I rated this store a little over a year ago and I have to revise. At the time I gave the pharmacy itself high marks and the store very low marks. But I must say the store itself has improved considerably! Store associates I now find helpful, pleasant to deal with and a general attitude that is vastly improved from a year ago. The pharmacy side I have always experienced helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with associates and that has not changed. So we'll done rite aid management in my opinion you have stepped up your game!

I’ve been coming to this store for 10 years because it’s very convenient and the customer service is always great! However what’s not convenient is that for Huggies Snug & Dry diaper's I had to pay $15 when everywhere else it’s $10. These prices are ridiculous and a scam.

The store is always clean, well-stocked, and has good deals like buy-one-get-one-free for some items. Our prescriptions are ready on time and they communicate well.

I highly recommend this Rite Aid pharmacy. My experience with the staff there has always been positive. They are friendly, answer the phone and work hard to resolve any issues I have in getting my prescriptions filled and insurance payments. They are like a privately owned neighborhood pharmacy, but with the insurance acceptance and discounts of a chain pharmacy.

Store is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that when they are out of stock on ANY item, it STAYS out of stock for days, weeks, and months.

Best pharmacy store in town. CVS is closer to me and technically in a "better" neighborhood, but I will go out of my way to go to this rite aid instead. Always clean, bright, organized and the staff are always so friendly and happy.

They have the worst service. The Pharmacy lied to about my medication. They said that they had to finish which was the line of medication wasn't even in the building yet. I was told it'll take 1/2 hr to finish filling it. I left an came back and the guy was just bringing the medication into the building with a delivery so I was like to but I didn't have things to do to sit around and wait when I had to go home and get some sleep because I work. It's the worst pharmacy I ever had !!!

I’ve been going there for years. The pharmacy excellent. The only downside is that, occasionally, some drugs are out of stock. Also, sitting at the punishment traffic lights on High Street while driving (idling) to the store.

Even though they have a closing time they refuse to answer their phone. I think this is insane due to there are people with pharmacy questions. It closes at 5pm on Sundays not 4:45pm.

Every time we go to get our prescription we are waiting at least half hour and we get a text stating the prescription is ready. Always a line inside and at the drive thru!! Today we went and it took them over 20 minutes to locate our dogs seizure medication again also got a text stating it was ready for pick up!!! Need more people!!

Pharmacy staff are very nice and happy to give assistance. Prescriptions are filled accurately and quickly. If using the drive through, you can ask them to fetch and add items from out in the store to your prescription pickup. They also offer free prescription drug delivery if called and requested by 9am. Deliveries are pretty fast and drivers are polite and friendly.

This Rite Aid is among the most unprofessional pharmaceutical facility, the pharmacy staff is very rude and does not take their jobs as serious as they should. Laughing at patients who are trying to get their medicines and mocking them when they become irritated with their unprofessional behaviors. Danielle specifically. Please corporate, remove her from this position. Her attitude is astounding toward the public.

This RiteAid (East High Street, Pottstown) is the best. The associates are caring and concerned about you as a person, not just a customer.

The pharmacy staff I found to be very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant, the wait is usually not long. However my experience in the general store section there I have found the staff to be rather cold not very helpful and rather unpleasant to the point of being rude. I find the pharmacy and the store two totally different experiences.

I love the deals there and get some really good sales but man, the staff is miserable. They're cold and just generally mean. And if I dont understand something they act like I'm supposed to know as if I've been shopping there my whole life. They make feel stupid for no reason as if them doing their job is somehow more than what they were hired to do. I wish i could just say it was one employee but its LITERALLY EVERYONE. I hate shopping there for this reason and sometime avoid it and choose some other store even if the things I want are more expensive.

Don't even bother calling in! These people are beyond rude and always seem annoyed when you call and ask questions as far as the pharmacy. The store is ok but the pharmacy is trash. Your medicine says "check with a doctor of pharmacist" then when you do they get annoyed and answer in a rude way. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Learn better customer service....

Horrible service at the pharmacy. Expect to wait atleast an hour on any given day. Sometimes it's understandable but it's all the time. The employees move at a pace that would have them unemployed at most jobs.

went there to get my dads hypodermic needles and was profiled as a drug addict right off the bat. The lady wouldn't even let me finish my sentence she heard the word needle and cut right in. Didn't ask for my prescription the size i needed nothing just "no sorry" she didn't even look in the back . oh gotcha your "sold out" of every size and every quantity amount and your a pharmacy? Gottttchhha. Rite aid campaigns online that they are proud to sell singles in all there locations to anyone over the age of 18 without descrimination or explanation. That pharmacy should be ashamed of themselfves. Not just for profiling but if i was seeking a needle for drug use I or that person has that right to a clean hypodermic. Pharmacists refusing the sale makes the problem so much worse. Wal-Mart you never have that issue always service with no questions asked and cheaper too.

Dont go there the one worker there called the cops on me cause I took my brothers bike and rode it in the parking lot cause someone looked like they were gonna steal it excuse me but ima take my brothers bike so it doesnt get stolen. Thumbs down dont go there unless you want the cops called on you
