I love their waterproof kennel beds! They are thick material and can take beating even from my German Shepherds! I got my blanks guns there too. Lion Country Supply also has the best display of good quality ecollars to test out if you aren’t sure what you want to get. Their personnel are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly knowledgeable staff for every aspect of hunting and dog handling. The incredible selection of new and used guns as well as US made quality collars that are basically fitted to your dog and can have a brass nameplate attached with anything you want on it for surprisingly cheap. 10/10 would recommend

I got a dog vest, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.Why I chose this vest over other ones:1. It has two highly reflective stripes diagonally across the vest on each side, not just a small reflective logo on the back, so the dog can easily spotted from any angle with minimal lighting in the dark.2. It has orange straps, not black, which adds to the dogs visibility from the back or from above.The vest is also adjustable over a wide range of sizes. The medium fits my 60-lbs , slim Pointer just perfectly. My dog dashes through the brush and brambles wearing the vest, and it does not bother him or snag on twigs or branches ever. It fits snugly with plenty of strap length left, without being too tight or short.I am very happy with the vest, great item for hunting season!

Bought the LCS leather feel roading harness. (Not for smaller pointers)I run Brittany’s and this is huge on them. There wasn’t enough room to make adjustments to tighten it.Looking back at product description there is no fitment notes so I wouldn’t have know better but yet!!IM STILL RESPONSIBLE🤬🤬—for the return shipping.IOne of my friends is a pro breeder/trainer and I should have asked his advice from the get go butHowling Dog Alaska has harnesses that will fit smaller dogs for roading.Since my dogs are the breed standard and weigh between 30-35lb and both have roughly 14” necks the xs-s size of harness should fit fine with the adjustment built in.Just wanted to share my gripes and solutions. I found" Lion Country Supply" website while searching for a dog tag. They had exactly what I was looking for. It's a solid brass name plate that you can have engraved and attaches directly to your dogs collar. It's old school engraving, not laser engraved.This tag is simple in design and high in quality. I had seen other tags that cost significantly more that were laser engraved and the reviews said that they did not hold up, the engraving wore off. I would have bought a collar as well except that my wife had just bought a new one for our dog. I got the tag in less than a week and attached it myself in about 5 minutes with minimal tools and effort.

Update wait to fed ex office to pick up my crate opened it up and I received a gray one - I ordered pink and Dakota told me they were sending pink. Can’t get ahold of anyone and I would not have paid this much money for this had I known I was not going to receive my color of choice.Slow shipping speed, rude customer service, insane return policy. Ordered a Dakota crate over two weeks ago and was told it would be here between 5 and 7 days- crate is still not here and has been rescheduled three times. My home has been destroyed by my pet waiting for this crate-I ordered this crate due to its durability and the dimensions for hard to find in any other crate. I actually rehoused my pet for the night andPossibly forever if this crate wasn’t going to finally show up. Amy from the customer service page was rude,unhelpful and if I canceled the order or refused package for her mistake it was going to cost me $200 to send it back. Their 30 day return window is useless when you buy a $600 item and they want to keep $200 when they reason for the return is their fault. If you want a Dakota crate order directly from Dakota not here !!! Amy claimed the crate was delayed due to Dakota not having doors for it and said it was going toTake a month. I called Dakota and they said that was not the case and that Lion Country jjst didjt process the order fast enough.

Lion country supply is such an amazing company! I called there store yesterday to order 2 collars the 282C Dogtra. The gentleman was very helpful very polite and it was a smooth phone call. They are a local PA business so I am happy to know I am supporting someone in my own backyard. They shipped my order out the same day with receiving the next day. Along with my product was dog treats which I thought was a nice touch! I highly recommend them for your dog needs!

I accidentally purchased the wrong module for my dog collar (tracking only). I only realized this after opened everything up and ripped up the packaging. After contacting customer service they were very understanding and didn't make a hassle at all about the return. Legit company and i would only purchase from them.

Dog collar works and came in a reasonable time period. Way too expensive to ship to Canada but decided to buy anyways (tripple Amazon's costs). Duty costs were not stated. Fed ex sent a bill a month afterwards COST WAS $45 on $145 total price including shipping). Wow. I would not have bought it knowing this.

They are a Great company to do business with and have good prices and terrific customer service. We ordered a dog crate cover for our son and it arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately it wasn't what he needed. I called to get an RA number and spoke to Randy who was very friendly and said to just return it with a reason for the return. I sent it back and the refund was posted to my CC the same day!!

