I had to order a prom bouquet for my nephew on Tuesday for pick up on Saturday. The florist, Cheryl was amazing!! The rose bouquet & boutonnière were exactly what I talked to her about making! The flowers were fresh & very well priced! Thank you Cheryl! I forgot to take my receipt so I hope that Cheryl gets a shout out!! I would give her all 10’s in my review!!

Super clean. Organized and NO out of date food on the shelves. Been to other grocery stores and I can tell you some stuff but that's not here! Fair prices for quality food! Always shop here 1st!

Went there for flowers and some dessert before a dinner party. Had good options for desserts with non-chocolate and good grocer options in general. Good assortment of florals with different prices.

While the quality of the food and the layout of the store is ornate and easy to navigate, the prices are unbelievable and always have been, but the people are very sweet

My husband was at this store about two hours ago to get lunch meat and when we were eating he noticed there was plastic that was not taken off of cooked salami. If you get lunch meat from this store please be sure you check and make sure that there is no plastic on your lunch meat. I say this because I choked on the plastic.Also, how can you sell 9.8oz blueberry's at $8.99 when Walmart sells their 18oz blueberry's at $7.52. I do not shop at your store unless I forget something. Your prices are very outrageous and your produce is horrible.

If you are going for sale items, forget it. It used to be ok, but now since they put pickup in and still shopping for deliveries from here, the select is horrible.

The produce is almost always moldy or bruised. The eggs are sometimes missing a few or broken. Alot of items unstocked constantly. Probably my least favorite Giant. It's very unreliable and this area is just not good in general for quality organic produce

Customers are NOT a priority at customer service. Today we waited in line and 2 people behind us while an off duty employee got his paycheck which was fine but then stayed there tying up the line while the employee opened the envelope separated it from the stub signed and cashed it. which took awhile

This is the best Giant we've ever shopped at because of the staff that always go over and above. The deli, customer service, dairy, meat, produce and seafood are so accommodating at every visit. We have 2 other Giant stores closer to our home, but we prefer to travel to this one because of the cleanliness of the store and the awesome staff. Great job Giant employees!

Decent quality. Great lunch meat cutting it the way I like... thin.... good customer service. You need to really search out the deals. The store is not the cheapest. They need to adjust their app so you can scan your giant member card to the app to recognize the account. Like every other food store. Gas savings a plus

I stopped in Giant on 4/19 to purchase stamps from the customer service counter. Me and another young lady waited about 20 minutes in line. The waiting wasn't the part that bothered me so much as being overlooked even after the previous customers were finished. I was waiting for the signal that I could get closer to the counter to get waited on when suddenly another employee there from the pharmacy walks right up to the customer service counter to be seen. The young lady in the customer service department never stopped to let her know that me and the other young lady waiting and that we were before her.Me and the other young lady were black while the lady that just walked up was white as well as the previous customers. I watched the level of care that was provided to the previous customers and noticed that neither myself or the other young lady received that same level of care. When I was finally waited on, Tatiana (the cashier) seemed to have an attitude with me! There was never an apology provided for the wait or at least thanking us for our patience. I have lived in this neighborhood now for over 13 years and I have encountered racism from my white neighbors but never from someone that worked at Giant. To be treated differently simply because of the color of our skin is disgusting and appalling. How crazy that the department titled customer service would give out poor customer service! I definitely won't be going back to this Giant!

Just went in to pick up a giant direct order. The 3 young girls working in the department didn’t notice me standing there. They happened to be speaking about my order and I listened to them refer to me as a “dumb b*tch” over and over for ordering sushi for 11am pick up. Disgusted at the trash they hire at this store.

Best bakery in the area. We have ordered specialized cakes, custom cookie cakes and all different kinds of baked goods for parties and always receive compliments on how great the desserts are. Have never been disappointed at this location
