Used them to transfer ownership for a private handgun sale and couldn't be happier with the experience. Rep I spoke to on the phone (wish I had his name, as he was awesome) ended up being the person that assisted us. He and the rest of the staff are welcoming and create a comfortable environment for all. Location and parking is super convenient. Would 100% recommend and will use them again should I have need.

Once again this shop has blown me away! I can't get over how patient and knowledgeable the staff are. They are the most easy going staff you'll ever meet. Make this your first stop when you are in the market for anything firearm related.Their prices are very competitive and I haven't been able to beat them yet. The selection of firearms, accessories and ammunition are the best in the area! As long as I live in the area JW Firearms will be my go to. Went in to trade and buy first time ever setting foot in the shop. Place was super busy but every customer was being taken care of with plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand to answer questions.Ended up trading a firearm and picking up a few items - the store had exactly what I was looking for and went way above and beyond to help me fill out all of the paperwork required to process my orders. 100% my 'go to' place being very close to home and an excellent all around shop.Even if it might be a drive for you I promise you it is worth the trip - they just do it different there and in a very good way. Lots of first time buyers in there and it was great to see how they took the extra time with those customers to answer every question and show them plenty of options without trying to push the most expensive gear on the wall.

I just want to say thankyou to you Guys for the outstanding customer service. Today and every time I’m in your store. Today Hunter was our sales guy. I literally came in to get my wife’s Ruger SR 22 checked out for recall and get some of my weapons priced to possibly buy a new one and also get my AR 15 that I built all checked out and sited in by you guys.That being said not only did Hunter give me a great trade-in price on two of my pistols and also my wife pistol He also made my wife who is an experience shooter, but very shy extremely comfortable. He gave her so much knowledge on upgrading from 22 long rifle to the new Ruger security 380 which is amazing. She’s already in love with it. And Can’t wait to go to the range. I’ve been wanting her to step up from 22 into a 380 or a 9mm and with Hunters knowledge and just the way he carried himself was amazing so helpful great sales great guy. All of you guys are great always. Can’t wait to come back on Tuesday and pick up my AR 15 from hunter that he is personally going to range test and get sited in for me. I love gunsmithing, even though I am not a gunsmith I know my way around weapons pretty well would’ve loved to be come a gunsmith. I built my 15 from the ground up and just did a bunch of upgrades and wanted you guys to make sure that I did everything I was supposed to correctly to the weapon and Hunter said he will personally do all the safety checks needed for me, which is amazing.All I have to say is the only thing that you guys are missing is a shooting range. If you guys had a shooting range, my wife and I would go nowhere else but JW firearms. can’t wait to see the range you guys put somewhere one day. Again, thank you so much. We are very happy customers and we will be returning. Again, Hunter was stellar. !!!!!

Had seen their billboards all over the area and finally stopped. Had spoke to a sales associate on the phone and was Super friendly and accommodating. From the moment I stepped in door met with gratitude. I’ve experienced some Gun stores in the past and some have been a bit pretentious. These guys were more than welcoming as soon as I entered the store. My sales associate was very knowledgeable and offered a lot support. Refreshing to have a local gun store to get behind. Will definitely return soon.

This shop has some lucky juju. Placed a suppressor order through them, and I was able to pick my can up in 3 weeks from the order date! Great staff to work with.

Formerly Hudson's, this veteran owned LGS is carrying on the legacy of top end new ordnance and quality used @ fair prices. Their breadth of pre owned inventory is testimony in and of itself of JWs commitment to square deals and top notch customer service. Plenty of accessories stocked in the aisles, and a stand alone optics corner makes JWs a destination worth visiting. If there was a 6 star option, I would have selected that.

Best gun shop around! I had a great experience here being a first time gun owner. The owner Jordan and his staff were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable with buying my first firearm. The store has a TON of inventory both new and used. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will be back that’s for sure.

There’s good reason this shop is getting 5 stars from EVERYONE: This is exactly what a gun shop should be.From getting down, dirty and gun-geeky with the experienced shooter to the extreme patience & empathy they show to the gun-newbies, every level of experienced shooter is treated with respect and courtesy.Great inventory for a non-big box store. Bought a shotgun from them and when going to shoot the gun for the first time it did not cycle properly. Brought the gun back to JW and they referred me to their gunsmith, said they would pay to have it repaired. Months goes by and the gun was still not repaired, contacted JW and they refunded me with no issues at all. Great selection of firearms and friendly staff, will continue to buy my firearms and ammo from them.

I will never go to another gun store again. Jw is a little further from me but WORTH THE DRIVE.I've had nothing but great conversations and experiences with everyone I've interacted with at jw. Good trade prices, great new and used inventory, plenty of accessories and everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would 100/10 recommend JW firearms.

As someone who just started getting into firearms, this place is the best. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever i ask them if they can help install my new attachments (bought from their shop) they have no problem doing so which is awesome!

Update to add:Hunter is wonderful to deal with. I really can’t say enough amazing things about this place!I can’t share enough of my amazing experience with these guys. They ordered my gun for me and had it within a few days. The process was so easy and relaxing that my boyfriend impulsively bought another one while we were there. Then I put another one on hold to buy next week because i will not do business elsewhere. These guys are amazing and I can’t thank them enough for making my first time buying so easy and fun. Went in today with my wife to see about purchasing her first hand gun. The staff there are very friendly, professional, and very informative. The amount of knowledge and honesty displayed by Hunter was very impressive. He addressed every concern my wife had in her search for the right firearm. Just left with my new firearm. There was a problem with the distributor who didn't include the extended magazine, so the guys threw in an extended mag off the shelf for free. This was after giving me a decent discount to match a competitor. I went here because of the positive reviews and I'd say those reviews are justified. They've greeted me in a friendly manner every time I've walked into the store, and have been more than willing to be helpful and answer any questions I've had. Old school customer service approach that is lacking in so many other retail scenarios these days. I'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks Jordan and Nick.
