At the checkout , Jenn was extremely helpful. She first offered to check my total items for cost since I had several coupons and sale items. She did this and made sure all was correct. She checked my rewards and saw to it that I got the proper Kohls cash and informed me how long that would be valid. She was extremely pleasant,wished me a good day, and was helping another attendant with a question as I was leaving the store.

I love this store out of all the kohls I've visited. Their store is always clean and the staff is all amazing. Especially Debbie our cashier. That woman will make u come back with her positive attitude and friendliness.

Super convenient for Amazon returns. Quality products for our family and our home. On our last visit it seemed like a lot of stuff was out of stock or low in stock. Might just be prepping for inventory. Overall a great shopping experience.

Claudia helped me find a perfect pair of sneakers and was so helpful. So was the other lady associate. I was happy to use my Kohl's cash which you can use on name brands just not coupons. I continued to shop and found other items I needed. At checkout, I appreciate her help with my App in my phone to find and use my Kohl's cash. Wonderful experience!

Had a great deal on a combo air fryer, toaster, convection oven. With all my discounts and Kohls cash. I was able to get a great deal on a larger on with rotisserie. Reg price 160.00 got it for 60.00 and even got 20.00 in Kohl's cash to spend. Love it name brand have used for air frying, rotisserie for ribs, even able to bake 9 inch round and square cakes. Love being able to adjust the wattage and well as time and can program stagesEven temp sensor for cooking fresh meats.Another go-to store for me.Clothes, shoes, housewares bedding, also have good sales

Employees made it known they felt as though we were going to steal merchandise. Went to look at jewelry for each other and the employee got some items out of the case for us. She didn't ring us up at the jewelry register and said these will be at customer service when you're ready to check out. We did need to additionally look at a vacuum cleaner. However we weren't trying to lug that around the entire store. So when I went back to the customer service desk, since we wanted to pay for everything we'd gotten together on two separate transactions the lady had to check before she gave the items to me. The manager or other woman working then said that's fine there are cameras on you anyways and looked me directly in the eyes. Then once we were at the cashier's desk she was EXTREMELY pushy about wanting us to get a Kohl's charge card, I had to tell her no thank you multiple times as did my fiance. Needless to say, unless you want to feel ashamed of buying someone a gift and made to feel awkward at payment this is NOT the kohls location to visit. Awkward, unacceptable "customer service". It's not right to put customers on the spot like that unless it was warranted (which it wasn't). Made what could have been a pleasant experience, pretty aggravating.

Went to do an Amazon return. The lady was a bit rude. She was having a rather long conversation with another lady for what I would call an extended amount of time. Even after it appeared the lady was done with her return. Then finally it was my turn I gave her my QR code & she was quick to do my return. Then she sits my slip on the counter which gives you the code for your return & a coupon to use at Kohl's. I picked up the slip, thanked her & walked away. She didn't even respond. I thought wow, she had an entire conversation with the woman in front of me. How rude!
