My experience could not have been a greater disappointment. I placed an order online which was “confirmed”. I spoke with some one in the store about shipping and all was “confirmed” yet again. However, the following day I received an email that my order was refunded. Of course, I did not see the email the following day, but why would I be concerned since my order was “confirmed”.The order was a special birthday gift for my best friend. I was expecting it to be delivered as agreed. When it did not arrive, I then saw that the order was cancelled when I checked for delivery status.Why? Their highly suspicious story was that someone came into the store and bought the item before my confirmed online order was filled. This challenges and undermines the meaning of confirmed.What did I get for my disappointment and trouble? A polite apology and an offer to have the actual person with whom I originally spoke to call me, presumably to also offer a polite apology.Well, this is a terrible way to run a business and as anyone can imagine, my first experience with Swit Sports will certainly be my last.Lesson learned. The term “confirmation” to this business is a hollow promise.

I've been trying to find a store like this for many years now. I was overjoyed to find Swit Sport. They have a great selection of sports products. It is a place that I will get my large Emmitt Smith collection graded. So happy to know this place exists. I live an hour and a half away but it's worth the trip.

I originally had trouble getting them but found out they weren't getting my emails. When they found out on google reviews they reached out immediately and are in the process of correcting my issue, which I was the one who made the mistake. I talked to ?ray and he was very pleasant and helpful :-)Don
