MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE STORE MANAGER TODD - HE IS THE BEST!!!I received absolutely OUTSTANDING service earlier this year at the Oakley Vault Outlet Store in Pottstown, PA. As soon as my wife and I walked in the store, we were greeted promptly by the store manager Todd. He saw that we were interested in the glasses frames and proved to be incredibly knowledgeable on all the styles and options. He went above and beyond with product details and really took the time to ask what my needs were to find me the perfect pair of glasses. I do not live in town but travel to the area for my daughter's sports team. We went to the store multiple times to choose the frames, take my prescription, then to pick them up once they were completed. I absolutely love the Oakley frames I got, and even more I so appreciate the attentive and hard work from Todd. He knew by looking at frames I tried on which were the best size and fit and I think went well beyond the call of duty to make sure I found something perfect. I will definitely refer my friends to Oakley for glasses frames in the future. I just wish everyone could share my excellent customer service experiences.

Always a great experience at the Oakley Vault in Limerick, Pa. (Philly Premium Outlets) Staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and Curtis No high pressure sales here. The store is neat and organized. Karen (store manager) is absolutely the best. She knows the product line. Always makes great suggestions. Under her leadership with her team run a tight ship. I have been shopping at the Oakley Vaults for many years in four different states in the U.S. And by far this location is the best. They truly earned my family's business. Todd was super helpful and very patient throughout my entire visit in the store. I spent about 2 hours picking out three pairs of prescription glasses.It was a little overwhelming trying to figure out the right frames and colors that I would like, but he guided me through it all.When the glasses finally came in the new prescription was off and I felt they were unusable.Todd told me not to worry about a thing and to bring the old prescription in and he would take care of everything. This included ordering a new set of lenses and having them reinstalled.I'm very thankful I went into that store he worked at because I walked out having had a good experience.

My new sunglasses were damaged due to a manufacturer defect. Brought them to the Oakley Vault, and the store manager had everything sorted out in less than 5 minutes. Very good service.

The gentlemen who assisted me was phenomenal. You just do not get customer service like that anymore. He took time to look at the glasses my husband had, find replacement lenses plus find new ones. Very pleased with the service and will definitely return.

It is worth making the appointment to meet with an experienced Oakley store sales staffer to hear about the advanced features: vented frames, quick lens release as well as all of the design and fitting details for prescription lenses. If you are an avid bicyclist and need great glasses, run don't walk to Oakley.

Staff was very helpful and very nice great to work with. However the store needs to get the phone system repaired or so thy said. After my prescription glass were 3 weeks past due. I tried calling the store to see what was going on no answer. The the sum of 50 plus tries on multiple days. When I was finally able to get to the store I tried calling 2 staff members in the store no other customers and nobody picked up. They said the phone was broken but it was just on DND. Not cool ! My glasses were ready and had been for days. Don't waste your time calling this Location. great shop great products.

I had a pleasant experience here. The two staff members helped us pick out a pair of sunglasses that were included in the sale. Compared to other Oakley locations, I feel that you do save a significant amount by shopping here. Everything in the store was 40% during our visit plus some additional offers like $35 off a pair of sunglasses. I love how everything was so neatly folded and organized. It was easy to find just what we needed without sorting through piles and racks of clothing. I highly recommend coming here for the deals and overall laid back feeling of the store.

My experience at the Oakley Store in the Philadelphia Premium Outlets was good. I felt like the sales people answered my questions, provided information then gave me space to check things out without being hounded or pressured. There was plenty to look at and the prices were reasonable.

A-MAZING! My family and I love shopping at the Oakley Philadelphia Premium Outlet store. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. This time, I bought 3 gloves and a knit hat. The one staff member took the time to get a cup of water to show me the Gortex gloves were waterproof. We will always shop this location!

First time at this store as I had to make an exchange from an online order. I knew what I wanted but Oakley stopped making the style I liked. The woman who worked in the store was so helpful and I felt bad because each pair I tried on, they had to disinfect them (covid times) but she was so nice and patient with me.
