Customer service sucks the older caucasian lady with grey hair doesn’t know how to communicate with customers it’s not what you say it’s how you say it and I’m 30 and know I shouldn’t get attitude when my husband only asked about digital coupons and how it works. My brother was a manager at another location and I don’t hear him giving attitude to customer because they don’t know my momma told me if you don’t know something asked and if you don’t like your job get another one. High St isn’t organized like you guys but they definitely have a peaceful atmosphere and make customers feels like they’re home and want us to come back. She made the melanin older lady look bad. It’s the teamwork that makes the dream work!

If i could give this place a zero, I would! BEWARE! BAIT AND SWITCH! They advertised a big sale for Saturday, September 2nd and offered many coupons through their app for the deals. The problem is that the app DID NOT WORK! It has been down since this morning!! So no coupons! A big waste of time! Furthermore, they were out of most of the items that they were promoting online coupons for. Why have a sale if you dont carry the items you put on sale as well as disable your app and coupons? The 2 women working at this store were very nasty.! Ill never go back there again. I felt like i was duped! Never again!! Don't shop there!!

I love the store but I don't understand why when it comes to using the coupons the cashiers don't discount them and if you ask, they don't put them up and it's supposed that if the store gives out coupons it's to use them, that's very disappointing 😭

I used to like going here. Since they remodeled the store: Shopping for cards for the holidays is a nightmare. The aisle is too narrow and the cards are too low down. It's also too dim. It's too hard for older customers. I'm not the only one with this complaint. I will shoo somewhere else!

It makes me feel like I'm visiting my parents in the Midwest when I shop at DG. My small hometown has one and it's their go to store. I always find something good to buy at DG. And their prices are better than other places. The employees are always so nice. Thank you for giving us affordable gift giving options.

If you need to do any big time grocery shopping, this is your store. They have everything from Sprite cranberry to ant killer! Anything you can think of this store has it. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

This site is great for prices and for an in and out trip for necessities. My only complaint is this store is always cluttered, messy and unorganized. The employees are friendly and outgoing as well.

Some items, i.e., cleaning supplies (name brand), paper towels, toilet paper, etc., are priced higher than Walmart/Less Quality!Should NOT have the word "Dollar" in the store/corporation name... It's false advertising!

A really beautiful store for the Pottstown, PA area, most stores around are usually either cluttered or really messy, the store was very organized specifing each section with specific items, the staff was very nice and kept things going quick and easy, overall Probably the best dollar store in Pottstown, Pa
