I'd like to mention something positive about that store, but there is nothing much to mention, but restrooms are so dirty and ALWAYS need cleaning supplies. Today, there was no single cart in the store to use. I and all people had to go back out to get carts. In addition to the store issues, outside usually there are people doing drugs literally in day light. That's why I don't like to go there at all. Worst Walmart I've ever seen so far !!!

Strawberries had mold on them I kindly asked one of the employers to remove them. Also employers got real loud and vicious saying that “she can’t do nothing about it!” Clearly she could’ve took it off the shelf employer refuse to take the contaminated strawberry. If I would’ve never turned the strawberries over I would’ve wasted $10 of my hard earned money on molded strawberries. Employee was being so disrespectful her tone wasn’t acceptable. Employee just stood there playing slow doing weird faces when she clearly could’ve done her job to dispose The molded strawberries. I am not gonna be wasting my time nor my hard-working money that I worked hard for on molded food! And these are the reasons why my children have been feeling a little ill do to contamination in the products. To wrap up my conclusion I would not be buying anything from Walmart ever again! We have continuously had this conversation employees are not understanding nor respectful to the customers. Couldn’t even do a grocery list with all rotten/mold food. It is very sad that our community allows this. I will be contacting the border, and letting them know how negatively employees are to the customer.

Don’t bother coming here if you need to use the Photo Center. Tried to pick up my 1 hour order that was ready. Zero associates present in the photo center with a sign saying, “if you don’t see an associate in the photo center, please head to the electronics department.” I head to the electronics department. Zero associates present there. There’s a sign there saying, “if you don’t see an associate in the electronics department, please head to the photo center.” I went back and forth between the two departments for HALF AN HOUR and no one showed up to either department for me to get my order. Three employees showed up to the electronics department just to ignore me and the couple behind me waiting in line to do nothing but open boxes behind the counter. I could see my poster sitting right in the open on the counter in the photo center but could not get a single employee to do their job for half an hour; I was so tempted to just walk behind the counter and grab it myself seeing as clearly no one works that counter or monitors it. This place blows and doesn’t want your money or to sell their merchandise. They can’t be bothered. But good thing they always have someone staffed at the doors doing nothing instead of having someone staffed in the electronics department where people make high value purchases 👍

Please fix your gardening section so that shoppers do not have to drag a cart filled with mulch and trees through the entire store. The why tf would you keep all of the doors on that side of the building locked.

I usually use the Walmart+ free delivery service and I love it (for the most part).For my past few in store purchases, I have been using another feature of Walmart+ called Scan & Go...I must say, if you have Walmart+ and shop in store for anything, small or large orders, YOU MUST GIVE SCAN & GO a try

Anytime we have gone to this Walmart and needed help back at the electronics, Sean has always gone above and beyond! He knows what he's doing and is so helpful and informative. He's super respectful and is a example of a great employee. Thank you for all of your help everytime we come. Keep this employee because he is a great asset to your company!

Pottstown Walmart dirtiest, most disgusting Walmart I've never been in. My wife will not even go in there because she fears for her own safety. They have homeless people sitting on the bench out front, their help consists of green and purple-haired millennials with nose rings eye rings lip rings tongue rings. I usually try to look past appearance that when someone is that obnoxious that doesn't work for me

This Walmart needs some serve employe training. Some of the employees are disrespectful, and mangers allow it. Coporate really needs to get in this store. Also have to be careful about expired food being sale and the store is aware of it.

I like to try to write positive experiences to help people know where to shop. Unfortunately my experience is with Pottstown Walmart have not been positive. I bought a water bottle from their store less than 2 months ago. There was a sticker on the bottle with the UPC on it but no other packaging. No it did not keep the receipt for the sticker. I didn't assume that something would happen to the bottle! Yesterday it started to leak so I inspected it and found a tiny piece of plastic slash rubber that I hadn't been removing when I cleaned it. I removed it and tried to put it back in only to find that it doesn't go back in easily. I attempted to bring the bottle back to Walmart to exchange it for a new 1 and was told, by the four women standing around in customer service, that if I didn't have my receipt or the UPC that that I was not able to exchange it for the same exact bottle that they are still selling! I was told to take a picture of EVERY Walmart receipt now for future purchases! A manager walked up as I was walking away and asked about the situation and thankfully told me if they have it (the exact 1) in stock, I can exchange it. I am SO grateful to him for being a decent honest man! As my husband and I walked away, my husband overheard the women customer service workers tell the manager "we just told her no, you should have said no to her"! WHY IS THERE DIFFERENTIATION IN THEIR RETURN POLICY!? Didn't they like the look of me or my color?! Props to the Hispanic manager for not being biased! I drive by that Walmart every single day but I will purposefully go out of my way to never shop there again! By the way this happened on December 5th 2023, between 8 and 8:30 am. Also thank you to the worker, back with the water bottles, who looked up the inventory to let me know that there weren't any there in stock at the moment. When I couldn't find the bottles on the shelf she came up to us and offered us help. That is an exceptional worker. Someone who sees a customer in need and offers assistance without being asked!

