I like shopping here when I can. I love the nostalgia of going to a department store. It takes me back to when I was a kid. When my husband worked in an office it was one of the only places to go to find affordable business clothes for him to wear. Great selection of menswear. I still like to touch and feel fabric and try things on. It saves me returning things later. Plus I try to shop local when I can to help keep the doors open and people employed. Thank you for a great staff.

Most times I need to wait. Skeleton crews cool, but when I'm waiting almost 15 minutes at a register, I put a time in my head. When the watch hits that time I'll put the jeans back and leave shorts and tank tops at the hanging rack at the register. I came out of the store with nothing. If I ever go back I will film my wait with my phone in my shirt pocket like a dork probably. To highlight, employees aren't the problem here. It's Boscov's as a whole.

Needs to be more ADA friendly. I don't know who was working at register in Women's Plus on 11/18 at 4:36 PM. I ordered a kitchen rug online and received a rug with the wrong graphics, wrong color and the print colors were defective and smeared. Manufacturer sent it with no packing slip so I printed out my Boscovs online invoice. I drug this heavy mat out to car, drove to Pottstown on my dine, drug it through parking lot, across store (searching for clerk).She couldn't do the return because obviously what I ordered didn't match what was sent. I asked could she call a manager please and she said no. I need to take it upstairs to find the manager. I explained I couldn't drag it anymore with disability. She just talked over me and repeated herself. I asked her to let me speak and was ignored. I turned to leave the store and she said you can't leave this here. I told her I'm not dragging back to my car and into house, I tried to correct your mistake. She said you can't leave it as I turned to go. She left the register and followed me out to the door shouting you can't leave this here.I felt she was threatening and out of control.So I'm out my time, my gas, $25 and Boscov's got to keep the rug. After 35+ years, I'm done. No more.

Boscovs is a great store. We live in FL but whenever we are in the area we shop at a Boscovs as their prices can't be beat. Wish they would open up one near us

I'm not familiar with formal events but thanks to Scott in the men's dept. he was a blessing. He knew exactly what I should wear and was a tremendous help. He explained how a suit should fit from head to toe and hooked me up. Apparently he has worked around men's apparel for many years and I can't say enough about how grateful I am for all of his help. I was so worried about not wearing the proper attire thanks to him I looked and felt great.

They don’t check ids for big purchases. My senior citizen father had his boscovs card stolen and some charged $700 how do you guys not check id for that big of a purchase. Completely unacceptable.

My wife and I love Boscov's. We are 80's babies, and everything at Boscov's reminds us of that time in our lives. It's funny that with all of the department stores out there remodeling their stores every 5-10 years, Bodcov's does not. The store is something out of an 1980's movie, and we love it. It's always clean there and their prices are always on point. The only negative is their shoe department is still stuck in an 1980's time warp, but other then that.........the store is great. If you were born in the 60's, 70's or 80's, take a trip to Boscov's, you won't be disappointed!

My son and I went in tonight (10/10/23) for a new outfit for him for Homecoming. After looking around I knew I needed help. We went up to the desk in Mens Formal Wear and let me tell you, I am soo glad we did. We were met by Denise and Chris' welcoming smiles. After asking about a shirt size, Denise went right to work helping us to create the PERFECT combination of slacks, shirt and tie for the event. While Denise was taking care of us, Chris was tending to other folks who were putting together their perfect combinations. Boscov's of Pottstown has two very caring employees in the Men's Formal Wear area who know how to treat and care for their customers. This Dad can't thank them enough.

Stopped in at the optical dept with my Grammy to get her glasses fixed and readjusted to fit her face (she had a fall and bent the frames and lost the lense) got her all fixed up with a smile at no charge thank you for being kind and patient with her!

Ordered online at 11am and my purchases were ready in 45 minutes! I parked in the designated parking spot and called the number on the sign and my order was at my car door in about 1 minute! I can't ask for better service! I then was able to go inside and get a gift box and wrapping paper with a bow. Amazing service! This is why Boscov's is my go to for gift buying!

Some of the staff are truly lazy. I go to the one sales desk in the shoe department to check out and the older gentlemen there sends me over to another sales desk because it was to much for him to do and where he sent me there was a young lady that already had customers ( and she was alone as well.)He had nothing to do and has no reason working there if he doesn't want to work. Truly lazy....

Thank you so much to Steve from the furniture department! My boyfriend and I came in to look for a loveseat/sofa for his dream movie room and within not even 5-10 minutes Steve came to our assistance and not only looked in the computer to make sure that the item we wanted was available-but also insured us that it would be ready and available for delivery in the exact time frame that we needed! If you need ANY type of furniture, GO TO BOSCOVS! And ask for STEVE..or Michael! Both are great but an EXTRA special Thank you you Steve K for an absolutely amazing, wonderful and easy experience buying furniture for our forever home!!
