The sheer number of parts and hardware is unmatched by any other local retailer. I was amazed at how much stuff they had for the size. Great service and friendly knowledgeable staff. I will be coming back again soon. They have items that no other hardware store I have ever been in has on stock. Great for someone who needs a hard to find plumbing or heating part or motor.

This is a great supply store. They have old stock items as well as new. They recently started carrying the full line of Milwaukee tools. For your first few visits, just find a sales person. The isle markers are non existent and the selection is massive. Go to the red flagged isles by the registers for Milwaukee tools. If you have a few minutes to spare, look around, and you will find something else you need.

Very helpful staff. If you have a list of what you need, stop at the customer service desk first. One of their staff will help you find everything you need. They have much more in stock than any home improvement store, but their prices are also slightly more. Definitely worth any extra expense to get everything you need all in one trip.

Vast supply, can't imagine how they will ever sell that gigantic lot full of tanks. The staff tries to keep you from buying the wrong thing. Only downside is the highest price around for retail customers. Wish it were still the old drive-in since before it was a Jamesway. Obviously not this company's fault, but still miss the drive-in.
