Customer service is exceptional. The staff are courteous, friendly and always willing to answer any questions necessary with regards to your request. I have received several refills on my script via ups mail delivery and they have always been packed securely with no issues. Hands down 👍. Highly recommend!!

I have been a happy customer of professional pharmacy since 2018. I specifically use the compounding department, working with Diane, and it has been the most seamless process in ordering and receiving my medication via mail. Diane is efficient and easy to work with including ZERO weight time/holds when I call, which is always a huge plus. I have been receiving my compounded medications from this pharmacy for years and the level of service is beyond incredible. Pharmacists have called to remind me to request a refill from my doctor! Last week I refilled a script on Monday and I was flying out of town on Thursday. I could not believe my medication arrived on Wednesday! This customer service is absolutely phenomenal.

I use Professional Pharmacy for compounds. Actually, my Urogynecologist decides what goes into the compound. I checked another pharmacy to gauge the pricing. It was different by pennies. The issues I have cannot be addressed by a regular pharmacy. I’ve found them to be efficient and customer oriented. I still use a local pharmacy for standard meds but honestly they are just not as polite or focused on the customer for whatever reason. I would give all my business to PP if they weren’t so far from me. Thank you for being there. Especially Diane. I speak with her for new and renewal compounds. I get fast delivery every time. I had only one problem for the last 6 years and she resolved it promptly. Kudos, PP!

This pharmacy is great! My doctor prescribes a specially-made ointment for me and sends it electronically to the pharmacy. Often, before I am even in my car to drive home, someone (usually Diane) is calling me to confirm it. Awesome customer service!

Professional Pharmacy has been compounding my meds for me for years. Everything has been great. The folks on the office are very accommodating, too. Usually my meds are mailed to me, perfectly packed for the weather, but going into the pharmacy locations for pick up is a treat. They carry gifts, OTC stuff, and an excellent selection of regular candy and specialty items, too. And the Dairy Queen near the Pennsburg store is open YEAR ROUND.
