I don't like being told my prescription will be one price, then when I pick it up it is more expensive. I was told she must have been using a discount card when I was initially informed of the price, which is not accurate. Pharmacist was rude and incorrect, while insisting he was right.

Male pharmacist was very rude. Techs had no idea what they were doing. Apparently couldn’t take a good rx coupon when online it says it works. Hire employees who actually have smiles on there face who are not rude

I don’t imagine it’s an easy job working at a pharmacy. Most customers are sick, at their worst, and on edge. Pharmacists still need to balance the crucial science and accuracy of their job to ensure safety, and also bend the needs of the line of customers. Hopefully the general public can understand this, and have a little grace while waiting in line. A change of attitude will cultivate nothing but positive experiences. Thanks for being there when we need you CVS!

Came here on 9/23/23 at around 12 pm Allison helped me with my prescription, she was very friendly,had a great smile on her face (as if she enjoyed her job) . definitely coming back .

I've gone here for 2 years or so, enough time to see this CVS become a joke. Impossible to get a live pharmacist. It takes 24-48 hours to get meds filled. I had surgery recently and to get my discharge meds filled I had to go through the store manager who contacted the pharmacist. This was after sitting on hold with the pharmacy for 20-25 minutes and giving up and finally calling the front store. Avoid at all cost. I'm moving everything to CVS Coventry in Pottstown. They actually pick up the phone.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had contact with. They give false information and tell you that your doctor refuses to fill you prescription. Lies! Which is false. There is always an issue with your your prescription card. Lies! Staff has No clue What they are doing. This place needs to be shut down. I will be calling the better business bureaus. .

I must give a huge THANK YOU to Fawn in the pharmacy. Thank you for all of your help with the red tape if the insurance company and helping me get my daughter's prescription filled at the correct cost. My day prior to our conversation had already taken up 2 hours with Optum and it was a frustrating ordeal. Thank you for making it happen. You're a STAR!

This pharmacy and store literally just doesn’t care about their customers at all! Completely inept and incompetent staff at the store as well as the pharmacy. They also don’t like being told how inept and incompetent they are. They literally told me that I am not welcome at the store and to get my prescriptions elsewhere. They also threatened to call my doctors and tell them not to send anymore prescriptions there because they won’t fill them. Extremely rude staff who work there with zero customer service skills.

We were looking for a specific vaccination for the Exchang Student that we are hosting. The CVS pharmacy did not have it in stock but said they would order it and would have it the next day. The next day they did not have it and assured us it would be in the following day. On the FOLLOWING day they said that they did not have it but put another call in and guaranteed that it would be there Monday. On Monday we called AGAIN and we were told that we should just go to ANOTHER PHARMACY.... not that there was another delay, or a backorder or any other reasonable response... we should just go somewhere else.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This pharmacy has the most incompetent group of pharmacists I've ever come across. The WORST. it's like they really don't even care to do there job. It has been over a month and I still don't have my asthma medication because they keep putting in the script wrong after multiple calls. I switch to a different cvs and boom I have my medication. I've never wanted to curse people out so much in my life. They are playing with peoples quality of life and that is not ok

Usually I love this pharmacy and have being using this location (when it was still in the strip mall since I was a child) but today I am a little upset. First my medication is out, yet I get this medication there every month, you would think they would have more in stock. They said I should be in tomorrow (fingers crossed). I called again tonight to see if maybe by chance it had come in early, only to find out the pharmacy is closed at 6pm when they are supposed to be open till 8pm. Seems kind of crazy since some people can’t get there until after work and then just to be closed when they are supposed to be opened.

The pharmacist is AWFUL the only half decent part of this store is the front end staff. i know they are short handed but the pharmacist clearly cant do her job the 3 people in front of me she was down right disrespectful to and the poor lady on the phone ugh. i don't know how CVS does their hiring but she needs to go. i have never seen a group of staff so rude but if i had to work side by side with her all day i would be in a bad mood to. poor people are just trying to pick up their medications, this is not the first visit i have been there and seen her attitude and behavior. i hope corporates reads these reviews. so sad.

I used to love this pharmacy and the people in it. Now everytime I call to ask a question about my medications I always get an attitude weather it be the tech or the pharmacist. I understand the medical field a lot since I work in it and it’s very frustrating to be talked to like your dumb. I’ve had them mess up my insulin and blame me for not catching the mistake sooner. Customer service in this pharmacy sucks! I will be looking for a new one soon.

