If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Absolutely atrocious. This is how I received my pizza and when I called to complain, I was told that it was my fault and I shouldn’t have ordered a veggie pizza. The dough was wet and undercooked and it looks like it’s been dropped on a floor. The cheesesteak I got was also swimming in grease. After I explained to them what was wrong and them blaming me for it, they hung up on me. Terrible customer service and food. I would never recommend getting food from here.

My daughter and I always order our empanadas and tostones from here. Sometimes we order for delivery and sometimes we eat at the pizzeria. The service is good, place is clean and the empanadas and tostones are full of meat and a good size. Don't forget their delicious chocolate cake and cannolis for dessert!! Absolutely, the best! Although, the delivery driver did forget to bring the cake and had to go back and get it while we patiently waited. We're all human and have room for error. (Note: They do charge extra for condiments)Parking: Parking is in the rear and on the side, which has a slope. It's a bit tricky, but doable.

We are new customers at Mannino’s. I don’t think they are given the credit they deserve. The lady taking my order was very nice. Our food was ready to pickup in 20 minutes, on a Friday night. Everything was so good! My kids never have more than once slice, they are super picky. The pizza was demolished. The plain cheesesteak was so flavorful, moist and cheesy. And the Buffalo cheesesteak was toasted and so delicious. We will definitely be back!! Thank you! ❤️

Caesar wrap was more like a lettuce wrap. Expensive and was charged for fries that were forgotten on a dead night. So almost 15 dollars for some lettuce and chips. Flavor and other food wasn’t bad. Place seems dirty when you walk in. Tried this place on a whim from a mail flyer prob wont get again.

This place is usually very busy which means it's good. You have to wait about an hour to two for delivery but it's always hot whenever it arrives. If you plan ahead with that in mind you'll have it when you need it. Don't order dinner at 5pm and expect it at 5:30! Food is great, the only critique is that on Friday and Saturday no one answers the phone between 6-8pm.

One pizza was not cooked thoroughly. The bottom of it stuck to the pizza box. Second pizza was extremely thin and tasted like watered down sauce was used.

I talk to the person on the phone I told him get my pizza on one of my pieces was incorrect I order a pizza we're barbecue chicken and bacon he ordered at me that he gave me chicken on the pizza but I told him that that he did not put chicken on the pizza just bacon and barbecue sauce but he would kept talking and arguing with me about the situation it was so embarrassing I will not order from them ever again and I came from Philly to visit my grandchildren at Pottstown and I wanted another piece that he did not give me you told me to come get my money this is so embarrassing the service is bad..

First time customer. Ordered the combo app, a veggie pizza and cheesesteak with fried onions. Pizza was good. Combo app tasted like oil. All of it. No different flavors, just fried in oil together. Cheesesteak is inedible. Couldn't even pick it up. Soggy, big chunks of RAW onion. Fried onions means fried! Threw out the combo and the cheesesteak. I want my money back!!!

Been in Pottstown for two years and always wanted to try this restaurant. I finally got my chance and it was really good. I order a large cheesesteak Stromboli it did not disappoint. For 13.50 it lasted me three meals and was just as good reheated. Definitely will be back to try their pizza

Got dinner here and we ordered a large pie and got wings. The pizza is good and has a sweet sauce which I like. The wings were well done and crispy with a lot of sauce just the way I like them and didn’t even have to mention that when they took our order. The team there was very friendly and made conversation with us as we were waiting for our food, something you don’t see a lot of these days. Overall great food and very accommodating staff!

I've been going here for sandwiches for a few years. Excellent food always! Last summer I had a stretch of bad experiences. Orders constantly screwed up! Orders not ready. One time my order was never entered into the system. I stopped going there. Just recently I missed the great food and decided to give it one more try. When I entered there was a whole new crew of people there. Since then service has been excellent and the food has been great! Don't know what happened but kudos to Manninos for fixing the problems and returning great food and service to this area!!!

Customers for 10 years. My guests liked the shrimp basket shapes from 2022 better and the fried calamari was like Funions brand snack chips. 2/14/23 order. I still like this location immensely.

Still waiting after 2 hours to get 2 flatbreads and a cheese steak delivered. I wouldn’t be mad but after an hour I called they said the driver was already on the way. We live 10 minutes away from the restaurant. When we called back a second time the person that answers the phone was not nice, acting like we were bothering her. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never again will I get food from this place.Update: Finally got our food and it is rock hard!! Very very disappointing!!

Imagine ordering 8 beef and cheese pastallios and literally getting a mix match of chicken, beef and salsa, and regular beef and cheese all in the same order. Like who in the right mind would make the order like that when I specifically said BEEF AND CHEESE. It seems like people don't care about quality at all here. Unprofessional and I don't want to hear the understaffed excuse. Was trying to give this place a chance but McDonald's has them beat with higher quality food and service. I work at an understaffed restaurant too and our food takes 5 minutes to make and it would make Gordon Ramsey blush because his food came out the way he wanted it.

This restaurant has gone very much downhill in the last 3 months, their employees do not follow directions, the cook cannot seem to read the receipt to find out what goes on a sandwich. Three times now I have ordered a chicken cheesesteak hoagie, which comes with lettuce tomato onion, and three times I got a plain chicken cheese steak. I will not be eating at this restaurant anymore. The food is decent the prices are decent but the service and the cook is horrible. Update, decided to give the restaurant another chance ordered two large pizzas extra crispy extra well done, I got them home and they were barely cooked all but raw. Obviously the cook cannot read English not sure if I'll be giving them any more of my business I'm going to get a personal visit with the owner.

Ordered a cheesesteak with SWEET peppers, pickles, mushrooms, and fried onions. Instead I bite into it and my mouth is set ablaze by spicy peppers that were mixed into the meat. The honey mustard and ranch was abysmal. I don't mind spicy but I was having stomach issues so I was trying to avoid anything spicy at all

I ate there twice while working across the street. Ordered the cheese steak with onions and ketchup, as well as fries and a coke.Both times I wasn’t disappointed.The building was clean and I ate out doors on the patio.I would definitely go back.
