Very dissatisfied that my beautiful girlfriend could not try on clothes to purchase. Store allows for a 2 week return on purchased clothing only for store credit of equal value. This is a ridiculous policy being all merchandise was freely donated out of the goodwill of customers

My wife found a nice winter coat that was half price. Good bargain. I found a small recliner that was way over priced for a used piece of older used furniture. Didn't buy the recliner and wouldn't even if it was on half price. Still too high!Staff is always kind and courteous.

They had dressing rooms but they were not to be used. Had I known that, I wouldn't have been looking at clothes .

Well not too reliable... I bought an item on Wednesday right b4 closing. Then continued to shop. When I left I realized I didn't have the item ( which was over 10.00. )I bought b4 deciding to look some more. I called them and asked about it. They told me that it was under the desk. I explained I'd be in either that night or the next day. I went in the next day and they already put it back on the rack!?. I did get it but they should have not put it back out when they knew I was coming for it .

I used to love bargain hunting at Goodwill but they have raised their prices so much recently that it doesn't make sense to shop there. If it is a name brand it has special pricing- usually the same price as the store. I refuse to donate anything to them ( our local churches actually help those in need) because I think the only charity they help is lining the executives pockets.

Overpriced, unprofessional, and the cashier on duty was no where to be found. I called out for a cashier to come help me and she never came. I had to find an employee to come get her. Not interested in returning to this goodwill.

Your clothing is way to expensive .... You are a Goodwill / Thrift shop not a department store. We went down to buy cheap outdoor work clothing...Wow what a shock...did we forget it is unwanted and used ? Come on most of the stuff in the store could be price to start .25 up to 2.00 for houseware & clothing and up to 10.00 for the furniture and they would still make money on it. Items are very overpriced.

One of the nicest Goodwills I frequent. Very clean. Nicely organized. Very nice ladies working there. Some prices are a bit much but overall I enjoy the store.