Apparently they have a policy of NOT calling people when they’re out of their medication. I submitted a prescription Thursday night, and according to their own pharmacists, they went to fill it Friday and realized they were going to be out of my medication until TUESDAY. No one called me. I went in Monday morning, out of medication, to pick it up, and was informed they didn’t have it. Luckily it’s not insulin or anything life saving because if it was, this negligence would be quite literally life threatening. Luckily I’m just going to spend the day groggy and unable to do much besides sleep. But I cannot believe how okay with this the people behind the counter were.I’ve worked customer service, and I get it. It’s an exhausting, relatively thankless job, and it’s probably worse when you add healthcare to the mix. But this isn’t some cashier’s position. people are depending on you, and if you’re totally fine messing up their lives, get a new job.

I visited your store yesterday and had the most pleasant experience. A young employee (I believe) his name was Corey was so helpful and friendly that it made me day. He took the time to find my old account and change it to my new number so I could receive coupons...yay! I also watched him help a woman in front of me try to find an item she needed with a happy attitude. This type of kindness goes a long way in our world today...kudos to him and whoever hired him.

The pharmacist is incompetent and can not do her job FIRST she sent me home with the wrong medication in my bottle. When i brought it back she was mad that she had to fix it. SECOND a month later then refused to fill a script that they did a partial fill on already they still owed me the rest of the script. After calling corporate all they say is its up to them on what they want to fill. I am normally a very understanding person but her being rude to me and my dr"s office I thought it needed to be reported. I was told by other CVS that they hear this a lot about her. I fully understand that with them having covid testing there and being short handed they are going though a lot but her customer service skills a lack of professionalism is pathetic to say the VERY LEAST.

One of the Pharmacy techs (the guy with freckles and red hair- I dont know his name) filled the wrong milligram pills of a prescription from a Psyc dr my husband no longer sees ran it thru our insurance and when we got home and noticed they filled the wrong pills we went back to the pharmacy on the same day and this guy blamed everyone but himself for filling the wrong pills and wouldn't take them back. Because he filled the higher milligram pills our insurance now will not pay for the lower dose pills because they think he is taking too much. They are time released so he can't split them into three smaller doses and taking the higher dose during the day makes him a zombie plus taking the higher dose all day for two months will leave him dependent on the higher dose. Its overkill!! To me I feel like CVS should take the bottle back they mistakenly filled and give him what he is prescribed. These are psych meds and the dosage is necessary to maintain his mental health! I can't believe that a pharmacy would screw up so bad and then not fix it. Make sure to open your prescriptions and check them at the Schuylkill Rd location so they don't accidentally overdose you! This is probably something that should be reported. Good thing he wasn't prescribed fentynol or something that is lethal at the wrong dosage. No wonder Walgreens is taking over!

They continue to mess up the pricing of my daughters medication and don’t charge her secondary insurance. Making them try to charge me $60 as opposed to not being charged at all. Also, everytime I come here I sit in the drive thru line for well over a half hour.These people are absolutely awful and the pharmacist is rude as all get out!

This store has improved due to new manager Victoria. She’s striving to make a difference all around even with her employee’s and she displays a pure interest in her customers and the relationship she has with her workers. Keep up the good work.

Zero stars ...Worst service. I called to get a status on prescription since it has been 4 days since they got the script. The medication still had not come in. What? They get deliveries everyday. They guy kept putting me on hold. I asked it to be filled at another cvs and he wanted to give me the phone numbers so I could call and see if they had it in stock. Het placed on hold again and when he got back on the phone asked, how can I help you. There is such a disregard of customer service. I was on the phone, mostly on hold, for 30 minutes. I will be finding a new pharmacy.If this was the first incident would be one thing. There are countless times when they failed to fill scripts, kept having to reapply for the rewards program, rude employees.

They have messed up my medications multiple times. They said they were out of medication I get monthly there, they always forget to order more. They continued to give me medication that I told them I did not use anymore. It was ridiculous. I always had to wait 20 mins to get my medication when I would get a text my medication was ready. I would even wait 2-3 days before I picked up. Terrible terrible service.

Staff always does the best they can even during busy times. They are all very nice, front and pharmacy. The pharmacists are extremely helpful, always willing to answer questions and help recommend items to you. The front store managers are great also! Great place to shop!

Went to purchase a single item. Line was so long and slow moving had to wak out. Literally one item in hand. Pathetic location, will never return. This goes beyond a staffing shortage, this is simply not caring at all. The self service thing didnt even work!

I was refused a Covid19 test I was scheduled for since 2 days ago because I missed a call from them, that I didn't know I was expecting, while I was at work. Was only offered to get out of line, wait for a new phone call, and get to the back of the line. I wasted my time getting the run around today and had to leave without being tested because I had to get back to work.

Dr. Ordered prescription sa 351 scht at 3:30 went to pickup sun. At 10:30 girl working there said very smartly won"t be ready for at least a hour no one there besides me would not fill for me i needed this medication so i would not advise anykne to use this Location cvs coventry mall
