Really cool place, has it all! Great hardware store, cute gift ideas, clothing store in the back, and a deli you can order from. I enjoyed going up and down the aisles. A must stop if your are in that direction. Serves ice cream in the deli too!

Neighbors told me to stop in to see this place so wife and I did WOW absolutely fantastic A1 general store bought a pair of cold weather bib pants and a Italian hoagie very good we split it all the food looked good. Definitely a store to checkout little bit of everything. Will be going back to buy other things we seen.

Stopped by this gem to get gas. Totally wasn't expecting all this!!!! It was huge. They had everything, grocery, fuel, gifts, hardware, paint, toys etc and a restaurant which must of been food since it was so packed. Totally a must see and try!!!!!

Just stop here! What an amazing little gem and piece of Americana! We just happened to stop by and spoke with one of the owners. On her recommendation tried the fried chicken and it was amazing! My daughter had the homemade mac 'n cheese and loved it as well. A great Christian owned business and a wholesome store.

Very nice store very unique and different things I wish we'd had time to really look through this store but the short time we did have it was like going back in a time machine so many things I have not seen in forever lots of food including fresh hot food ready to buy amazing prices like the old days just wow to this place

This store is great! It has everything. The first time I ever went I thought it was a little grocery store. Boy was I wrong! Yes there are groceries, but there is also gifts, kitchen goods, clothes, shoes, hardware, etc. Every corner you turn there is more items. And the deli/restaurant has delicious homemade food at really good prices. A couple years later and I'm still discovering different items. Love it.

Very impressive place for they have lots and lots of items. I can't vouch for the prices, but the deli/takeout restaurant is very good with very, very fair prices. We'll stop again when we visit wife's sister who lives nearby.

This is such an interesting and store to shop at! There is a little bit hot everyone's! Love the selection is grrat of men clothing brands along with a nice toy department along with candy, bakery, hardware and deli. We had the best hoagies ever which were custom made! The entire staff were so friendly.

No reason why you should put that much sugar in a peanutbutter icing on your cake. I felt sick and threw it out. When done by someone who knows what they are doing it is only mildly sweet and you can taste the peanuts. That cake is toxic.

It was nice. Similar to a couple of Mennonite stores we have near Montgomery and Mifflinburg. I didn't have the opportunity to eat there or have any ice cream. I did see some nice Murano wool socks I would like to had for hiking. Next trip

This store is one of a kind. Everything from ammunition, food, butcher supplies to fixing your commode. Love this place. Excellent staff, very inviting every time we visit. If your looking for a cool place to shop look bo further than Hilsher's.

An old time general store with a great selection. They have a wide variety of goods from home decor, boots, clothing, hardware, kitchen and canning supplies, as well as toys, and groceries. There is also a nice deli that also serves hot food. You can't go wrong with ordering a hoagie!

We only "discovered" Hilsher's about 2 years ago. We pass here 2-3 times a year on our way to the cabin and it's the perfect halfway stop to break up the trip. We almost never drive past, whether we stop for something to eat or to pick up that item we inevitably forgot. But be warned! Do not come here with your grandkids and expect to get out without buying them something! The good news it they have a lot of wholesome items like books and puzzles to choose from that are relatively inexpensive.

This is a very good Amish store carrying groceries, outdoor supplies and a little bit of everything. Some of the evening staff is not attentive and have poor customer service. The young ladies however provide more than ample customer service.

I have been around this store my whole life. It is Amish based and very friendly atmosphere. There is a wide variety of things to buy, from groceries, to household items, shoes, clothing, bathroom needs.... As well hot fresh Amish food to take out or sit down and enjoy that is so good, in my opinion, but I grew up on their food too.
