The experience I had was amazing! I was on the search for a Black Forest torte for a birthday celebration and I called 6 other places with no luck and I only had a few days left. I then stumbled upon Landis. The website was user friendly and when I called the customer service was awesome. The torte looked beautifully done and tasted even better. I’m amazed at the affordable price as well, I was quoted almost double for the same thing at a couple other places. Needless to say I have a go to place for all my cake andpastry needs from now on. Great job!

Overpriced store, only go if I'm in the area. The new store layout is nice however. Customer service is a hit or miss as well..the older lady at the customer service with the long nails & frosted tips has waited on me several occasions. Most recently, she seemed bothered by my presence and didn't acknowledge me for a full 5 minutes (she was sitting with the door wide open looking at a monitor). I had to cough to get her attention, when she finally did acknowledge me, she said "Isn't there anybody else to help you?". She was the only one in customer service at that time. Long story short, I did get the money order that I needed. Some of the other customer service workers are more friendly. Finally come here really to get money orders, because of that stated the prices are way too expensive.

Great local grocery store, has a very family owned feel. The staff is courteous and helpful. The produce and deli items are fresh and good quality. The meat cuts are done on site and are of good quality. Some of the prices are higher than the big chain stores but other areas the prices are way better. I would personally rather shop here than some of the larger chain stores.

Have you bought your pastries here? 😋🤤 if not, you're missing out. My all time favorite is the coffee cake with Walnuts, I can eat the whole tray in one sitting. They also have a fresh Sushi corner which is pretty cool and it does taste good . This location also has a hot food section which includes rotisserie chicken. Overall this store is clean and well kept.

This will be one of the most disappointing reviews I leave. I have been shopping at this Landis for years. Today between 3:30-4pm cashier in lane 3 gave me so much attitude I will never be back. I had my items and went to pay. The whole time I was in her line she kept staring me down. I didn't say a word. Unfortunately I think I know the reason it's 2024 and still have people who can't or will not accept other cultures very sad. I asked her as I payed if she was having a good day she said she was but the energy she projected towards me didn't match. I did nothing wrong to her. If her goal was to stop me from spending money at this supermarket fantastic. I will not be back.

Landis is the neighborhood supermarket, so I pop in multiple times per week for various things. The store is clean and well laid out, but a bit old fashioned and often overpriced. The on site post office is convenient. Also, their bakery is really good. Try the donuts - they’re as good as anywhere.

Whenever I need donuts or some other baked treats for a gathering, I always go to Landis. Always delicious and well stocked bakery section. And the sushi is great too! All supermarket prices are ridiculous, of course, but I at least know I'm getting quality when I visit here.

I'm getting tired of having nearly out-of-date milk pushed on us. Virtually anywhere I buy milk it will have a shelf life of at least 2 weeks. Here, their milk is literally 1 or 2 days before expiration or even same day and I should not have to look at the date everytime I buy milk. I will be avoiding this place until this changes

I didn't know that I'm so close to a grocery store where I can quickly get stuff which I usually drive 20 miles to buy in Norristown. The associates are friendly and helpful to find anything you want to buy.

Convenient local grocery with competitive prices overall. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sales specials seem to be on items that are bad, defective or almost out of date which is disappointing.

Very expensive. However you can get things here you do not find in your regular markets. Highly recommend the bakery and pre made meals

Wednesday September 13th 2023Stopped in for quick drinks for the kids. Soda picture attached.-----Sunday February 26th 2023All of the Landis locations are WAY overpriced - prices out of control (even before inflation, it was this way). There's a reason its always dead in any of the Landis stores. Unless there's a sale or an emergency, I try to avoid Landis super markets.The last hour they're open, they make you enter through the entrance... strange & somewhat confusing.

I laugh at the 1 star reviews. This place is perfect. Every employee is always kind and personable. The bakery, deli and sushi stuff is always incredible and on point. I read through the 1 star reviews and feel those people have bigger problems they're worrying about and taking it out on this great place. The deli, bakery, and sushi spots are incredible. A+++++ market. F the other noise.

I wanted to purchase some Mrs Benner’s frozen pie shells but there were none in the freezer case. Luckily for me Monica was working in the bakery dept on Saturday. She was able to get pie shells for me, print price labels and then came out on the floor and found me, as I continued shopping, to give me the pie shells! She was so friendly and did not make me feel as though it was any effort to accommodate my request! I will definitely shop much more often at the Sanatoga Landis thanks to Monica going above and beyond!

Good selection of fresh organic produce and even whole flaxseeds. Employees are always willing to help. Oh, and they have tasty ready to eat fried chicken too.

Great store with friendly staff and high quality produce and fresh, butcher-cut meats. The prices are good although items in center aisles may cost a tad more than Giant. However, a few cents extra is worth it to me if it means I can avoid the crowd and overwhelming atmosphere of superstores. This store is a gem in Sanatoga!

Great local spot. Their sushi is fresh every day and they have a really cool selection of frozen seafood.Also they have a bunch of selections for a charcuterie board. I always get my stuff here instead of a big chain grocery store because Landis is more fresh and has better selections.
