Friendliest workers at this location, probably due to the amazing manager! Everybody is always there to greet you. There is never a problem finding anything in the store, they are very on top of things and keep everything stocked; are helpful anytime anyone ever needs help finding an item. They are highly knowledgeable as to where everything is located. As a returning customer, both day and night, they are consistently quick to remember me (and many others I know that often return to this location) and therefore always greet you accordingly. The entire staff are immensely accommodating and with exquisite, polite mannerisms. Couldn’t possibly recommend a better place to shop.

The employees are great but it's extremely under staffed. There are racks of inventory all over the place waiting to be shelved. You can barely move through some aisles let alone shop in those rows that they're trying to stock but instead need to check out the customers.

Their store is very small. Workers and managers do their best with what they have to work with. They need a new larger location. Also, I've realized their prices are higher than other dollar general stores, on the same products. I'm not sure why.

It was hard to find the 3 items I went there for, then hard to find someone to help me. When I went to the checkout I felt like I was bothering the employee by having her ring up my few items.. definitely could have had a better experience at the Dollar General in Renovo PA.

I went in there to grab cheese for tacos I was cooking for dinner and to just look around the younger male that works in there was following me around the store acting like he was sticking things that were obviously already stocked. I turned to him and politely said "hello" just to not even get a response! If you ask me thing gentleman needs a lesson in customer service or maybe manners to say the least!

87 percent of my caloric intake originated on the shelves of this fine establishment.......really wish it was all a dollar though or did they just mean in general it's like a dollar sometimes.... there lighters always suck n 1 time I put a white T on n to my astonishment it was switched with childrens..... 🤫 it saves a few bucks other way round round baby

This store has a good manager now but it needs more improvement. It has leaks everywhere and the bathroom is always out of order. I still prefer it as my quick stop for things in portage

This place is very convenient for people in town .. However ive been coming here for 4 years and they DEFINITELY NEED a NEW building. . This building is way to small and NO parking! And with the recent train derailment it's made access to it even worse... Everything is cramped on the shelves because they have soo much stuff and not enough space or parking. Hoping they get a newer building and the poor workers work here have little to no air conditioning. .

Great store I just moved from California to come back to my family who live here to retire. You guys had everything I needed to get my apartment up and going!I love it.It's down the street and the people are great who work there thank you !Have a great day!

Very friendly, general manager constantly carries both the costumers inconsistent mental, verbal, fluctuations in there beinging a Positive atmosphere vs. The 6 -8 Times daily a customer, or also a employee, once antaganized letting negativity spread freely, bad vibes are a contagion a complete contradictory energy that is of falsities & illusions continually Feeding the Lie, thee illusion, the Beast (advisary) But the General Manager is on top of this. She has never allowed the feeding of misery. Rather she joyfully patiently, Transmutes darkness, what's considered Negative, hostile hurtful frequency. Energy by completely flipping the scenario. (AS ABOVE SO BELOW. AS WITHOUT SO WITHIN)Thee General Manager, carries the entire moral of her store. She most deffinantly deserves a huge promotion, & at the very least is enitled much deserved compensation financially. As well as acknowledging & learning from her skills. Hopefully changing the entire experience while shopping at Dollar General. Productivity coaches, & H.R. employees usually draft policies, & rules. the potential guaranteed to save a lot of Money and heart aches. Maybe even having a chance of defusing a violent crime or a similar scenario. This young Woman greets each and every costumers walking in the front doors. My opinion [F.Y.I.] ACKNOWLEDGING AND A FRIENDLY GREETINGS OF CUSTOMERS SINCERELY POLITESincerely hope your company considers giving this Young Woman the credit she deserves. A SIMPLE 😁😀😄😂 SMILE CAN SAVE A LIFE!

Parking sucks really bad! It's extremely horrible between the holes and not having an actual in or out area! Makes for accidents! I'd rather go out of my way to another one! The store and personel are nice.

They have no problem getting Christmas items in but all types of food is about 50 percent full.

While it has improved, the store is usually dirtier than it should be and the front windows are disgusting. The staff is very nice though and they usually have what I need.
