Extremely disappointed!! I went in to purchase a new laptop. No one even attempted to help me. After about 10 minutes, I walked over to the tech service area. A store associate asked how to help me & steered me to another store associate that rudely started his response to me with " I only have 5 minutes". Customer service is absolutely terrible.

We saw a printer only for a great price. At the store it was $70 more than the web price. The cashier price matched without question. He was a bit pushy with the extended warranty, almost condescending towards us for declining it. Over all it was a great experience otherwise.

Love the Limerick store. Staff are helpful and friendly and often lead me to the less expensive product for my needs. I rarely wait more than a few minutes for help. The store is clean and well-stocked.

Staples has what you need for your home office or school needs. Anything and everything to run a small business. Little pricey on some things compared to the big box guy. If you get there as it begins the Back to school sale prices are fantastic. Love the UPS drop off for any Amazon returns. Just drop off postage paid return and wait till its scanned for Amazon to send your refund. Can't be easier.

Don't come here to print! If you can get your order entered in the system (good luck) they won't act on it until the very last minute, so no early pickups! Go elsewhere

Just left staples and I am super dissatisfied with the service I was given. Then lady behind the ups counter was rude and refused to help me. I came to ship a package, unfortunately that didn’t happen. I wasn’t able to ship, apparently because this isn’t a ups store. I am disappointed in her. She was rude for no reason. Wouldn’t even take the time to hear me out. No help!!

Went there few days ago to get my battery replaced and it was a pretty cool experience. 1 - thank you staples for bringing my phone back to life 2 - the staff were nice and helpful and 3 - it didn’t cost a lot at all to get it replaced and there was no damages like I was afraid of. Now my phone doesn’t go from 100 to 79 in 10 minutes. I don’t remember their names but thank you staples employees 👍🏻

Generally, iI've had no ssues with this store. I just spent a few hundred on office supplies and bought some sizeable VISA gift cards for online purchases. One of the cards would not register. I called the number and they said it's not a valid card. I called Staples to find out my options and was told with attitude their system would never issue a number if it was not valid and there is nothing they can do. I said I'm going to make someone's life miserable since I gave Staples my money and didn't get the product as advertised. I was speaking with a manager. Instead of assisting me in verifying my purchase, calling the company issuing the Visa cards or showing any general concern... I was hung up on. True story! - horrible experience - rude - hung up on - told I'm in the wrong. Please train management as well as associates on proper customer service at this store. Thank you. Associates are pleasant and helpful .

First associate said he couldn't "help me with that" when I told him I felt lost looking for an item. I approached an older associate, hoping for better, he looks me dead in the face and calls me sir. Needless to say, I'm female. I gave up and left.

After checking their Website I saw they carried an item I wanted, so I visited the Store and found the item also purchasing more including Clarence items. The Store was clean and well organized and Employees were friendly.

The usual stuff. I went to buy a router. Unfortunately, they only carry Netgear routers in the store. Very hard sell on the extended warranty. Unless you need office supplies (paper), I would probably go elsewhere.

Had THE BEST cashier, Paige, who was efficient, polite and speedy. I had a better price for ink cartridge pulled up on my cell phone and she happily price matched with the 100% Price match guarantee price. No questions asked! If I could always have her when shopping at my local Staples I'd be happy to go more often. Usually I have had horrible, rude, slow and even obnoxious cashiers in past. Making it a challenge to go in the store. But Paige was exactly what I expect out of cashiers everywhere I shop. (she must have been trained by Chick-fil-A, LOL 😂)

I went in to get a piece of paper faxed. They didn't have a self-serve fax machine. There were 2 people at the counter in front of me (both being helped by 1 employee each). After standing in line for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, I walked towards the manager on duty who ignored me and continued his conversation with another employee. I left and will never return to this Staples. I will be calling Corperation for these matters.

If you don't want to work in retail, then don't. I would rate you a 5 on rudeness. Needed to ask a question regarding display racks and you would have thought I asked for a ride to mars. I frequent this store and am usually not happy with the staff but today was the worst. I won't be back and will not recommend your store.

The UPS packing is extremely poor. I told the girl how I wanted it packed and she said it was good the way she did it. The contents were damaged. Going to a real UPS store next time

Went Online to see what time they open. It said nine o’clock So when I got there at 8:55 I Saw on the door that their hours changed to opening at 10 so there’s one negative they should update their online app and the sign also said 9 o’clock for senior citizens or persons of health reasons as of me could come at nine to shop before they opened at 10 well I waited until 915 no one came to the door so I called no one answered the phone they should not post stuff if they’re not going to go through with it very disappointing.
