This Lowe’s was very organized and easy to navigate. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.I’ve gotten drywall and supplies for remodeling an attic, they had everything I needed and great prices.I bought paint and painting supplies from them and the prices were fair and quality was good!I shoppe store custom blinds here and they cut them to the size I needed for free. The quality was great and I was so happy with the prices.I’ve gotten many outdoor and indoor plants and supplies from them and have always been happy. The garden center was up-kept and clean. There were many clearance items and in general they had great prices for pots, soil, and plants. The plant selection is massive and everything was very healthy. I was really impressed with this location and will shop again.Overall, this is a great location and I’m very impressed with the options, service, and prices.

My husband went to the service desk to get help to cut a hand rail.The guy says the saw is broken.At a store like that where there is a hundred saws.He went to home Depot and will never be back to Lowe's again.And we where good customers.Thanks for your help

Buying a refrigerator from Lowes online through the Pottstown Store #1886 was one the the worst experiences I have ever had shopping. I Ordered the appliance on February 6th along with the hook up equipment and a secondary icemaker for the bottom drawer.The first fridge arrived Feburary17th on the instillation date we had agreed upon but it was damaged; It looked like it had been hit by a sledge hammer. I had to refuse delivery and reschedule another instillation. Secondary delivery arrived a few days later without the additional parts including the optional ice maker.After 9 days of trying to find the original ice maker and hours on hold with the store another ice maker was finally ordered from GE. When it arrived in early March, it was the wrong ice maker for the Fridge and had to be returned.Upon calling the store one of the manager, Bryon, told me they could not complete my order and I would need to order it directly from GE. Another manager assured me they would be able to send someone out to install the icemaker when it arrived. 5 days later, the ice maker arrived and I scheduled someone to come and install it. However, upon arriving, the tech they sent said it was not a standard instillation and he was "unqualified" to install this part. Subsequently, I needed to contact the store to have someone else come out to install.After contacting the store, I was told that GE would need to send out a specialist to install the ice maker because it was not something they normally handled. I was then told GE had been contacted and would call me within 24 hours to schedule instillation. Fast forward 6 days and still no call from GE.I contacted the store again trying to see what the situation was. After 30 minutes on hold, unable to get in contact with anyone, customer service or management, I decided to contact GE directly.Upon speaking to them, they had no record of correspondence with Lowes but offered to help with the situation. However, when they spoke with their installation team, becuase it was not a repair with an existing unit but a new install they do not handle those requests. I was then given a number to a local company who may be able to help.So, after hours of conversations, being placed on hold, assured I could be helped, and promised this could be resolved I am stuck with a $150 ice maker I will now either need to pay someone else to install or just YouTube it on my own. Today is now April 3rd and. long story short, this was a terrible experience and I would recommend buying appliances from anyone else before I recommended Lowes. Terribly handled situation and a shocking display of incompetency on the part of a corporation.

We recently had our entire kitchen redone. The five stars are SPECIFICALLY for John in kitchen design. He was PHENOMENAL! He spent hours—and I mean hours upon hours designing our kitchen. Every single inch, every single piece of trim, every single cabinet placement he helped us with. He was remarkable —and deserves SO much of the credit for us purchasing there. We were very skeptical. But our expectations were blown away!! There was a problem with one of the cabinets—john took care of it. We had an issue with something needing ordered after they came in—John took care of it. Had a question about the sink—John took care of it.We did use our own contractor (not the Lowes subcontractor), but John was excellent with the communication there too! He met with our contractor, reviewed the order and layout with him—the guy deserves a raise. He is going WAY beyond expectations and we would NOT have used Lowes if it wasn’t for him.

Found what we were looking for but needed help getting product from the top shelf and could not find anyone available to help so we used the rolling steps ourselves. Not a problem because it was quicker than waiting around for staff to become available.

Came here to get something for my husband for Christmas! I looked online to see if they had the item, and they did, and they even listed the isle it was in, which made it super easy to stop by and get! The place was great, all decked up for Christmas, clean and easy to find items, which is important, for someone like me, who doesn't really shop at stores like this!

