I have been taking my dog here for multiple years at this point, with various groomers, and there hasn't been an issue with any of them. We always opt for the appointments they have before they open, due to an anxious pup, rather than stick to one groomer, but all treat him so well. The store is clean and well stocked, too. On Saturdays the rescue that has cats available for adoption every day often brings additional in, as well.

I took my dog Si _ Si for a grooming appointment .They have excellent grooming services. They check every part of your dog to make sure that they are okay. I use Erica at PetSmart in Pottstown she is awesome and wonderful. Si _ Si loves to see her . When she's all done with my dog she looks awesome and beautiful and no more shedding yay. She uses the FURminator on her since my dog is a husky she sheds a lot. Thank you to all the groomers for an excellent job . Thank you PetSmart for all the services you provide.

The associates are familiar with pet care and importantly with the products carried in their store. They are able to answer questions about the products in the store. There are good sales. The store carries a good selection of merchandise.

I absolutely love Tiffany. She has been grooming my very temperamental difficult Pomeranians for years. She always goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t know what to do without her. She really is a gift. She isn’t just our groomer. She is our person!!! I am so grateful for her. Thank god for the few positive people in this world.

Went in for treats for my Rabbit ( which a competitor didn't have in stock) and found them. The store was very clean and well stocked and Employees were helpful and courtess.

I recently had the groomer Travis for my pup. He is absolutely now her groomer I will consistently go back to. I appreciate how he asked and clarified what I wanted and made sure not only my dog was comfortable but myself before we even started. I would recommend this grooming service!

I really like Petsmart. They really do have the best and biggest selection of supplies for your pets. Always a 5 star! Ginger says thank you for carrying a good selection of Sheba!. She's a little picky, but loves her Sheba Pate! 😻

Went to pick up new food for our new puppy "Pocohantas". Tea cup Chihuahua. Was quick service to my 2004 Chevy SSR. Safe with masks. No touchy the recite. Right to vechile. Running Market price but the only pet shop around who had in stock. Which made it just greater then great.

My Husband and I, went to price out guinea pigs . We ended talking to one of the employees about the Piggies. Clarissa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about guinea pigs. We ended up adopting one of the the the Guinea Pigs. She was amazing. A Big Thanks for for helping us pick out the sweetest little girl.

The workers are nice, very knowledgeable about pet supplies. I had my pup groomed here and they did a good job but my pup was super stressed from the experience, hopefully our next visits for grooming will become better as he grows

It is one of the best places that has a large number of articles for our pets and of good quality. The accommodation is super incredible, the organization and accommodation is super and I love that older people work there, it gives them the opportunity not to feel alone for some of them and they are always with a smile they are too attentive and I admit some of them have problems with technology but nothing that cannot be solved they are always attentive and are willing to help when you do not require help that gives a plus to the way of providing the service service in my point of view I am super grateful and happy with the service of the staff and the products... I love few places like that

$101.00 for a wash and cut of an 8lbs Maltipoo is absolutely ridiculous. I also shouldn't be charged an extra $10 scissor fee as this price should be included in the price for the cut. I also didn't get the groomer that I scheduled the appointment with.

Great place to shop for your pet. They have a large assortment. Take your pet along with you. They have a discount if you sign up for their membership card. You get so many points and get extra money to put on your purchases.

The only reason I gave it stars is 1 I bout 35 feeder fish and by the time I got home 7 were dead. Only live 10 min away. 2 I had my granddaughter in with me and was planning to buy her a small animal so I asked if we could hold and check out certain animals , the employee begins to say oh no we can't do that . Um ok why ? Oh well if your not buying one (understand that) we can allow , well my plan is to buy something. She then tells me , is it a good idea to buy for a 3 yr old? It's my choice and she is 4 . Needless to say we NEVER bought anything. They don't hold or socialize beside with the many in cages. SMH. I get its a chain of stores what I don't get is the irresponsibility of not caring for the animals they sell to families.

We went there yesterday to get presents for our dog who turned three. Store wasn't that full of people that kept on dragging us all over the place and eventually did pick out some gifts for herself. The cashier was friendly and even asked if it was okay to give our dog a treat.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The aisles were organized and items were clearly marked. Seasonal items are available. They had a decent amount of fish, only guinea pigs available, and some birds--a smaller selection of animals compared to others. The facility seemed to be clean and well-kept. There were a good amount of items on sale, so it's worth stopping by to take a look. Overall a good experience.
