I come here for various hardware, lawn care products, and pet supplies but one thing that's been bringing me back regularly is their pet wash they recently installed. My dog has bad allergy issues so weekly baths are a must to keep her skin/coat clear. This pet wash at Tractor Supply has been a godsend. They created a small room for it and it's a pretty nice piece of equipment that has everything you need including built in shampoo, conditioner, rinsing, and warm air dryer. I prefer this over all of the local dog washes because the equipment is very reliable, it is temperature regulated at ~78° (no messing with hot/cold pressures) and they get their towels washed by a professional third party (seems to be from the kind of place that washes restaurant towels/linens). A lot of local dog washes wash their towels in house and they always smell awful. I also like that the machine is all stainless. Bonus is that you get a free dog wash after so many washes (5-10?). I lose track but I know I earn a free wash every once in a while.

Love tractor supply. The staff is always really courteous and there to help you out. If you're a regular, they remember you. Always shop around, but most items can be found at the best price here.

I tried their dog wash for the very first time...very disappointing. You only have fifteen minutes and it automatically turns off. There is a countdown timer, but it is definitely not enough time to wash, dry, and be expected to disinfect. When I paid, I was told someone would bring me towels and they never showed. A mat is also very badly needed at the doorway so the dog doesn't faceplant the floor when they are stepping out with wet paws.

Called tractor supply in Pottstown today and their new employee Nick answered the phone. He was very friendly and although didn't know the answer to my question right away, he politely put me on hold and found out the answer. Great customer service!

I had a very nice young gal at the register, she was just learning, and I wanted a price on an item in the clearance section. She wasn’t sure of how to do it so she waited patiently till her manager was done vacuuming to ask. As soon as the manager turned off the vacuum the girl tried to ask her but she quickly turned her machine back on and continued to vacuum. At this point the line was getting longer and I was getting annoyed. The manager was clearly ignoring the girl and the rest of the customers. She did not want to be bothered. I thought maybe it was near quitting time and she wanted to get home but when I looked at my phone to check it was only 3:30. I told the girl to forget it and walked out of the store. I usually have a very good experience at that store but that young lady, manager, was horrible. I haven’t gone back to that tsc since then. Nothing bothers me more than ignorance from management and to a new employee.

I rate this a 4 due to good customer service and a decent size selection. You will find some good quality tools here like DeWalt and Makita. You will also find Carhartt and Ariat apparel. If your into top quality tools like KNIPEX, Wera, Wiha and Millwaukee, you won't find anything like that here. But it's good for certain things. Especially farm equipment. Obviously.

Seems to be a common issue company-wide as items that are listed for sale are never available. Getting tougher to bother going to the store as it is more a time waster. Customer service is also a waste of time as they can't help.

I went in to buy bedding for our horses and I didn't have any problems at all, come to think of it every time I go in to tractor supply I never have a problem. The people that work there are always happy to help if it's looking for something or loading my truck. Great place something for everyone and all our animals ducks,chickens, and horses. I do recommend Tractor supply to everyone.

Excellent place for specialty items not stocked at the big box home improvement stores. Prices are a little more expensive but it's more likely to find hard to get items here. They have a good variety of farm and pet supplies. Lawn tractors, mowers, rototillers, log splitters, snow blowers, trailers, and etc... are readily available on site to buy and take with you.

I always love tractor supply. Tip: if you've got cats quit wasting money on expensive clay litter and purchase the pine bedding pellets 40 pound for 6.99 and use that instead. Trust me!