Walked around the store, very tough to find amu associates, finally found one to ask for the location of the item I was looking for......he didnt know.....walked down several isles still no luck.....pushed one of the page I NEED HELP buttons......it paged 8 times over the pa system.....in the meantime I saw 4 associates walk by the isle.....not a single one responded to the page......needless to say I put down the 3 items I had in hand and walked out.......Harbor Freight helped me the second I walked in the door.....took me to the items I desired and I checked out in less than 5 minutes. Wow. Get better! You should be ashamed to treat customers this way. Your website didn't even show the location of the item in store either but said 2 in stock. Useless to say the least!

ordered a $3,000 lawnmower online, the order was placed to a store in another state that had a damaged one outside in the yard for a year. When they called and said they couldnt get it to start and I will have to get a gift card mailed to me then I can reorder at a now higher price or I can drive to another state to get the refund store credit gift card. it could not be just replacement ordered, This is the ONLY way it could be handled. Lowes sucks

I'm a contractor and been to every Lowe's around. This is the worst. This location always price gouging. More expensive then the Lowe's up the street.21$ for a piece of OSB 12$ at a different LOWES. PLUS they don't have anything you ever need. One positive they always have carts inside.

This Lowes was fine. I've had a distaste in my mouth for Lowes ever since I worked for one back in Covid era. Their masking policy was stupid. Anyways, there was a nice gentleman at this store who helped me even when he didn't have to. A source of irritation for me at this store was the cashier. Right now I've lost my voice because of a sickness and the cashier seemingly made fun of it. I have to whisper and she whispered back to me. It may have been unintentional though and likely was, but I couldn't tell.

Ignorant employees who can’t process a simple request nor can they read there system correctly. Screwed up my order and couldn’t even communicate correctly within the team. Made me waste my Saturday and canceled my plans and called out of work to have them cancel my order without reading the notes. I will never order from this location again from the delivery team to the in store representative. You guys suck.

Long time costumer, gone over 6 sheets of plywood. After installing 1/2” exposure rated #1 plywood, all but 1 sheet delaminated and bubbled after the first rain. Manager indicated that the product warranty is void if it gets wet. EXPOSURE RATED 1! As only a homeowner, idk how builders can throw cubes of plywood up and get it all wrapped before the first rain! Impossible feat and the manager knows that.Buyer beware.

Went there with my Son and Grandson. He was looking for more Christmas lights to add to his Property. That way the lights would move to the Christmas music. That was in Philadelphia Pa.Loved going there they had a lot of lights.

The price of a tarp was crazy expensive, but I got one. It was something I needed quickly! I wish I would've waited. Smh. Had to go back to get a pool skimmer. It shows online the price is 7.48. I drive all the way over there & this was what I found. The 7.48 was fir the skimmer only! The pole is separate & they only sell them separately. What a rip off. It doesn't show that in the picture online! I thought it was put together needless to say I now have to go somewhere else to get a pool skimmer!

If I could be more angry, I would be. I bought a stacking washer and dryer. I was NOT sold a stacking kit. I was NOT told that I needed a stacking kit. When the gentlemen came to install my units, they told me they were unable to stack them.This would be a good time to mention that the delivery crew was outstanding. They don't get enough credit, so they will get some here. Long story short, they have to come back tomorrow to finish the install.When i called the store, after waiting for an interminable amount of time on hold, I was told that I had to buy a stacking kit. When I asked for it to be credited for my time and aggravation since I have to take a day off work tomorrow, they refused. Flat out refused. Then the person on the phone made of mistake of telling me that it was my fault for not telling the salesman that I was going to stack them. Big mistake. THEY WERE STACKED IN THE DISPLAY MODEL, AND THAT WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING!!!In conclusion, I have to take a day off work so I'm home when the delivery people come back. Again, it has to be said that the delivery people were great. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Lowe's wouldn't be getting this bad review if they had simply credited me the $40 for the stacking kit. In fact, I would probably be writing a good review. But no. This is how they wanted it. This is how they're going to get it. Next time I'll go to Home Depot.

