Real nice now they don't pick up the phone you have to wait for them to call you back.... real convenient get back to me whenever I don't need my asthma medicine right away...smh another lovely automated system

I’m done doing business with CVS after my experiences with this store. 10/2/23 showed up at 7:15pm only to find the store closes at 7pm. Myself and another customer found a locked door. Okay. My mistake. Next time I’ll check online. This CVS closes early for some reason. Whatever. I move on. 10/3/23 show up at 6:35pm. Front door locked, right next to a sign that says “closes at 7pm”. I see the pharmacy drive thru window is open. I go to it. I wait for the customer in front of me, who is also standing, as she was turned away at the front door, too. It’s my turn. They have 1 of 4 prescriptions. Okay. Stuff happens. I’ll come back for remaining prescriptions tomorrow. 10/4/23 I call the pharmacy at noon and ask if my prescriptions will be ready. Response from pharmacist: “I see nothing on my end holding this up.” I show up at 6:30pm. Front is locked. Again. Right next to “store closes at 7pm” sign. Again. I go the drive thru window. Again. I wait for 3 cars in front me, as I stand. It’s my turn. Pharmacist tells that I have to be in my car. I say “my car is right there. And I went to the front door, but it’s locked. Like it has been locked early the past three nights.” They make an exception and let me stand. Then they tell me they don’t have my other prescriptions. They will be ready tomorrow. Guess we’ll see what tomorrow brings! Thankfully, this is my last refill. I will take future prescriptions to the Rite Aide right down the street. I proudly post this at 10/4/23 at 7:13pm.

My script was filled on 8/29, its on automatic refill but I was never notified. I stopped in on 9/2. I have manufacturer coupon to help with copay, . Everytime I pickup I get a different dccuse why it won't work, from its expired, its,not, it's nit for the same item, not true, I'm told we don't do the coupons, also not true and tge last time I was told our computer system is terrible and it just won't work which is not acceptable. Anyway, once again they were having issues with tge coupon. The pharmacist then tells me she is canceling my script because it expired on 8/30. They had already filled it on 8/29 but never notified me it was ready. As long as it was filled before tge expiration date it should be good. She refused to give it to me. I had already waited in line for. 25 minutes. There were 5 other people waiting. While waiting the store Manger comes back and tells the pharmacist that Corp called and wants tgem to close early saying they are not to be open past closing time. We are now 3 weeks later and my new script is in process. Dr says they sent it in 2 weeks ago. I asked the Dr not to send it to this store but they did anyway. New script in process for 3 days now and telling me it will be ready at 555pm today They close at 6. All they do is put a label on the package. I need to transfer my script .

The worst pharmacy on the planet. They are worse than the VA! Take you prescription somewhere, ANYWHERE accept here ESPECIALLY if the prescription is for your child. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CERCOMSTANCES COME HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

The pharmacist here is not very helpful and with the new system in place, she managed to just delete my TIME SENSITIVE prescription out of the system so I was not able to fill my prescription and needed to re-start the whole process over again. She tried to say she called my doctor to resend it but by that time my doctors office was closed. It takes 45mins - 1hr to get anyone to answer the phone even after yelling at the automated operator to connect you to the pharmacist. It’s also very hard to understand her. I’m just about over going to CVS at this point.

Rude, condescending and incompetent Pharmacist. I spent 40 minutes trying to get a prescription filled at this location. The Pharmacist “assisting” me tried telling me that my child didn’t have Pharmacy coverage. Instead of looking it up like all the other locations, I had to spend 20 minutes calling my insurance company to obtain an ID number. After providing the Pharmacist with the necessary ID/Group #s, she then tells me the Prescription was rejected due to the incorrect date of birth. I called the insurance plan back to confirm the date of birth on file was correct only to find out that the Pharmacist filled the script with the INCORRECT date of birth and was supposed to call the help desk for my insurance to clear up HER mistake. I called this location again to let them know of the error made on their part and was told the date of birth had been corrected after I left and had paid for the prescription out of pocket. The Pharmacist was so busy trying to have the last word that she caused the claim to reject by entering incorrect data. How idiotic?!😑

The worse pharmacy ever! Put my daughter's prescription in last Friday went to pick it up Saturday it wasn't ready. They said they were behind I waited only to have half of her medicine ready, they said the other half would be ready Monday. We gave them till the following Saturday and it still wasn't ready 🤬 we are switching pharmacy this is crazy.

Absolutely horrendous customer service when calling in a prescription. It was my first time using this pharmacy and I am new to the area. The woman on the other end of the phone was rude and seemed annoyed to have to answer the phone. It will be the last time using this pharmacy.

The company is total garbage. I tried to to call one day, and it's just a complete circle phone line system where you will not reach a human. The pharmacy seems way overworked and understaffed. The people that work there are really nice. 5 stars for the people and 0 stars for the company. Expect long wait times and lacking of product.

I am so frustrated by CVS's handling of my COVID-19 booster shot appointment. I made an appointment online yesterday for today. After filling out all my information yesterday, I received a text and email today that the appointment was cancelled, WITH NO EXPLANATION WHY IT WAS CANCELLED.I called back THREE times to understand what happened and to reschedule. I spent almost one hour on the phone trying to resolve. They promised to check on me every few minutes, that didn't happen. I will not trust CVS ever again! Their technology is sub par and their agents have no regard for their customers, and they are liers.Never again.

This cvs is the worst one I have ever dealt with. They don't care about customers. Won't lift a finger to help you. I can't believe that this place does any business. I called today at 615 knowing that they close at 7. Waited 45 minutes on hold and nobody pickup. This after they decide to close the pharmacy on Sunday,so I had to wait until today after work to call for burn cream that my doctor called in for 3rd degree burn. And now nothing. Switching to another pharmacy asap.

This cvs is the worst! No one is ever at cashier & there is no bell anymore to ring for one. You have to search for someone to ring you up front. The pharmacy is always out of something & doesnt properly communicate. I was told yesterday my script was at another cvs, drove all the way there & the other cvs told me it was filled at the 1st cvs. Switching to Walgreens, CVS needs to get it together. They have really been going downhill.

If there is 0 star, I sign it with 2 hands. I did a covid-19 test on Wednesday 10th and the results never came back. They called me on Tuesday 16th to tell me : " we don't know what happened to your nasal swab and we're going to reschedule you for a another test." I said NO NO NO and NO even if they offer me a royal service. Because of these "apprentis sorciers" I have been out of work with for 1 week. In addition to this, they started a claim with my insurance so that they take the money with a non completed service. Please don't say when you answer this review, I have been an exception...stop this... Now, I am going to do another test elsewhere and never trust again this Prospect Park team even if they offer everything for free.

Pharmacy customer service is bad. They take forever to fill a script and tend not to follow up on changes to prescriptions. Do not like calling you if something is out of stock. The staff is in need a refresher in customer service. They always come off annoyed.

Transferred my meds to CVS with no problems everyone was very helpful and they took there time explaining what I needed to do . I would recommend CVS Pharmacy . There is one young lady Alisha (hope I am spelling it right ) that all ways goes out of her way to help you.

Expect an hour wait to get to the drive thru pharmacy window. Then expect no one to even come to the window. I understand being short staffed but close the drive thru if you can’t accommodate.

Been going to this pharmacy for years. I’ve never been impressed with the staff except for recently when Audrey came to the window. She was efficient , fast and friendly. Finally an upgrade in staff!!! Thank you Audrey!

Prescription is never in stock even though I am supposed to be on the automated refill list. Receive phone calls saying prescription is ready and when I go to pick it up I am told we don't even have it in stock. Customer service is awful.