The engraved name plate is not riveted onto the collar straight. I am not being nit-picky, it is obviously not straight from several feet away. I wish I could upload a photo!The collar is oiled unevenly so it appears darker in spots and lighter in other areas. This will fade out with time but disappointing when new.Five days after placing my order online I called to see if it had shipped yet since I didn't receive an email. It hadn't, but it did ship out that day.The quality of the leather is good but the work they do is shoddy. For a basic collar with no added plates the price is right. But if you want a nice looking or riveted name plate collar- keep looking.Overall I wish I had ordered from another business and will not order from here again.

Randy has always been the best when I phone order.. He even remembers me by name!Best place for all your hunting dog supplies.. I live in Canada and have not found anyone to equal these guys. They do ship to Canada however, I prefer to ship it to some place on the boarder and go pick up or if your handy enough to have relatives in the USA, ship it to them, LCS ships to all 48 Free of charge!

The worst customer service EVER. Let me explain please, I place an online order on June Friday the 13th, for a GPS dog collar due to their cheaper price for $449. After no email confirmation of shipping, I called them on Monday to inquire about my order. I was told that there was an issue with my order (no details whatsoever) and was told that I will be contacted from someone from a different department who was not available today?????? Anyway, after no one contacted me, I called back against on Tuesday and guess what, the same lady ( jenny) I think her name was, told me the same exact thing???? She seemed more eager to cancel my order then help me out and ship my product that I paid for with my business Amex?????? I have been running business for 10 years in this country, but those guys are topping all the unprofessionalism that I have ever seen.Now I would probably have to buy that item from somewhere else and not have it on time since it was a gift!!!! Good job lion supply, never again from you.........

We placed and order and paid for expedited shipping. Only to find when tracking for delivery that the item would not be received when anticipated because somewhere in the company's process the order was changed to regular shipping. The receipt we received when the order was placed clearly shows expedited shipping charged. Sad situation. Will not be ordering from this company again and surely would not recommend to anyone. In all fairness, Eric called me back and says there was a system error and refunded the shipping we paid. The fact that they took the time to follow up on the error somewhat eased the disappointment of not having received the order. Second chance in order? could be.

Beware when purchasing their leather products as they are very poor quality.I had one of their leather leashes snap like a twig while handling my personal protection dog.They promised a refund and have yet to receive it. Manager didn't seem to care, that the productfailed and almost costed me my best dog and a lawsuit. Straight up SCUMBAGS over there

The young man on the phone could care less that I even called. Charged me full price and full shipping, with no return. Avoid these people at all costs, there shipping is slow, and products are mediocre.

Terrible customer service and communication. I ordered a blank pistol for dog training and patiently waited 11 days for delivery but when it got to me no blank pistol only ammo. I promptly called LCS to find out why I did not get my pistol and was told that they had been back ordered by the manufacturer. They had not informed me of this even though they were aware and charged my credit card for the pistol. They also told me they had no idea when the gun would be shipped and to add insult to injury the customer service rep was VERY rude. They told me I would have to return the ammo via ground to get a refund....now I have $40 in ammo that I can't use because I have no pistol and it will take another few weeks to return and get a refund and I still do not have a blank pistol for training. I will not be ordered from LCS again.

Lion Country was always my go to for dog and hunting supplies and in the past I would have "ALWAYS" rated them with five stars. I don't know what has changed, if the company is under new management or what, but it is not the Lion Country I have always dealt with in the past. I have recently experienced the wrong items being sent to me and the shipping packaging be shoddy at best. Very sorry to see this trend.

Bought a Garmin pro 70 wasn't what I was looking for. Talked to them about what I wanted to me to get pro 550. Only problem was I had one hunt left in season for some clients and needed collars today. LCS told me to use the pro 70 that weekend then ship it back and they then would send me pro 550. Can't ask for better service than that. Thank you LCS I am a customer for life.

Major disappointment ordering from this company. I order a started pistol on April 23, 2021 and paid extra for express shipping to have it Monday, April 26th. Well here it is May 3rd and the starter pistol still isn't even in the state yet they refunded my express shipping, however this doesn't do anything for the lost training for me as we leave for Nationals in Kansas May 10th. I would have much rather paid a higher price from someplace else to have the product now and been training this whole time. Like I stated in my opening statement " A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"!
