Awesome experience. I am very very happy to share my experience with an amazing employee at Home Depot. His name is John. I was looking for a connector for my bathroom fittings. He guided me with his wisdom and made my life easy. He also walked with me to get the stuff needed for my house. It’s hard to find people like him who really help the customers to fulfill their needs.Thanks a lot John. He deserves great appreciation.God bless.

This store was an epic disaster in the handling of our $1000+ order. After waiting over a week and paying $79 for delivery, the truck that arrived did not contain even HALF our order. The driver spoke zero English & did not provide any invoice.Immediately upon them leaving it was discovered that our whole order was to be on this truck. Home Depot states the pallets were left behind & there was nothing they could do besides cancel, reorder & then makes us wait ANOTHER week for our order to arrive.We took off work this weekend to get our yard work done & accept the delivery.NEVER AGAIN will we make the mistake of using Home Depot instead of Lowe’s again.We now have to take off work AGAIN and our timelines are all pushed back. Lost wages & zero flexibility.Avoid at all costs

I made a few house keys, and accidentally left my original. Got home tried calling customer service, but no one answered. By chance I called back, and asked for the paint department. Pat didn't just transfer me, but went to look for my key. Pat found my key, and kept it at the paint department until I drove back up to get it. Way to go the extra service.

Good place to go, unless you want plywood sheets halved to fit in your car. It's always an around 15 minute wait to have some wood cut because everyone doesn't want to do it. And they aren't allowed to accept tips. I'd happily expedite this with a ten. Anyways unless a place is paying living wage for the county or higher, it should be federal law for any person to be able to accept tips.

This is my neighborhood Home Depot in Pottstown. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to help. Been coming here for years. I really can't complain about anything here. I prefer this place over the Lowes.

Had a brilliant idea to bring a junk van and load it with two tons of wood pellets. The plan was to park it at my house, hence, saving precious garage space. Two young men went above and beyond helping me load the van. It took us at least 35 minutes, freezing to death in front of the store. Rushing to jump into the van, so I could get warm and leave a five star review, a different Home Depot employee quickly confronted me. “Sir, did you already pay?” “Sir, can I see your receipt?” Now, I understand why they, normally, have to do that. But, after being in front of the store for 35 minutes with a forklift and two employees, does that serve any other purpose but to anger me? I wanted to reply; “Why don’t you show me your receipt?” “This store opened years ago and generates millions of dollars in revenue, I live in Lower Pottsgrove and haven’t seen a nickel in tax relief.” “Here’s my receipt, now try to count all 100 bags in there.”

Order a dryer had to take off work to be there for delivery. Never showed up talk to customer service they did nothing but tell me that they would contact me the next day to reschedule. Ending up cancel my order cause they wouldn't do anything to help fix the problem. Will never give home Depot my money every again

This may be thee worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. It’s almost as if it was a Home Depot for kids. Routine brand items from dewalt that are in every other Home Depot on shelves were not available, not due to supply chain issues but because the store is just can’t stock all like products by many of the usual brands. Would pass this store up to get to a full size hardware store.

Didn't like the prices on items can be deceiving. I want to pick up construction bags but couldn't figure out exactly the price. Shown example on photos.. they have two items showing but of course it doesn't say which one. I guess I better stay away from that one. 😫

Looked everywhere for just the right blinds. Other Home Depots had them, but couldn’t get them quickly as they were stacked up high. Elaine at Home Depot Pottstown went out of her way to find them, set them aside, and then called me to follow up and make sure I got them and they were correct. Many thanks!

The dishwasher we are interested in is not in stock in store. If I purchase it and it is delivered, it is non refundable. Yet, I've never seen one in person. Horrible customer service

Our full kitchen appliance delivery was supposed to be here Saturday September 30th. The microwave, refrigerator, and stove arrived but the dishwasher was apparently damaged at the warehouse and I only found that out after I called home depot about it. We opened up the stove the same day to find that it also had damages to it, I called the next day about the damage and a delivery crew was sent out two days later just to take pictures. I never heard back from anyone about the status of the delivery. I just reached out this morning and was informed that both the dishwasher and stove would arrive here by Tuesday. This has been a major inconvenience. It was all supposed to be here Saturday the 30th of September and now it was arrive Tuesday October 10th. We have not had a stove since we've moved into our new house. Can't cook any food. I will never order any appliances from here again, nor would I recommend anyone else to either.

Recent order to be delivered on Monday. Got email to call to reschedule which I did. Was rescheduled to Tuesday. Also shipping was reimbursed which I appreciated. Received second notice Tuesday was rescheduled again to Wednesday. Called to see why. Spike to one person and they said they would call back. I did tecieve a call back only to be told they were still trying to find out from delivery service why. I never heard anymore and hoping to get my order Wednesday. Seems they need to address the delivery service. Should not advertise same day or next day if the service is not available.

I used to only go to Home Depot's until I moved here. Now all I do at it their blue store competitor.The organization doesn't make sense, the employees are anti helpful. I had to ask three different employees to find the right answer about where spray foam was. That resulted in me walking across the store for times because of where I parked. I have no desire to do here again if I can avoid it.

Just like most every other Home Depot I've been to. I have always found it funny watching the staff avoid customers. They work harder at not working. Out of the 50 or so times I've been there , I have been offered help 4 times. I would have given it 1 star but, when I do get help they are friendly. Plus that food truck is great.

Please train your employees on the aspects of their job. I have made 20 to 30 pro purchases in the last 60 days out of those 20 or 30 pro purchases only five times. Has anybody been able to handle doing a text purchase via phone and that his only occurred at the pro desk itself don’t even try to go to the customer service desk that has a text purchase done. They are clueless.

Went to get a baby gate today. Would normally order it online, but needed it up for grandkids visit tomorrow (the old one was missing parts, so I couldn’t put that up in good conscience). Anyway, the selection wasn’t bad and the prices we slightly above average. I found the one that would work for my kitchen steps along with some heavier duty screws and got a military discount to top it off.I come to this Home Depot a lot and they always have what I am looking for. Oh, the joy of homeownership.

I bought waterproof sealant from here couple of weeks ago. I put it around sink and let it dry for 24 hours and didn't work. When I took it to home depot customer service sent me to paint department and that old man was super rude to me. He threw it on the table and said I can't take it. I felt really embarrassed. He could say that nicely. Not going here ever again
