As is with travelers, we have to Get Gas, and Use the Restroom. Written in pen on every restroom door: No Bathroom. What kind of truck/travel stop does that??? One that is OUTSTANDINGLY BAD!!! We left without getting gas, got back on the highway and went to Love's Travel stop at the next exit on rt 108 and were able get gas and use the clean facilities.

I would like to start off by stating I am a loyal pilot customer. Now as a local driver I tend to use store 81# in Portersville pa.This store is a disaster. Time after time when I stop they are either out of coffee or most commonly out of EVERY coffee condiment. How difficult is it to stock coffee cream. The fellow working the counter last night told me after I expressed my anger , that McClain, your supplier doesn’t send it or they are out of stock. It’s time to reevaluate this supplier. There are several local dairies or even a grocery store close by that coffee cream could be purchased so the drivers at the very least have an option. Seriously, this is a truck stop more than a travel plaza for us drivers. When I take the time to stop and park then go inside to find I can’t even get coffee is very disappointing. I would hope some looks into this and my time sending you message doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

Stop here two-three times a week for coffee and fuel. Took a shower for the first time. Wow! I think the guy before me must have been standing on the sink under the fan trimming his pubes cause there was hair EVERYWHERE! I'm glad I brought my own towel. Crazy dirty.

Normally a very good stop but not this time ! I went in and had a shower at 10:30 pm and had to wait for a shower to be cleaned cause the two guy working were too busy chatting with each other ! And I think all they did was wipe the floor cause the sink still had hair in it from the last person.Shower didn't have much hot water, couldn't even steam up a mirror without a fan on !Rather disappointed this time with this Pilot and quite frank most Pilots and Fly J's suck now ! Think I'll start giving my 2,000 gallons of fuel a month and all my business to Love's

I usually stop here for a quick break when traveling up to my dentist in Ohio. The store and bathrooms are always cleanish. The staff are always nice also. I haven't tried any of the eateries there yet.

They keep having “power surges” that shut down their cashiers, especially late at night. So gas pumps are shut down! Then the employees disappear. Happened three times, which is very suspicious. Pretty sure “power surge” is code for not enough employees so we’ll shut down. Bottom line: don’t bank on it being a 24 gas station. Go to Love’s in SR if you need a reliable 24 hr gas stop!

The male employee there on January 1, 2022 around 2:40pm, omgosh so so so friendly and kind!!!Very clean Pilot. We visit Pilot's because I'm a coffee and hot dog lover. Always a hot dog on the rollers.I can't wait to come back!!

Off of I79 north and 422, Pilot has station jointly shared with McDonalds and Subway. Pilot has a large selection of confectionery. Washroom for the McDonalds and the Subway is at the Pilot. Gas pricing is the same as Buffalo, NY.

Its well worth the little 2-min drive from the highway to save 30 to 40 cents per gallon compared to other places closer to Pittsburgh. Easy to access pumps, and lots of food options here.UPDATE: Their gas prices are no longer cheaper than other places, by any significant amount. No reason to go out of your way anymore.

This gas station consistently has cheaper prices for gas and diesel than competitors in the area. Likewise, it has a restaurant attached to it so you can get something to eat while you fill up or on your way somewhere. The convenience section is very plentiful as well. I highly recommend this gas station!

Now I'm going to complain about the McDonald's that's in this building. I'm sick as a dog and only wanted some hot tea... So we go in, order, and what did I get. Oh I got a tea, but I also ordered 10 honey's, and 15 sugars... I got the honey, finally, but where's my sugar? Instead I have a bag with 15 creamers... 1, I don't use cream or milk in my tea... This place is going down hill, but to mess up my husband's order as well. He ordered 2 Canadian bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin and he got a regular bacon egg and cheese.... Ur guys's brand of bacon has been making us sick, that's why we ordered what we did and of course, nothing we ordered was right! YOUR EMPLOYEES NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO READ THE MENU AND WHAT PPL ORDERS!!! This has been getting to be too much on my fiance and I, we won't be back here for a while till they get their act together! Worst pilot that I've seen in years!

Has to be the cleanest Pilot I've been to. Super friendly staff. Lilly the manager was polite and courteous. Bathroom was spotless, something I'm not used to seeing anymore. Won't hesitate to stop here again.

Super clean! One of the cleanest Pilot Travel Center I visited. There are not a lot of truck parking places, but in the middle of the day, I had no problem getting one. People were very nice.The only negative point is that the Premium Wi-Fi were very slow even insidebut it's common in a lot of Pilot and Flying J...In 2023, this should not be an issue and must be a priority because truckers who paid for a Premium Wi-Fi service want to, at least, get a strong signal everywhere in trucks parking lot and a faster speed than Free Wi-Fi. It's not only there, it's almost at every Pilot and Flying J.And, when you finally get a good signal and a truck park in front of the building... Signal cuts!Put Wi-Fi repeaters high on big parking lights poles... signals will cover bigger areas from the top and not from one place.

Very clean and friendly people. The bathrooms are always surprisingly clean, you just don't expect that in a truck stop, but you should. They're usually clean. Lots of fun little trinkets at reasonable prices.

It sucks worst pilot I ever been to . I'll stop at the one in slippery rock but not this one . Like to play the poker machines but the room is always locked on Mondays other pilots in brookville and dubois are open . I'll just spend my money at a different one because I'm done with them

Whenever I travel I79 south I almost always stop at the Love's Pilot off of the Butler/New Castle exit. You will find the cheapest gas on I79 there. It's a great place for coffee and food also. Very convenient and nice folks staffing everything. A great place for people who just want to stop once and go like myself.

It was an easy location to get in and out, but It was busy so getting a pump was difficult. It was nice to have mcdonalds built in. The bathrooms were clean but kinda cramped. Changing station in mens room was flimsy and I had to hold it up with my knees when changing kid.

Every day they’re missing something they don’t have vegetables for your sandwich and then they are excuses the ones there always just one person working somebody office worst subway ever needs to be closed down put a real restaurant in there with real service. The parking lot is always busy and sometimes hard to get out of with the semi trucks. Washer fluid and paper towels were plentiful. Price of gas 3.29 also nice

This gas station has the absolute worst gas pumps I've ever encountered in my entire life, because of the weird angle on the nozzle no matter what vehicle I try to fill up at here, I always have issues with it filling up and without popping the top like, it's full and it won't even put gas in my Mustang at all. No matter how I hold it and squeeze the trigger nothing comes out. The store itself and food is great, but the gas station would get 0 stars if I could do that.

Stopped in here and got gas. Great place. There is shower and laundry facilities which were very clean. The rest room was clean as well. Staff was friendly and eager to help. There is a Subway, McDonald's and Cinnabon at this location. Great place for a pit stop. Truck drivers welcome with plenty of parking
