I love this Burlington! This is where we go to get shoes for our 18 month old, they have a decent selection for him at good prices! And I always get my maternity clothes here! Since I don't want to spend a ton of money for clothes I'm only going to be wearing a few months, but they're stylish as well! It's clean, and not a total mess, and pretty easy to find everything I need when I go in.

Lots of name brands and great quality items. The prices are very fair and low. They have clothes, accessories, and shoes. Cosmetics, toys, home items and pets. Furniture, decor and travel. Employees are helpful and the store is clean.

I love this store, no matter if it’s in upper Providence, Philadelphia, or in Reading PA always have great selections and plenty of merchandise to choose from. I always find a great pair of wild and colorful sneakers to purchase each time I’m there.The only drawback is is the changing room are usually closed and the bathroom in Philadelphia is also off-limits

I will recommend the Burlington coat factory when I lived in Philadelphia PA I used to live right next to the Burlington Coat Factory in the Chuck E. Cheese. I raise all my three girls me and my husband had layaways to the roof with all that stuff for a little girls we bought cribs we bought strollers we were close we bought everything for a baby girls. We love, know how to keep families looking good looking great Burlington coat factory is the one.

Associates need better training. They move incredibly slow and chat away while a line forms. I came in for a return and one associate was checking out while chatting with another associate who was doing nothing. By the time the 2nd associate decided to process my return, the first associate was still checking out the same customer. Not okay.

Not very happy. I was trying to Christmas shop for my grandkids. I had about $200 worth of clothing got to the register and was told that if it doesn't fit I can bring it back but only get 50% of my money back because it's over 45 days on the receipt. So I told them I did not want anything. Some people start Christmas shopping earlier than others so you would think that they would honor and stretch out the time that you can bring it back a little bit sooner than waiting till the beginning of November to say you can bring it back in January .

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited. I'd never been in the store and usually go to TJ Maxx. I took a chance and thought, "Why have I never visited before!" I've been there twice now and made purchases both times. The selection of items are a cross between TJ Maxx and Ross. Definitely a fan and will continue to visit!

I haven't been in a Burlington in years. In fact the last time I was in one it was still called Burlington coat factory. I went there with my daughter to get her a coat and we found coats that she liked and purchased. But I have to admit I was a little disappointed that the coat selection was as small as it is. I guess I just was thinking of the good old days.

Great place to shop. Everyone I encountered working there was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how Stephanie went out of her way to help me with a gift I purchased. She went out of her way to help me find the price since there was no tag on it and even placed the item behind the counter so I could keep shopping. Also, the cashier Brittany was great and I appreciated how she took a percentage off an item that I found had some minimal damage to it. I will definitely keep shopping here and am thankful for such a wonderful shopping experience. Stephanie and Brittany really made my day. Thank you!

Won't be back. The place is disgusting. Clothes, clothes racks , carts full of merchandise, boxes all over the place... Couldn't even look at the clothes, the racks were full and couldn't push the clothes. The place isn't even open 2 months and looks like a typical pottstown dump.... Employees are not polite and not welcoming... Only 2 cashier's on and there was a long line... Can't wait for Ross to open. Rather shop there.

Love the store and variety! There is always new inventory. The prices are amazing. My favorite part of the store is that there is a clearance section on top of the low prices that they already have. It is a great place to hang out and window shop.

Service it's so bad rude employee I try to get in now and one lady it's outside she said it's 100 people inside and she can have more than that also the door it's lock I try to make line and she said no one else can go inside I wait about 20 minutes and like 25 people come out and she still said the capacity it's 100 I said 25 go out now I can get it in and she said no so I don't recommend to go people there are rude 😡