Just purchased a new home and in the process of selling another. I’ve been to Lowe’s on several occasions and received very poor customer service. Additionally, I am in the market for a garden shed and scheduled a virtual appointment which never happened. Never reached out, complete waste of my time. I guess maybe I’ll try Home Depot.

You cannot even exchange without a receipt? Absurd. It was a $7 part. The "customer service" woman spoke down to me the whole time and was more than satisfied to be able to dismiss me when none of my cards came up even though there's no other way I possibly would have paid for that item.

Olivia in the garden center is Spectacular!!!! Just STELLAR service! She hauled my 900 pound Mulch into my truck instantly with a smile . Give her a raise Immediately. 10/10 Service. Just Wonderful. :)) Someone give this Girl a huge Cuddle and huggle! She definitely deserves it

Ordered for curbside pickup and upon arrival I followed the instructions. Store associate answered and informed me it would be a while because he’s only one person and can only help one at a time. He further proceeded to share that he has to help people inside and attend to curbside pickup. I asked if it’s going to be that long should I just come in to which he shared he would hate to have to make me come in because of the line there. As an establishment if you don’t have the man power to tackle the offered service you should just inform customers and make that option is unavailable. Curbside pick up shouldn’t take an hour especially when you inform the customer that the order is ready.

Went there with my mom looking for bathroom vanities and countertops and fixtures. Completely lost in the bathroom isle, Patrick from the plumbing and electrical came to our rescue! He answered all of our questions and even gave us some helpful suggestions to help up shop and save! Thank you Patrick for helping these 2 lost girls!!

We just recently went to the Lowes in Pottstown. We asked for help at the register because we were buying 24/80lb bags of cement. We brought the truck around to the pick up area, several guys brought the pallet over to the truck on a forklift. My husband is 70 years old, while the 20 something guy stood on the ground and watched as my husband had to lift all 24/80lb bags onto the truck because of some absolutely ridiculous rule about not being able to get in the truck and help. Whoever made up that rule, needs their mind checked. Extremely disappointed in Lowes!!!

There were helpful staff members who were willing to direct us where we needed to go. The checkout lines had some issues though. This is the second time I've been to this Lowe's and they had trouble with both their self-checkout lines and the regular, staff operated lines. Waited in line for approx 7 mins before finally being served. Would not have been a big deal if the cashier wasn't getting flustered and muttering curses under breath. My toddler, who was with me in line, picked up some fun words that day.

Went to buy a leaf blower. First salesman encountered, we heard him loudly telling another customer that her decision to buy a Kobalt item was dumb because ” they’re junk.” Even after the woman said that she’s always had a good experience with Kobalt, he kept being argumentative and tried to persuade her into buying something more expensive. Our salesman seemed incompetent. The price on the app was $20 cheaper than the sale price and the lady at customer service desk was NOT happy to accommodate the price listed on the Lowe’s app. Overall, not friendly or helpful employees will keep be from coming back.

Stopped here to pick up a birds of paradise was listed in stock on the website so why not, I also grabbed other plants totaling in over 300$ ! I finally found the birds of paradise stuffed behind other plants they were all either ripped , dead leaves, dried out. I skimmed through everyone they were all damaged and very neglected so I asked the customer service desk for a discount since they were all literally damaged and I really wanted one. Supposedly that wasn’t something they can do whatever that wasn’t my problem, my problem was the way the woman with short hair and gold hoops slander me to another customer and giggling comparing me to a some cheap regular even with the full priced items I paid for in my cart with no problem. I’ve never been in this location before so the comparison and humiliating acquisition was uncalled for and upsetting especially since I didn’t give a hard time and still spent my hard earned money.

Purchase pressure washer wand, used once to clean house siding and 18 x 18 patio.. attempted to use nearly a year later and trigger no longer works. Lowes should not sell sub par equipment and make it easier to return under the warranty period.which is two years. I will update this post if the return through manufacturer is seamless but not hopeful off to Home Depot.

Horrible experience. I sought help from two staff members picking out materials for a home improvement project I'm working on. They didn't understand what I was trying to convey to them, because they weren't seeking clarification. They were just being rude and unhelpful. I tried over and over to communicate with them but there was an underlying attitude problem that made it increasingly difficult until I just left.
