He did a wonderful job with our 6 dogs. We even had a mishap happen with our 1 dog but that’s completely on us because we didn’t know how he was going to react about the truck. I love how my Pomeranian mix that has so much fur got shaved. He looks so cute and I bet feels a lot better. Will definitely call again to have another appointment in place whenever we can! Best grooming ever received and they smell so good and feel so soft!

Sweet couple took each of my pups into their truck to trim nails. We’re very kind and loving with both pups. Very reasonable price and we’re willing to add me to their Tuesday schedule arriving as stated. Highly recommend their service!!!

These ladies were amazing!! We've had such negative grooming experiences with our dog, Batman, that we honestly thought we were destined for horrible home haircuts and home baths that would never quite get him clean. Groom-N-Zoom instantly put him at ease, kept me updated on the status of their visual inspection and the process, and brought a completely transformed, gorgeous pooch to our door that we couldn't help but marvel over! We've already booked our next appointment, and I will recommend them to everybody I can!

Make sure you ask for a price quote before scheduling. It cost me $165 to have two dogs washed, dried and nails trimmed. They were done in less than 35 minutes. The girls were nice but the price shocked me. Although it is particularly my fault for not asking for a quote. You should have a price list posted.

Sonya and her crew are a dream. We no longer deal with the stress of leaving home for grooming. Their work ethic is outstanding. Bello is 95 lbs with long black hair and they clean him up and he looks so handsome. Much easier on my big guy than when I’ve tried to take him to a groomers location. Also, their price is the same as my previous groomer. Saves me time driving and waiting. 🐶

We use Groom n Zoom every month and have done so for years. Our one rescue gets sick in the car so having Sonya come to us is extremely convenient. She always does exactly as I ask. Both dogs require special treatment... She's great with them. Our Poochies love her! Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I cannot believe that these people went to a grooming school. Not only do they not appear to know how to do one of the most popular breeds in the country they also appear to lack a firm grasp of the English language. They will not do what you ask and will do things that have no discernible reason. I have two Shih Tzus, both have uneven facial trims, their private areas, tails, and feet were not trimmed and their bellies were completely shaved. I have no idea why they have shaved undercarriages. It makes 0 sense. One dogs full side of his neck is shaved to the skin complete with razor burn. They did not even make me aware. My dogs are traumatized. Do NOT allow them to work on your dogs.

Terrible grooming on my Bichon ... I have use them 3 times, the first time it was okay the second they barely trimmed her fur.. This last time I showed the groomer said she was the owner a picture of a Bichon and how I waned her groomed ... When she was done my Bichon looked like a rat, all the fur on her face was gone, she has some long hair and some short she was not even properly brushed . Terrible, Terrible job 😡 My Lily a Bichon is 10 years old and she has yellow around her eyes and face area, when I questioned why did she completely removed all the fur from my Lily’s face area, she said she wanted to get rid of all the yellow all the tears stains and she had done it for health reasons ... Never ever had anyone groomed my dog so terrible....

They are not knowledgeable groomers and have no remorse for their mistakes. Look elsewhere for a mobile groomer as this company is downright awful in my opinion.
