I live in Delaware and wanted to do something special for my niece’s 30th birthday. When I googled florists in Pottstown, there were a few. I picked the best one!!!! When I called on a Saturday, the owner was personable and able to do everything I wanted. 30 yellow roses wasn’t a problem. I was relieved that she could deliver on Monday, too. I was very happy with the price, as well. Very reasonable. The outcome was PERFECT!!! I’m saving the phone number. I’m sure I’ll be needing it again. Well done!!!!! 🤩

Wonderful!! I called for a special arrangement for my “grand dog” who is recovering from surgery. I had a beautiful flower arrangement and dog treats sent to my daughter. What a beautiful arrangement and bakery style home made dog treats! Lyndsey is the best! She went above and beyond to add the doggie treats to the arrangement. Excellent customer service!

I have ordered from the shop many times. Her reply to my messages has always been prompt, the orders, even at the last minute, have gone out quickly. All of my recipients usually call me to tell me how beautiful the flowers are. I even ordered a wristlet for my young nieces school dance, and she made sure that the elastic was small enough for her wrist and we got many compliments at the dance. Highly recommend the shop!

Ordered flowers and chocolates on short notice for Valentines day for my wife. The delivery was timely and the flowers were beautiful, they did a fantastic job. When the flowers were initially delivered the chocolates were left off of the order so I called to inquire. Not only did they take the time to come out and drop off the chocolates, but they refunded me the money for them (even though I protested the refund). It just goes to show they stand behind their products and exceptional customer service. Moving forward they will be our go to for any kind of floral arrangements.

I was referred to Laurel & Lace by a former coworker so when I saw a post about some potted planters she had available, I thought I would support a local business and ordered one for each of my 2 daughters. Forget 1800flowers ! If your looking for that personal touch that makes sending loved ones flowers for any occasion look no further. Her customer service and live updates on the flowers was great. All you get with other company’s is a tracking number.with Laurel and lace floral design I got pictures prior to them being delivered! Her prices are fantastic too! The flowers were fresh and full my wife loved them. Use this place it’s worth it!
