Don't be put off by the appearance. They have the best Hot Sausage anywhere. Their Hoagies & Cheesesteaks are like an open face sandwich they have so much meat. Good Fries too.

Used to be a great place.. past couple times I went they don’t have ketchup or mustard or are out if alll there condiments.. kinda makes no sense when all you really sell are hot dogs sausages etc

This place has world famous standings and we are proud of where we come from in pa . Also a treat sodas !! Some I have never heard of . ALSO TO ALL THOSE FANS HOW BOUT YOU'RE CONTRACTORS IN THE AREA GET TOGETHER AND HELP Mr.Brunish .. so the world famous continues the place is falling apart he has been staple in the community for since you were kids so why don't use all do something good for your heritage go give him an estimate or instead of going to the bar on your free time just saying

I purchased a pack of beef hot sausage. It was a big pack for $30.00. The sausage was not cooked & when I cooked it; to die for! I've been looking for months to find a good hot sausage & I did! Nice combination of spices to make it hot enough to eat & enjoy without burning my entire mouth at the same time. Yes! I'll be back!

I have lived in Pottstown my whole life and never went to Brunishes.Today I went there and had the sausage sandwich, it was amazing, it was everything everyone has said it was!The prices are excellent too!

I had to edit this from 5 stars!! They only sell hot dogs and sausages now. 😞Hands-down the best cheesesteak anywhere around! Also they used to have the best onion rings I’ve ever had please bring them back! 😋

Been going here since I was a kid in kindergarten. The building in front of this store used to be my school. My parents would pick me up and take me to get hot dogs. This place is a trip down memory lane and the food is great. Bringing my fiancé down here to show him one of the best things about Pottstown.

Best Italian Hoagie!!!! Been coming here for years and they never skimp on the meat like other places; their always consistent and freshly made. The prices are fair and service is super friendly and inviting!

HOT SAUSAGE TASTES GREAT but I watched the gentleman who made our sausages, handle the previous customers cash and then handle our food bare handed with no gloves and without washing his hands. The condiments are also open air, with no covers. The food safety standards here are LOW and need a serious improvement but the hot sausage is good. I hope when I return I can say something to ownership and maybe they can remedy it.

Love this place always friendly and warm people greeting you. Shop is a bit small I'm 6ft and have a hard time standing. Food has always been good, great for a quick easy bit to eat or just pick up a few items to snack.

Their hoagies are excellent. A large was $9.00 and really packed. Everything was fresh and delicious. They also sell hotdogs and sausages. They have snacks and drinks as well as other groceries. They have been in business for 83 years.

Its always a breath of fresh air walking into a hometown store where they remember each of your names. Generations have been coming here and Danny never seizes to make your day better. Definitely a favorite.

I wish that I lived closer: I'd visit every day (I'd also weigh a lot more). Best sausages and cheese-steaks. Friendly, down-to-earth staff. Love the place!
