers equipment is very personable, competent and eager to help so that is a plus.

Many thanks to Greg with Rezk Medical Supply in Punxsutawney PA. We are located in Kane PA at this time from Florida and he drove half way to meet us in Brockway PA so that my wife's concentrator could be exchanged as it was malfunctioning. This medical supply is WORTHLESS. Never get your order always lame excuses why. DON'T waste your time or energy.. Put on hold then after holding they just hang up . The worst medical supply ever
