We adopted two guiena pigs, Nibbler and Squeaker!!! They are the best!!! They came home tame and loving from a young age!!! Diane's also answers any question you have if you are new owner!! I would highly recommend Diane's!!! Thank you guys!! 😊I would love if your store offered nail clippings and ivermection treatments for guiena pig!

I would like to say my experience with this business was welcoming and very easy and helpful, but that is not the case. Me and my partner visited this place to buy food for birds, and saw a puppy we immediately fell in love with. First, the staff are completely incompetent and do not perform their jobs correctly, and blame their incompetence on the customer. My partner had to remind a staff member where they kept their OWN applications. Second, their system and information regarding adoption of puppies is completely filled with holes, so you are left confused and hurt when you wish to adopt. They do not give you complete information nor do they return phone calls or emails. I was told after filling out papers for one of the dogs that is was a week long wait. We were told there were no other applications for this dog, and that we would be informed when they were ready. We waited for three weeks with no communication before we finally had to call them back, just to be told the puppy was already adopted. Lastly, I would like to point out the disorganization of this business, when it comes to keeping track of their own animals. Not to mention the way the puppies are kept in small cages while the rabbits gets half of the store. I do not recommend adopting from this business, if you can even call it that.

Adopted both my girls from Diane's. I love the friendly and helpful staff. I love going in and checking out the dogs, cats, birds and other surprises. Always stocked. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to adopt a dog instead of buying one from a store

My woman and I went into the store and we found a dog we really liked. While we were there, the staff were not friendly including a younger blonde hair woman who was working around us and very pushy with no manners. We read the paper about the dog and asked the staff for more info about him. They had not a clue how old he was, what breed, but told us he was very friendly. Filled out the application online and heard back from Diane’s saying “we feel he is not the best fit for your house due to him not getting along well with other male dogs”. Clearly they did not read the full application because I put on the application “no current dogs”. On top of this, now we are being told he doesn't do well with male dogs, that’s a HUGE detail missing on their paperwork. Unfortunately, my woman and I passed up on the opportunity due to the misleading info and don’t trust them especially if other details are missing. This has been an overall bad experience at this “adoption center”. They want all this detail about where you live and everything else including wanting to talk to your vet but Diane’s can’t even get there paperwork straight on their end… it’s a shame. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Will not support this business anymore after trying to adopt from them. Correspondence is terrible- waited two weeks to find we were rejected due to our pet being neutered not within their apparent timeline. They made us feel like we don't care for our animals and kinda insinuated our dog was breeding with others which has never been the case. They didn't even call our references either. Always loved this place but won't be back!!

I am eagerly impressed by the warmth I was welcomed into from start to finish at this store. I applied online, called to let them know and they were so happy I followed up and told me to stop in and peek at the pups they had on site today.This place was what I expect a pet store to look like but for some reason they never do. It was so nice to have friendly service and PETS at a pet store. My son and I were so delighted to pick out his furever friend here. Lots of fish, birds, and furry friends to take home if that’s what you’re looking for!

I visited this location and my girlfriend and I were interested in adopting a shepard/rotty mix. We asked one of the employees if we could see the puppy and she rudely said no. I asked why and said we are interested and she said we arnt going to take it out for you. This isnt how you treat customers who are interested in adopting. No reasoning provided or anything. Just a plain “no”.

We bought our corgi jack russell mix pup from Dianes several years ago. We were very happy with him and Dianes services. Our dog passed a couple of years ago at 13. He was quite the nut and we miss him but not quiet ready for another just yet. Sometimes I pop in there just to see the cats and dogs.

Having had a very positive experience with the two pups we adopted from Diane's 15+ years ago, we stopped in last weekend "just to see" and came home with Kobe, a little Chihuahua mix. I've never been particularly fond of Chihuahuas, but Diane insisted that this little guy was the perfect dog for us - and, boy, was she right! He was fearful at first, but thawed out within a couple of days, and now he's a happy, enthusiastic family member. Diane and her entire staff, in our experience, are unfailingly friendly, helpful, and caring. Great people, great store.(March, 2023, 5-1/2 years later) "Kobe" became Taco, who continues to be my best buddy. In the summer of 2019 we adopted another dog from Diane's, a female Shih Tzu we named Daisy. She's a princess: she wants everything her way, requires a lot of maintenance, and gives the impression she really deserves better - but we're doing our best.

They were very helpful with my dogs nails an with the fact that I can't get one of them to gain weight an with directions to go for affordable help with food for 2 dogs in todays economy an with getting them fixed ..an they were polite an fast to help

Picked up an amazing 5 Month old Hound Mix (Baxter) now named Booker! The entire experience from spending time with all the puppies to getting help with all the supplies we would need was incredible. Diane's is about 40 minutes out from me, but I am willing to make the drive to pick up his food and toys just to support the business! Thank you all for being so awesome!

Thank you to both Diane and the young man at the counter for helping us bring home our new best friend! You all were amazing and so helpful during the adoption process. Finnigan (M1 from the GS, Border collie, heeler litter) is adjusting so well and is super smart. Our senior dog absolutely adores him.

Diane’s Pet Supplies has always been my go-to for animals of all kinds! Most recently I’ve added over 20 fish and a few shrimp to my tanks at home.The staff really know what they are doing and the shop has a wide selection of all things pets. They used to have a really great fish selection with all sorts of marine fish, freshwater plants, etc. However it looks like they are working together rid of their fish section all together. I guess it's been a few years since I bought fish from here, was hoping It would be the same but it's not. It looks like they have plenty of birds and our focusing on their rescue animals now.

I recently adopted my first rescue pup, Walle, a lab mix from Diane's Discount Pets. He is not only my first rescue, but my first puppy on my own, outside of my parent's dogs. I have had him nearly a month now, and the entire experience has been incredible. He is the most lovable and intelligent pup I could ask for. The staff had said that he was yet to be housebroken and had never walked on a leash before, but when I took him home, he went to the door every time he had to go out and walked so nicely on a leash! It has been such a pleasure having him in my home, and he is the smartest puppy I have yet to know. Thank you Diane's Pets for a smooth adoption process, I love my Walle!

A lovely small town pet store that has a great wide variety of different types of items for any kind of pet. They also have a very sweet cat walking around that you can pet ! Will probably adopt my next pet from here !!

You guys should be ashame of yourselves. You had someone willing to give Yoko a loving home, but turned down the application. Unresponsive emails not even given a reason. That was 1 1/2 months ago. Poor Yoko, no wonder why shes been dog of the week for months now. You guys are just a pet store masking as an adoption center for profit.

Young crew. Yet they still know how to help their customers. U can tell they love their jobs. Only down fall is. They leave the puppies outside in freezing cold overnight. I can hear them crying when getting gas across the street.!!
