First, the owner needs to take down pictures of other Dollar Generals. Your store does not look fully stocked and clean like that. Stop lying. It shows that you aren't proud of your store, your employees that YOU hire, or of your surrounding community.Second, they seem understaffed, but the staff there are friendly enough and enjoy chatting at the register about anything and everything. At least they have manners. Also, someone is almost always outside smoking or talking in the office (you can hear them from behind the closed employees door because they talk that loudly).Third, shelves are barely stocked (unless you get there on a day they just stocked, but don't expect it there the next day). Products don't last long here, they usually run out quickly of stock, and it usually looks like a bomb went off. Aisles are messy the further you go back (much like the Walmart in town).

I’m the last couple of months the store went from the shelves having nothing on them with cart full of stuff to shelves being full. Whoever they hired is doing a GREAT job!

horrible customer service, they are always in the office , eating or talking amongst themselves, so the line grows because they slowly want to leave the office to actually ring up people, they seemed miserable as we are waiting for them to wrap up their conversations with each other. the aisles is a joke , uboats in aisles no one even stocking it, too busy sitting in the office talking

I went into store for hair products. I walked past a display with candy & other items on it. The display said 50% off. I asked the lady if they were 50% off. She said yes.. I picked up some & went to the counter. She started scanning, but they didn't come up 50% off. I said there's a whole lot of them over there. She walked over to the display & saw plenty of them there. She said it's not those. Somebody put them over there. She then told the other lady to take them off the shelf. This is her removing them from the shelf right in front of me! Never honored the price! Horrible customer service.

They are constantly closing before 10. This time they said they had to close 5 min early because there registers are off ?? Makes no sense. They just want to close early to get out by 10.

Placed order on online , confirmed then told hours later it was running late only to wait for a couple more hours to be canceled. Poor customer service. No answer on phone to find out reson.

Was just there waited a huge amount of time in line because it took both employees to deal with a rude customer. Then checked out asked if that was all the bags and he says yes. Get home and am missing items. Try to call no answer several times. This store needs better management and employees who will pay attention and do their jobs.

This place is the worst they. Close whenever they want it’s closed at 6pm because idk. But blame should be put on the area manager DO YOUR JOB MAKE SURE ITS STAFFFED YOU GET PAID ENOUGH!

I was looking for a couple of items, some were partially consumed and the aisles don't get me started on the aisles, it looks like a separate hurricane struck inside the store, shelves littered with all sorts of different products, aisles partially blocked by box carts it's an absolute mess and it's getting out of control

Our store is the best as in the people that work there Stacey and china are great there was a young man too but yous got rid of him over him thinking of his coworker cause she was sick and I think your wrong for getting rid of him he helped me all the time and now I don't have that help you should of fired the girl too now these girls have to work and be short handed and they ain't getting nothing done there is nothing on the shelf s cause of yous how are we suppose to shop well yous are wrong

They are ALWAYS short staff and then they close Early because NO staff. DG should pay workers more and I guarantee u the service n store will flourish.

Love the convenience of having this store right around the corner. Store hasn't been open on time a few times... parking sucks and location is odd, but the store inside is great!

Hours aren't posted online accurately. Store closes right at 5:45 or 6pm. How are people supposed to shop there after work? This won't be here much longer with these hours...

They had received a delivery. There were U boats every where. Hard to manuver around. Not terribly annoyed, at least they were refilling the shelves.

Employees are very nice but the customers are rude. Parking is limited due to sharing with other retail and resturant s. Easy to see from the street

Not enough help? Shelves are always empty and you have to squeeze through the place it's always packed with merchandise that needs to be put out.
