Hello, this is Americana at its best !! Flea market, antique tractor pulls, antique cars , old cars and trucks, antique lawn tractors, hit and miss engines , that smoke ( an EPA nightmare 😆, coal burning furnace , hot apple cider, a great dinner hall area with good food, old tractors on display and some running around , country music , more stuff than a person can look at in one day. If you're looking for hip cool flashy pop culture... You are not going to find it here. This is a snap shot of an America that will never be again. It is a place of peace and smiles, bring your dog , cause there were lots of dogs here . It is amazing to see the technology and ingenuity of early 1900 America.. You won't be disappointed.. don't be in a hurry... You will smell coal burning , engines , tractors , food, piping hot apples being cooked for cider, a camp fire even.. wear boots or a very comfortable shoe, you are going to be walking. Lots of shade , seats if you want to take a break. Also lots of parking, and if you have an older Saint that uses a motorized scooter , there were several there and they all got around ok. Lot of Port a Potties too and sanitizers.. Sign says masks are required.... Most people did not wear them..some do .. that's ok. We are a free people, my quote " Living in a free Republic is not without it's Risks Perils and Rewards!". Yes there was a Donald Trump flag and sign trailer there ... Yes!! You have to stop ... I believe Oct 4 is the last day.. check site.. God Bless you all!! Keith

If you love history, friendly folks, and are amazed by old equipment, check this out! There are 3 shows per year: May, August & October. My favorite part was the Print Shop, where we got to use the printing presses and learn about how the technology advanced throughout the early 20th century. Watching the volunteers make fresh apple cider was really neat, too. There is food on site, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Will definitely go back again when we have more time!

It was the first time we've been there but we're never able to go till we retired. We enjoyed it a lot. Love the old machinery and watching it work. We had the apple dumpling and they were very good.

The steam show is spread out across several acres and there's lots to see. You'll be happy to see and hear lots of engines running as well as enjoy covered seating at the tractor pulls. It would be a good idea to bring good walking shoes and if it's raining it could be a bit muddy. But the great thing is admission was only $5 for me. I'll definitely be going back!

We didn't hit the steam show up but instead enjoyed the flea market. The Amish ladies selling baked goods were friendly and their donuts were really good. We found a lot of goodies at the variety of vendors that were set up.

This is one of the highlights of my calendar year! They have 3 shows: Spring Gas Up in May, the Summer Show in August, and the Fall Apple Festival in October. There is a flea market and vendors in the craft barn at each show. There's a small train that runs at each show (weather permitting), and tractor pulls at each show. The Spring show is usually muddy but returning in May is like travelling back in time to when you didn't see your neighbors all winter and you finally get out to see them. There's a sort of joy that accompanies the Spring show that is there simply because of the joy of Spring. The summer show is larger, more vendors, more flea market sellers, more crowds. They have a bigger crowd for tractor pulls and they bring in a band at least 1 night that calls out square dancing calls. Some people come simply for the dancing! The Fall show brings in apple cider pressing (remember to drink it quickly because its raw and therefore can turn hard if not drank soon). They also make apple butter and have made molasses in the past (I'm not sure if they still do). The Fall show can be muddy too but its my personal favorite because of the apple festivities and like the spring show has a way of making you glad to be there because you've missed it, the fall show makes you glad to be there because you know it will be months before you can be back.

People were the most friendly and congenial of all! Old steam engines on display and several people selling their homemade wares which were beautiful and very reasonable. Not many people here at all but it was late afternoon when we arrived too. I'm in a wheelchair and the grounds are definitely not wheelchair friendly. That was my only disappointment.

First time at fall festival and I must say the apple cider is delicious! I tried to get an apple dumpling but I was to late as they were sold out. They also had apple butter. The rest was just like their spring show. Can't beat the local steam show!

I always loved the steam show.I only gave one star ,not because of the show, but, because of th inconsiderate public.Even though there was a sign at the entrance saying masks are required, virtually,no one was wearing a mask. After 10 minutes attending,my wife and I left the show. I could smell cigarette smoke through my mask...what does that say about a virus possibly floating around in the air..I do not blame the show, they cannot control the people who don't take this virus seriously; Are they still believing the president that this virus is not serious and will go away as soon as it came, well, now that the president has the virus, maybe " he" will take it serious.I know people who have passed away because of the virus: does this have to happen to the non-believers for them to take precautions? Guess what....too late
