Unprofessional. I decided to take my dogs here after a while. I noticed my dogs were spending more time waiting in the crate to be groomed, so I decided to take my very old blind dog elsewhere where they would do express grooming so he would spend any time in the crate. Explained why I was taking my dog to a different place, but I would remain bringing my other three here. next day I get a text from Groomer saying she no longer wanted to groom any of my dogs. Ok ?? Very unprofessional. And if you don’t want your dog, waiting in the crate for hours, you may think twice about taking your dog here.

Tried many groomers in the past and always had a negative experience. Been using the The Grooming Room for a bit of time now and our dog Wrangler loves them. Very clean and organized, communication is great, and the two woman are extremely nice! It’s always welcoming when walking through the door and never had one negative thing to say about them. I trust them 100% with my dog and will continue to have him groomed here

Fantastic grooming salon - bright & clean with a warm, friendly, relaxed vibe. You can leave your beloved pet here knowing they won't be stressed & will be treated with love & care. Ludo went in looking like a shaggy, dirty buffalo & came out beautifully groomed with the perfect Bouvier des Flandres head. I didn't have to wait as long as other places for an appointment & prices are reasonable. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! I couldn’t find anywhere who could cut the nails, on our cat with extra toes. As she’s gotten older, she fights us when we try to cut them. I think it took more time to walk from my car to their front door, then it took for them to cut our girls nails! They made it look so easy. Thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou! We will definitely be back! :)

Would definitely recommend the grooming room to anyone seeking a professional and clean environment for there animal to be groomed with love. Our cat has never been groomed before, and definitely needed it, and I appreciated the absolute no judgement zone and the care they put into taking care of him. He even got a cat nip toy (how thoughtful) and he loves it! Bubs is so happy now, and thanks to the groomer, I now know he has a pretty bad lump in his neck and is now going to the vet for that. We had no idea it was there so I'm also so thankful she told me that. Thanks, guys, we'll be back again!!

Janelle and the staff at The Grooming Room are just fantastic! They have served our dog Thor for the past 3 or more years and just gone far and above as friends! When Thor passed unexpectedly about 4 months ago, within hours of them being notified, they sent flowers to our home to offer their condolences! Now I ask you...who does that?We look forward to having them serve our new puppies Rocky and Brutus! Thank you Grooming Room!

This business is the best grooming shop I have ever used! Candace was so kind and funny, we felt like family the moment we walked in. They did such a great job on our little Chihuahua. The groomer’s name was Janelle, just can’t say enough about this business!

Our first time here, they groomed and took great care of our very messy Newfoundlands! Two dogs weighing 150 lbs each were done in one day. They were cut like Newfies should be and they look just terrific.everyone there was super nice and more than accommodating.Our next appointment is already scheduled! Not a lot of groomers like to do big dogs. We are very impressed with everyone at The Grooming Room. Thankyou!

I called to get my dog's nails trimmed and they told me I could just walk in anytime. I get there they were nice and professional, and took my rottweiler right away and in 5 minutes she was done and her nails looked awesome. Price and the job they did is better than anywhere else I've gone to so far. Highly recommend, will be back

They do a great job! They are usually very busy. Make sure you book in advance. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond! When I pick up my pooch she is well groomed, smells great and has fresh breath!

First time having my puppy groomed. He looked great and was so soft and smelled so nice, most importantly he was happy and not traumatized afterward so I know he was treated well while I was gone. She was very flexible with my schedule was able to get me in that week. Very small place but clean and professional, and close to home. Will definitely be bringing him back.

Friendly staff. Excellent prices. Handles dogs AND cats! Spoke to my pets while grooming them in a caring, reassuring voice and handled them carefully. Employees genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and handling animals. It is a rather small location, with not much room to wait in, but it was a clean environment. Very fair pricing. Will be using them as my regular groomers from now on!

Great experience at the Grooming Room ! After another local mobile groomer didn't show for a scheduled appointment, the nice people at the Grooming Room squeezed me in. They did an excellent lion cut on my cat. I look forward to using them for all my future grooming needs ! Thanks !!!

The grooming room is absolutely amazing!! By far the best grooming salon I ever went to, the owner and her assistant are super nice and friendly, very accommodating. They were able to get us a appointment quickly, the prices are awesome and so reasonable. They are also quick, my dog is a Great Pyrenees/border collie mix and he got shaved, bathed, nails trimmed, and ears cleaned. He was done within 2 in a half hours, and they did a terrific job! I would recommend this place to anyone!

We started bringing our lab here after we moved from Philly. He's cleaned quickly and doesn't stress out like some of the other groomers we've visited in the past. Their rates are very affordable and they communicate very well with upcoming and completed appointments. It's also a great perk that we get an adorable seasonal bandana for the bud with each visit!

It started off with terrible service soon as I went in there today, I was bringing my cat in to get a haircut & nails trimmed. They didn't even remember booking a appointment with me. It was also a very cold welcome met with confusion on their part. She was insisting to give my cat a lion cut, umm no! Who is the customer? My poor cat was shaking & scared because there was dogs being groomed in the same room when I came in & kindly said to them that my cat was not used to dogs. I felt very uncomfortable leaving my baby there but he needed to be groomed. When I went back things were not better, the room was crowded with cats & dogs, my poor baby was on the floor in his carrier facing a wall with another cat in it's carrier on top of him! My poor cat was traumatized & his fur looked so chopped! On top of everything I was overcharged! I usually have no problems or issues when I go anywhere but this was a absolutely horrible experience for my cat & myself!

Ever since I started bringing my dog Aaron here, I refuse to go to another groomer. We tried other groomers but none of their grooming skills came close to the service Aaron recieves here. His coat is super shiny and the bath lasts at least two weeks long (which is a long time for a dog) before I have to brush him and spray deodorizing spray on him. I love the detail and time she puts into him. The bandanas are the cutest and we even reuse them. It is fast and affordable service. I def recommend.

I brought my cat to The Grooming Room and Janelle and the other lady took care of Zak like he was part of the family! He’s a Himalayan cat and he had lots of knots on his belly. They shaved his belly and cut his nails all before I finished the paperwork! Thanks again for taking care of Zak! You really are great at what you do and Zak thanks you!
