If you use CVS pharmacy and live in Pottstown I highly recommend going to the location on West Schuylkill road. They always have medication in stock and the staff is always friendly unlike other CVS locations in Pottstown (like N. Charlotte St) that don't have enough staff and usually don't have medicine in stock.

This is thee best CVS in the area hands down. Pharmacy team, and they are a team, so their very best to take care of you and treat you with respect and efficienty.

For me, this store is the best I have visited, but today I had a bad experience. When I paid at the self check-out, it made me so uncomfortable that one of the women who work in the store went to stand behind me and not even halfway. my privacy space to put my phone number and my card code when paying 😡 I don't know if he thought I wanted to steal something, it seems really silly to me I felt harassed and everything he said was there in case the machine had problems 😩 when the machine has problems, it warns them, they don't need to be behind one and they can see the security cameras 😡 it's very annoying cvs is my favorite store but I feel outraged if something happens with my account I'll know why.

I have been with this pharmacy for about 4 years. Never had a problem and my medication are always on time. One day my insurance didn’t cover one of the medications and the technician offered me a coupon and prize went significantly down. I understand the pharmacy is sometimes sort staffed and for me it is not a problem going inside to pick up my drugs.

This Pharmacy is the worst ever. Rude people who dont know what their doing. Always have to ask to speak directly to pharmacist who knows what their doing. Frank is the only one at this site that knows what he is doing. The others are worrhless. They give you a script that is for injection but wont sell you the needles to inject it.One tech told me i couldnt get med for another week. Pharmacist took over a d showed him it was available now. What a mess it is there. Also hear on man yelling at a person at the drive up window. Telling them to shut their mouth or he was going out there. He was moved from another store because of anger issues.So many issues there. Beware !!!

Pharmacy has alot of issues! The hours posted are wrong. They have gone through several pharmacists, now the pharmacy is closed , again . Noone knows when a pharmacist will show back up ? The retail staff look frustrated, but they have been very helpful answering questions.