This place has gone down hill. Shelves are always empty. Ever since they put groceries in that was the end of it. They only worry about the food section and disregard the rest of the store. I could go here at one time and find anything I was looking for. Not so much anymore.

I went there with a coupon that had expired. They gave me a complimentary wash anyway. They explained about the unlimited wash packages that they have from $20-$30 I found this to be the best deal ever. They even have car detailers if you need it done for $15

I really like how the store is laid out. It makes shopping easier. The prices are always fair and there is nothing like knowing the employees are right there but navigating through everything myself

Always good prices at all Walmart's. This particular walmart wasn't quite as clean and neat as most the other walmarts. It wasn't filthy just somewhat unorganized. Items on the shelves weren't in their designated place and some were scattered throughout that area making it difficult to know how much they cost. I ended up using the app on my phone to scan barcodes. So a quick stop for a few specific items ended up taking at least twice a long as it should have. I will continue to shop a Walmart but may avoid this one if I will be near another one that day.

NO SALE. Never again.LOCKED UP ITEMS? NO SALE.Last trip to Wal-mart.Made this store the last stop of the night, after a series of other errands in the Pottstown area, since it’s convenient. I’m now basically done with Wal-Mart. Pouring rain, trees on the roads, and I stop here to buy turn signal bulbs for my vehicle. All bulbs now locked up. Used to buy lots of automotive items, and printer cartridges, now they’re locked.

Update: 12/25/2022 CHECK EXPIRATION DATES!!! bought a ham that was 8 days past it's expiration. And several vegan deli-slices that were expired by at least a month.It's a Walmart. Save time, and money by doing it online/their app and opt for in-store pick-up/curbside. Join rakuten and get 1% cashback.A lot of stuff are out of stock.*Edit: they have a lot of plants at great prices rn . Walmart. Please fire your theft prevention workers. They are discriminatory, degrading, and hurt my Colleague. They wrongfully detained my colleague, accused her of stealing because she used the snap and go app, and publicly humiliated her. Do better. This is so wrong. These men need to be reprimanded and let go instead of banning my colleague from the store when she didn’t do anything wrong.

The last time I was at Walmart was in Philly Pottstown. I found it to be the same price as our Walmart in Edinboro Pa. But also found lower prices on a few things like walnuts I paid $7.58 for a 3 lb bag, I bake and need them. Dr. Pepper bottles 6- pack $3.58 lower than our Walmart.

I love this Walmart, whenever we have an issue, whether it be trying to get an electronic or something in a locked shelf or photos we printed, only once did we have to wait. It's kept clean, and they have everything, garden, food, and the regular shopping items. The kinda aren't that bad! They have self check out which is usually busy, and one or two other lives open with cashiers, which go fairly quickly! All in all, I love this Walmart the best!

Not to crazy about Pottstown Walmart. The product selection is mediocre at best. Never more than 1 or 2 registers open for check out. You basically gotta check yourself out. The men's section is terrible. Idk who's in charge of picking out the clothing for men but everything is way more expensive compared to the woman's clothing and it's just horrible in taste. Wouldn't wear half the stuff if it was free...

Only went there to use a gift card and it wasn't honored anyway. They said it had to go onto an online account. Bought the item anyway and encountered worker at the door checking receipts who became rude and cursed me out when I refused to show the receipt.

I went to the garden center and was able to find what several other garden centers didn't have! I wanted to plant seed potatoes and every other place I had looked was sold out or didn't carry them. I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was as well. While I was there, I looked at their other offerings and I can definitely say I'll be making this a regular spot to look for my plants in the future.
